Service: The worst service I've ever had. I had been traveling and stopped for a bite. After a 6 hr car ride, I asked to use the facilities. I asked for the key to the restroom twice. I was told that I had to ORDER FIRST because the restrooms were for customers only. So I am not considered a customer until I pay. They had turned away a mother with her 2 children as well. Really? Don't go to Carl's Jr. if you want good customer service. I placed my order on the app and went to pick up my food. When I realized the hamburger was missing, I went back, and they told me the hamburger didn't show up on the screen. I showed them the page that showed what I had ordered AND that I paid for it, but "I'm sorry. It isn't on the screen, so we can't do anything. You will have to contact the app." Ummm....I would like the food that I paid for. "I talked to my manager, and it isn't showing up anywhere on our screen, so we can't help you. We didn't charge you the app did." Okay....but YOU are the one who is going to get the money in the end, so don't you think you should make this right? "I'm sorry. I love the western bacon cheeseburger and CJ Ike sandwich with amazona cheese and jalapeños and tomatoes and lettuce it's delicious also fruit punch with HIC mixed taste delicious . But I use to be a 3 day customer on egging the chicken crispy wrap they use o make them for me during morning or lunch the tortilla and crispy chicken strip lettuce and shredded cheese and know when I ask they always make it wrong or say they can't make it so I just stoped going just go to McDonald's since they sell it . :/. This is a Green Burrito location. It's virtually next to the highway, and so is the entrance, be careful. The parking lot seems small and the lines and concrete parking blocks didn't match, so who knows whether I was parked correctly. At least, I wasn't within the blue lines. The person behind the counter was friendly. My buddy got the American Burger combo or whatever they call it. I got a cheeseburger combo. Together, they were almost $20.00. I wasn't given a receipt or a for-here number to place on the table. I'm not sure how we would know which order number we got. Thankfully, they delivered it to the table while I was in the restroom. The restroom was reasonably okay. The food was good. My buddy's cheeseburger with hot dogs and potato chips seemed ridiculous, and even more so, that it came in 1/3 or 1/2 pound sizes. The sign outside the building says that it's a 24 hour location, but I don't know whether the dining room is open 24 hours or not. I miss those places. On March 30, 18 at approximately 2:00pm, and ordered 2, 1/3lbs. French and 1 large coke and got charged $20.51 when I showed the register lady the coupon her chin droped and charged me half that amount then when I was about to leave I decided to go back in for a refill and behold this is what she said, if you walk out and come back you need to repay for your drink I looked at her smile and walk up to the register and thought for a minute has this particular place treated me well in the last two years, no its been very unsatisfying to my family and me and drive-thu especially, half of time my orders are not correct, let's treat all customers to its fullest of satisfaction at all times regardless of the matter and don't act like the place belongs to you when it doesn't don't leave yourself a bad reputation, if you also feel I was unfair bring it on and tell you how feel about you and the people that run this place, it has nothing to do with the food just straight up bad customer service that evolves in this place and if you want ownership gain it with good service. read more

This has been the Carl's JR my family and I would come to every now and then when we were younger. They have definitely changed since then. My boyfriend and I came down to visit family since we moved out of town and we decided to eat here since we've had great memories. Well....all the memories were shut down! Their food was fresh...but their oil/grease was extremely old! You can taste the old grease within your food. I literally almost vomited! I got their buttermilk ranch chicken sandwich and their chicken was EXTREMELY gross! It was greasy and filled with old old grease. Bleh! We came during lunch hour too! So I know I'm not the only one to have tasted this. I probably won't be coming back here again...unfortunately. read more

I like the box meal. Even though it's across the corporation, the price is amazing for so much food! That being said, for this specific chain, the staff is okay; not rude at all. When taking orders, they seem a bit rushed even when no one else is in the restaurant. The wait time is really long, too. One time, since the wait was so long in the drive-through, we left. Drove thru, asked for a garden salad and chicken patty. He cut me off before i was done ordering. Got to the window paid. No receipt til i got the food. (took about 20 mins to get food) Wanted to add a burger i was honking and honking. The homosexual guys were too busy chit chatting.
