Food was good and service was ok. I ordered a French dipper for rapid pick up and on the way home I noticed that the dipping sauce was missing. I went back and got it corrected and decided to eat there. Well the dipping sauce lasted for half the sandwich so I went in to get more but was refused. I was told I only get one small ladle whether I'm getting a half sandwich or a full sandwich. There's no value in their food now my order total was $35 and all I can get one small ladle of dipping sauce. The only reason why I did not give it a perfect five star is because of the limited selection of pastries that I've always known Panera bread for over the years. You can improve by having discounts for seniors, and the military seniors offer a lot for this community, especially with them wanting to visit your place of business and for the military for fighting for the country so that you can have a building to service now I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the food. We like the food but let me tell you about the specific order we had we got one of the spicy or I'm sorry not spicy. We got one of the chicken salad salads that was supposed to have the salad dressing on it. The salad dressing wasn't in it when we asked a person they claim about the salad dressing was in it and for $50 and some change we're just two people. I think they can spare just a little bit of salad dressing so we can put on a salad so it wouldn't be so dry once again the food is excellent. The breads are excellent even the service is nice. The service is great with the young cashier behind the counter. She was exceptionally great polite and very pleasant. I would hire her any day. The only thing I have a problem with is this establish it not protecting or recognizing their seniors in their military personnel that is my only complaint. The ambience is very nice. It's an excellent place and a welcoming place but not if you're a senior because they don't offer senior discount that would chase the seniors away but this is a fun family oriented place especially for college people if they want to sit and study working people on the go and check it out what do you think seniors might enjoy the atmosphere also because of the pleasant tree there, but if you chased them away by not having a senior discount or you make the military feel unwelcome by not offering the discounts then that is a sign that you may lose that important business dollar there read more

Me and this Panera Bread got history. Qt this point, it's been ten years. In the past couple of months I've been able to make some stops here in the morning and afternoon. The rhythm and routine have not changed after all these years. Wake up, order a salad and hot tea, set pick up time for 7:15am, pick up and then head back in the afternoon for a refill of tea and I'm on my way. And, like clockwork, this place delivers time and time again. They never get the order wrong and you're always greeted with warm smiles upon entering the establishment. It might be some time before I can visit again, but I wanted to jot this down before I forgot. My wife and I recently joined the Sippy Cup Club (I call it Sippy). We are in there at least 4-5 times a week. They have the best service. The managers and associates are very friendly and helpful. They always have a positive attitude. The food is great. We usually will get a bagel or the oatmeal since we are usually there in the morning. And used door dash came out to $70. I take out my sandwich and i knew it was made with no care in the world. It's so sloppy and not full. This is a tomato and mozzarella sandwich and there's a lettuce to bread ratio. It should be cheese to bread. It's not even basil it's lettuce and if I wanted more lettuce I would have ordered another salad. I'm actually shocked. Supper disappointed. There was no butter in the bag for the bread baguettes. Another road trip south, another stop at Panera. This time was an improvement over my last visit, especially considering the regulations currently required because of COVID-19. It was a fine experience overall culminating in some fresh, delicious food. My hungry crew all ordered salads. Two of those salads had heavy customizations. All the orders came out as requested and all the salads were delicious. I'm not usually a fan of asian-style salads but I ordered Panera's just to break my comfort zone. The sauces weren't overly sweet and the salad was chock full of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and tasty chicken chunks. This Panera has a number of advantages over the many eateries in its vicinity. It's one of the closest to the freeway (making for easy access), it's relatively healthy and it's open when many surrounding businesses are not during coronavirus. I am VERY upset with the unprofessional manger Jose at this location. I notified him I ordered a meal to be delivered to a family member who just had a baby and they only received 1 of the 3 items ordered. I just talked to them and they told me this. I called and let Jose know and he was arguing with me about it being delivered!!! I told him they DID NOT receive it but he kept insisting and arguing that he packed it himself. I'm on the fence about Panera. I mean how do you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich? I go for the grilled cheese tomato soup combo. Twice they made it strangely: first time the bread wasn't toasted or grilled second time the cheese wasn't melted, neither time was there butter/oil on the outside. This last time I asked for butter on the outside and that I wanted it extra toasted, it came out pretty good. The tomato soup is quality but there is no seasoning in it. It was alright once I added some salt. I get it's supposed to be a healthier place, but flavorless and bleh food are not great choices. I hadn't been to a "Panera Bread" in quite some time. When my better half asked, I said, let's go to Panera, they have the best onion soup I've ever had. I had the worst onion soup I've ever had! I ordered door dash and our very rude dasher forgot three items. Second to do so in a week and half so door dash refused to refund or help me. After going back and fourth with the dasher and being told to "be positive" I just decided to call Panera. The mgr Noah answered and was so kind and understanding and helpful. He made it right.
