When the ladies are working at night, everything is GREAT! but...the new guy (I think his name is Dillon) won't even let my orders go through because it's 1125pm, and they close at midnight. But the ladies let me make orders at 1159pm and still fulfill my order. I get off work at 11pm, and this has been my go-to place for quite some time now because I love pizza, and it's the only pizza place open when I get off of work. But now I guess I need to find another go-to place because now, when I place my order, I just get a call from the restaurant saying they stopped taking orders. Even though they do not close for another 20-40 min. In response to my recent experience at the Domino's Monte Vista Avenue location, I am writing to lodge an official complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of the General Manager, Ashley. Pizza was made with no chicken at all and when visit back to show her pizza. She was rude, arrogant and introduce herself as General Manager, Ashley. On an online order for thin crust pizza with premium chicken, I was met with rudeness and an attempt to dismiss my concerns. The General Manager claimed to have the authority to override any customer complaint, asserting her position as the General Manager. Her behaviour was unacceptable, including physical aggression towards the counter and inappropriate language. Her lack of customer service skills and professionalism is deeply concerning. I demand a response from Domino's regarding the incident involving the General Manager, Ashley. I am seeking a resolution to the issues raised and a call back to address the damage to the Domino's brand image caused by her behaviour. I'll be short. The premium chicken, bacon and mushroom pizza was pathetic. Look at the picture. I circled five pieces of chicken. To top it off, I was charged more for this premium chicken. Plus using the app, I was supposed to pay $8.99 a pizza. The two pizzas rang up $24.42. Even the receipt shows coupon but my pizzas sting rang up $22.48 without taxes. Do the math. Two pizzas should have rang up $17.98, not $22.48. That doesn't add up. Dominoes just padded their pocket with an extra $4.50. The funny part is I have called dominoes to complain about the fraudulent mark up. The manager was supposed to call me back but never did. We fell for new Domino's TV ads, but they failed to deliver. Made one of the pizzas wrong and made us wait with no explanation. The service was not great for the mediocre over priced pizza. 2 medium pizzas = $37.45. Part of one of the pizzas had NOTHING on it. Ok, we were hungry for some Pizza and I have heard good things about the new Domino's by Dutch Brothers on Monte Vista, so ordered on line for pickup, was given a ready time of about 15 minutes, arrived and within 2 minutes pizzas were delivered to my vehicle, the pizzas were great, great price, excellent value, fast service, convenient, what's not to love!!! this is a horrible location. They close an hour early before there posted time. I've called them and my order was taken, drove over there just to hear them tell me they canceled my order. We've been frequent customers of this location since they opened and always had great experiences with the employees. However, we've noticed a steady decline in the quality of customer service for several months now. Tonight I'm finally writing a bad review because we placed an order and the estimated delivery time was 23-33 minutes. The delivery took a total of 72 minutes and was cold when it arrived (not the first time this has happened to us). I went to the store in person and requested that the order be re-made. The employee that I spoke with about the issue was rude and aggressive. She made several excuses and then threatened to refuse me service because I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to speak with her manager who was at home on break at the time. I ended up leaving the store and filing a complaint on the Domino's website. Got a coupon for free pizza. Domino's is fair priced and super convenient, but I don't think we'll be ordering from this location anymore. read more

My boys love pizza and this is my go-to place on busy weeknights when I don't feel like cooking. Their dough always seem to be fresh and their rewards program is great. Customer service has always been friendly and they don't mind entering my digital gift card information even when they have to grab my phone. I do like this location better than the one in Ceres, so keep up the good job guys! read more

For some reason my son loves Domino's lately. I feel like it's a matter of preference for people, he likes that their sauce is a little spicy. What I love is that they always have coupons and we can just drive up and wait for them to bring it to the car and they communicate with your phone regularly. read more

Two weeks ago I went to this location and got the managers special for 15.99 and got to choose three toppings. When I was waiting for my order the employee didn't focus on his job. All he was doing was talking about how drunk he got at a party he was at. I ordered a three topping pizza and took it home to have dinner with my family. When I opened it it was only cheese. I immediately called and spoke with an employee who said they would make me another. I don't live close enough to make another trip and she said she couldn't deliver. She said she can add another pizza to my account and can pick it up at a later date. I went in today to redeem the second pizza that was agreed upon over the phone and the manager, Giselle, denied it and said it wasn't under my phone number and said there was nothing she can do about it and got upset with me. I have been there several times and felt mistreated and given bad service. I'm an honest person and just wanted what I had paid for. If I could give zero stars I would because the cheese pizza was horrible. read more
