I have never dined at this Pizza Guys location until just recently. I received a coupon flyer in the mail for a $12.49 large two topping pizza, so I figured I would give it a try. When I got to the store, I realized I had forgotten my coupons. Thankfully the manager said he would honor the pricing so I didn't have to go back home and get my coupons. Instead of ordering one pizza, we ended up ordering two pizzas and a giant cookie. We also got a free 2 liter of soda for picking our pizza up in person and a free pint of ice cream for checking in via Yelp. What a bargain! When we got home the pizza was hot, cheesy, had generous toppings, and was delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was a bit overdone, but still very good. All in all it was an excellent value for the money. Service here is top notch. I witnessed the manager carrying out an order for an elderly woman and placing it into her vehicle. She was obviously a regular. The manager spoke to another patron by name and was very friendly to everyone. This is the type of service other establishments need to take note of. We ordered delivery last night in a lazy Saturday night. We struggle with local pizza places because we really like the crust crunchy but that's impossible with delivery. We have not tried pizza guys and the pepperoni, sauce and crust where good. 3 stars is a little low so I would give it another 1/2 star and will definitely use them for delivery again. read more

I've been a customer of Pizza Guys for a long time, and it's definitely my favorite pizza place! I love pretty much all of the ingredients they use, and almost everything pizza I've had has been incredible. My favorites have to be the California Garlic Chicken, the Hawaiian Delight, and the classic Pizza Guys Combo! However, as much as I love the food, what's a restaurant without the staff? They always try their best to give amazing service even when things are getting crazy (Such as Halloween 2022 lol). I've very rarely had a genuinely bad experience over the years. This was my absolute first time trying Pizza Guys and I was left impressed! Our pizza was so delicious, highly recommend! We ordered over the phone and it was an easy peasy process:) if you check in on yelp you can get a free ice cream too. The pizza was perfectly cooked and the sauce on top was BOMB! How does it compare? Pizza Guys is very skimpy with the sauce, but I'm a sauce guy, so YMMV. The flavor is actually very good. And it is not as salty as Domino's or Pizza Twist. The cons: Arrived at my door 45 minutes after I ordered (I once waited 2 hours for a delivery by the neighboring Domino's.) There were no complimentary peppers, parmesan, or napkins. I removed the plastic thing in the middle and put it straight in the oven. Pizza Guys' crust is soft, doughy, and moist, the opposite of a good crust. 20 minutes at 400 degrees got it to an edible condition. You should consider Pizza Guys to be a "take and bake". So after more than an hour, my pizza was just turning golden brown on top and ready to eat. It really did taste good, not sugary like Domino's, or salty like Moutain Mike's or Pizza Twist. But with the almost raw, doughy, sort of soggy crust, I can not recommend Pizza Guys. Look elsewhere when the pizza craving strikes. read more

Currently standing here at this location waiting on my remake. The manager Gilbert was here working on 2/17/2023 6:04 pm is AWESOME! Two of my pizzas were made in the wrong size. They were made in larges when they should have been XLs. At first they were like sorry no that's what was ordered... and then said if I wanted to wait 20 mins. For remake. I have a house full of ppl for my husbands birthday waiting to eat I didn't have have 20 mins. The manager himself said he will remake and it will be 10 mins! What amazing customer service and making it right! He even offered for me to take the other pizzas for the wait and their mistake. Managers like that are hard to find! Amazing job at this location! Great food. The best gluten free pizza I've had in town. The quality of toppings was great, and unlike all the other pizza places who just have the same, boring toppings. The staff was friendly and had plenty of people working to ensure the pizza was out as quick as possible on a busy Sunday night. First time trying this place and I will definitely be coming back. I usually get Costco or little Caesar's bc I have a big family and it's cheaper when you have to buy multiple pizzas. I wanted to try something new but most pizza places are really expensive like $30 for one pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas online, one was their heart shaped pizza. In the picture online it has pepperoni. When I went to pick up my order the heart shaped pizza only had cheese (they open the boxes and show you your pizza which is awesome) and I asked the girl. She said that it automatically comes as a cheese pizza but you can add toppings if you want. I was like oh my mistake I just saw the picture and assumed it came with pepperoni. She took it back and said they will add the pepperoni for me. She didn't even make me pay extra, just wanted to make it right. I love that type of customer service. Wow. I never tried this place. I'm a round table guy. But there prices have gone up so high. I cant afford them. In the Nextdoor app. Someone talked about this place. So I gave them a try. To my pleasant surprise the family was delighted and my pocketbook did not cry or whimper their prices were very reasonable and their cheesy bread was off the hook got only where their price is good but I ended up getting a free 2leter soda out of the deal.
