My husband had the Texas burger, I had the fried chicken meal, and we finished our evening with a peanut butter milkshake and piece of blackberry pie. Service was good and the food came out quickly. I never had much of a problem with this restaurant until tonight. My wife ordered my dinner tonight from them and when my dinner arrived, I couldn't eat it because it tasted like the cook dumped an entire canister of salt into everything! The only thing that I was able to eat was the green beans. I will not be a return customer!! read more

Service is great, restaurant is clean but the food needs some work. Ordered the ranch Benedict (eggs Benedict) and the country potatoes . Country potatoes are completely plain, no onion, bell pepper etc. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was very thin / watery with absolutely zero flavor. Ham slices very thin and the muffin that it is on is very thin as well. Unfortunately we will not be coming here again due to the food quality. For a 15$ eggs Benedict I would hope it would be good. Originally wanted to go to the restaurant around the block, but it was packed there and it's cold. Walked over and was seated immediately. Ordered a French vanilla cappuccino that was super sweet. Ordered the Belgian waffle with a side of egg and hash browns for myself and a country ranch skillet with gravy and a biscuit. The skillet and waffle were good. The sides however were not up to caliber. My hash browns were cold and unseasoned. The biscuit was undercooked and slightly soggy when bought out. Absolutely terrible service. We sat with no direction from people working. We finally received menus and then sat waiting for someone to take our order. When the food showed up, my omelet was so rubbery I only ate half. We were all halfway done eating by the time my English muffin turned up, untoasted, with insufficient butter. I actually watched the server attempt to toast it, each time taking it out bare handed, then touching other items, including bottles of catshup. Never again. read more

We were a party of 5 for lunch. We had hoped for the salad bar but they have not brought that back post Covid. That's a disappointment. Our party got a mix of salads and breakfast foods, along with a cup of cream of broccoli soup, which looked delicious! So did the veggie omelet. I had the tostada salad. Overall, I really liked the salad. What made it stand out was that the onions and green peppers were grilled, not just diced and thrown in the salad. What I did not like was the texture of the ground beef. Some of it was hard to chew and almost gristly. So I kind of picked that out and ate the rest of it. I would try it again with chicken. It's also given me the idea to add grilled onions, peppers and jalapenos when I next make taco salad at home. read more

I recommend the fish and chips, but every thing on this menu is not only tastefully satisfying but full filling. The cooks are gifted the environment is inviting and the servers/waitresses go above and beyond, they really do. If you're in the area i recommend you stop by and treat yourself. I came here for breakfast and ordered the Western Omelette which was absolutely delicious!! It comes with your choice of hash browns or country potatoes. I chose country potatoes. I also had a biscuit with gravy. I also ordered a large orange juice with black coffee. The service here is amazing! My coffee was kept full and everyone here is really nice. I only gave three stars because my potatoes were extremely over cooked to a crispy crunch. Most of the bites I took had a crunchy texture. There were a few potatoes that were ok and not crunchy. The biscuit and gravy did not pass my breakfast test. There wasn't much flavor with the biscuit and gravy. There was a texture issue with that biscuit. read more

We went to Brooks Ranch today, honestly, because it was the only place that could immediately seat a large party of 14. I'm so glad we went. Our servers were friendly and on point. The food was way better than it looked in the menu. My fries were fried to perfection. Burger was amazing. We were there for my grandmother's 91st birthday, and we didn't want to go out of town. She ordered the prime rib special and said it was delicious. It was melt in your mouth perfect. I gave our server a hefty tip for the excellent service we received. The worst experience! We were waiting an hour today and the waitress told us the cooks didn't have one of our meals. AN HOUR LATER. The only thing they got correctly was taking our drink order. It took fifteen minutes just to be seated. And although we were there before two other groups, our order was taken after. There were plenty of cooks (at least three) and plenty of servers. This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. If they didn't have one of our meals, we should have been told at the time we ordered NOT AN HOUR LATER. We had left a tour at the Air Museum and hadn't eaten since 7 am. We arrived at 1 pm and left after an hour of sitting waiting. I highly discourage anyone from dining here ! read more
