Outstanding service and incredible pizza! I ordered from the Pizza Guys on Oakdale Road and had such a great experience. The cashier, Victoria, is super nice and a fantastic customer representative. Whether she's at the front counter or helping out wherever else is needed, she handles everything with true professionalism. She smiled and stayed completely positive throughout the entire interaction. When my order was ready, she opened the box right there to let me see the pizza, asked if it looked good, if I had any concerns, or if there were any delays, and made sure I was fully informed while handing over plates and seasoning. The pizza itself was fantastically made and tasted wonderful, and I got my food in good time. I really appreciate how honest this location is--if there's ever a delay, you are told upfront. They make great pizza and hire wonderful employees like Victoria. Highly recommend! read more

Pizza Guys is our absolute favorite. The pizza is always so flavorful, and fresh. We've tried other places & always end up back here! Last night, Victoria helped me, she was absolutely SO patient, kind, and she took the time to answer ALL of my menu questions! without me feeling rushed & I really appreciated her! Thank you Victoria. Amazing pizza, great prices and quick! It truly is the best pizza in town. Plus, there are SO many creative menu options to choose from.... they have a HUGE menu! & the cheesy garlic bread is fire ‍ If you're on the fence... TRY IT! You'll be happy you did. read more

We ordered delivery last night in a lazy Saturday night. We struggle with local pizza places because we really like the crust crunchy but that's impossible with delivery. We have not tried pizza guys and the pepperoni, sauce and crust where good. 3 stars is a little low so I would give it another 1/2 star and will definitely use them for delivery again. read more

I have never dined at this Pizza Guys location until just recently. I received a coupon flyer in the mail for a $12.49 large two topping pizza, so I figured I would give it a try. When I got to the store, I realized I had forgotten my coupons. Thankfully the manager said he would honor the pricing so I didn't have to go back home and get my coupons. Instead of ordering one pizza, we ended up ordering two pizzas and a giant cookie. We also got a free 2 liter of soda for picking our pizza up in person and a free pint of ice cream for checking in via Yelp. What a bargain! When we got home the pizza was hot, cheesy, had generous toppings, and was delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was a bit overdone, but still very good. All in all it was an excellent value for the money. Service here is top notch. I witnessed the manager carrying out an order for an elderly woman and placing it into her vehicle. She was obviously a regular. The manager spoke to another patron by name and was very friendly to everyone. This is the type of service other establishments need to take note of. We will definitely be back. read more

I've been a customer of Pizza Guys for a long time, and it's definitely my favorite pizza place! I love pretty much all of the ingredients they use, and almost everything pizza I've had has been incredible. My favorites have to be the California Garlic Chicken, the Hawaiian Delight, and the classic Pizza Guys Combo! However, as much as I love the food, what's a restaurant without the staff? They always try their best to give amazing service even when things are getting crazy (Such as Halloween 2022 lol). I've very rarely had a genuinely bad experience over the years. It's such a treat to have a place you can go for good food from good people. Special thanks to the manager, Gilbert, and all the other staff! read more

Delicious Pizza this pizza is very good many great offers and promos great service and delivery available they're 3 /5

How does it compare? Pizza Guys is very skimpy with the sauce, but I'm a sauce guy, so YMMV. The flavor is actually very good. And it is not as salty as Domino's or Pizza Twist. The cons: Arrived at my door 45 minutes after I ordered (I once waited 2 hours for a delivery by the neighboring Domino's.) There were no complimentary peppers, parmesan, or napkins. I removed the plastic thing in the middle and put it straight in the oven. Pizza Guys' crust is soft, doughy, and moist, the opposite of a good crust. 20 minutes at 400 degrees got it to an edible condition. You should consider Pizza Guys to be a "take and bake". So after more than an hour, my pizza was just turning golden brown on top and ready to eat. It really did taste good, not sugary like Domino's, or salty like Moutain Mike's or Pizza Twist. But with the almost raw, doughy, sort of soggy crust, I can not recommend Pizza Guys. Look elsewhere when the pizza craving strikes. read more

Great pizza and salads! So tasty! I usually order online with the Good Guys app. You can choose what you do or don't want and how much of each - and pay online or in the store. It works really well so far, and it's so convenient! read more

Pizza guys rules!! The best prices w/generous toppings & killer food. You'd be a fool to order from the competition. From specials via coupons, or online .. they've got you covered. The flatbreads aren't thin, crispy cardboard .. we're talking regular crust w/bubbly ends. I got the firey pepperoni bacon flatbread, white garlic sauce (dip) & cheesecake for later. Get some!! You'll be glad you did. read more

I'm never purchasing Pizza Guys again. The first time I ordered online, after it left for delivery, it took an hour to get. Needless to say it was cold. Today, I tried ordering again and ended up with the wrong pizza. I was supposed to get the Chicken garlic one no onions no green onions with pineapple and olives added. I got a half supreme and half bacon chicken tomato onion thing. Definitely NOT what I ordered. I HATE Bell peppers and onions.... $30 pizza and they offered a store credit.... Uh No!!!! Never again. read more

I wish I didn't tip before service. Lesson learned. "Tour pizzas are in the oven, about 8 min" at pick up time. Good! Fresh! NP 15 min later: one made incorrectly. Have to do over. Other pizzas hanging out in warmer (I hope) Very nice staff, super busy, but tipping before service? I'm a no from this experiance dang it. Hope the pizza is good. Almost half an hour now past estimated pick up. read more

Currently standing here at this location waiting on my remake. The manager Gilbert was here working on 2/17/2023 6:04 pm is AWESOME! Two of my pizzas were made in the wrong size. They were made in larges when they should have been XLs. At first they were like sorry no that's what was ordered... and then said if I wanted to wait 20 mins. For remake. I have a house full of ppl for my husbands birthday waiting to eat I didn't have have 20 mins. The manager himself said he will remake and it will be 10 mins! What amazing customer service and making it right! He even offered for me to take the other pizzas for the wait and their mistake. Managers like that are hard to find! Amazing job at this location! Amazing manager!! Thank you! I just got home and it was shorter than 10 mins and not only did Gilbert go over my order with me and apologize, he even carried all the pizzas to my car and arranged them for me!!! I have never been treated so kindly ever!! Wow! Truly amazing!!! Thank you Gilbert! You are very kind and deserve a raise!!! Thank you for an amazing experience! read more

After spending an hour trying to navigate their website and having a ridiculous requirement for their passcode was unsuccessful finally calling in to get my order placed after going through the rigor remote of giving them my credit card three times and apparently not once did they ever get it right it's too much hassle much rather just go down the street for a local pizza joint where I don't have to have of this hassles to get something read more

Butt cheese... driver pulled it out of his back pocket, hard pressed into one sheet of parmesan cheese. No longer grated because the driver's ass was able to get it up to it's melting temperature. Wasn't going to post this on Yelp! but I felt like the manager wasn't concerned. So i thought I'd ask Yelp... You want your cheese coming fron the delivery guys back pocket all hot n' nasty? Me either. Pizza was good but I wont order there again because the manager acknowledged my phone number when i called and i dont want spit revenge! read more

Great food. The best gluten free pizza I've had in town. The quality of toppings was great, and unlike all the other pizza places who just have the same, boring toppings. The staff was friendly and had plenty of people working to ensure the pizza was out as quick as possible on a busy Sunday night. My one and only, small complaint would be the crust on the gluten free pizza was a little soggy in some spots. read more
