Beer: They had about 13 different beers on tap, all proprietary brews. We normally stick with IPAs but did try a very nice stout based on the recommendation of one of the regulars. The IPAs were a perfect blend of crisp & hoppy. They had cans to go as well. Customer Service: We had an opportunity to meet the brewmaster, Jonas. He couldn't have been more friendly & welcoming. When we asked for a can label to take home as a souvenir, he enthusiastically gave us 5 different labels to take with us. Food: There was a sign outside that said we could get a free appetizer with the purchase of a pint. Sure enough, we ended up with 2 very tasty street tacos from the food vendor. I highly recommend coming in & supporting your local brewery. Look for the parrot mural on the side of the building-- hard to miss!

The Spinach side salads were loaded with walnuts and cranberries. The amount of feta was adequate. the total amount of salad was more than I expected. My wife ordered a dessert to go, and just reported to me that was superb. We had to forgo any wine with lunch as we had miles to drive home afterward. But I await the day we can spend the night in town and enjoy some selections of their impressive wine stock and not have to drive home. A Friday evening comes to mind. IPAs were from Henhouse, Drakes, Dust Bowl, and ? Large food menu for such a small place. From the bar, you can easily watch the cook on the flattop. After reading the list of sandwiches, I figured the turkey/ham/etc. was the Sysco-type, inexpensive kind, so I opted for a cheeseburger. Burger & fries arrived on a metal sheet pan. The burger looked good, and the fries looked a bit undercooked (not golden brown). I cut the burger in half, and the center was undercooked. Then I noticed the burger patty was actually two thin patties pressed together. WTF?
