    Nitro Stout 4.6%

This was our next stop in our brewery outing and this place did not disappoint. They are located inside Sciabica Olive Oil and Brewery, past the tasting area. The area is a modern setup with spacious round or rectangle tables. There are board games available and we have fun playing with these as we drank. They have a water station near the games which was nice. The gentleman who served us was great. He informed us on each of the current beers they offered. He poured as he talked. I liked the nitro stout the most. It has a raspberry taste and smooth. They have another stout that was more chocolate but it wasn't ready yet. He also offered us other breweries to check out. Track 424 and other breweries want more locals or visitors to visit local breweries instead of branching out to other places. The brewery will be closed next month. They will start to offer food and need to get their kitchen area taken care of during the closure.

Great atmosphere and family business. Love their micheladas, they use a special made in house olive oil on top and it gives such a different flavor profile !!! Easily the best michelada i've ever had. The staff was super nice and friendly

When in Modesto I was looking for a good brewery to pick up some beers. I Yelped some places this brewery came up and the pictures on Yelp of the beers looked delicious. My intuition was right I'm so glad I came here the beers were all delicious.. Walking in to this establishment it's a little hidden but it's right next to a big green building which is The Sciabica's Olive Oil gift shop . If you walk to either or they are connected you can walk in to both . This is a family owned business I love it ! The brewery was so clean and organized . I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in . I got greeted by Lily she was so friendly she let me sample two of their beers . I was having a glass of beer and Andrew was so amazing and attentive we had a great conversation about beers and restaurants. He was very helpful thanks to them both ! The beers were so delicious! They had 4 beers on tap two were hazy beers one stout and one Pilsner. I'm a hazy drinker and the two they had are very good . They also offer craft brew cocktails which are Beermosa -Orange Juice + Pilsner MICHELADA - Tajin Rim + Tomato Juice Mix + Fresh Lime Juice + Pilsner PIneapPLe MargarITa - Pineapple Juice + Organic Marg Mix + Fresh Lime Juice + Pilsner BreWSCOW MULE- Ginger Beer + Mint + Fresh Lime Juice + Pilsner They also have non alcoholic drinks like craft sodas . They have a water station right next to the game table . They have snacks for purchase like Beef Jerky, Olive Oil Almonds some bake goods . They also have cute merch for purchase like YETI cups, hats and shirts . Overall I had a great time here. I highly recommended coming here for a good beer . The staff is amazing and friendly. Great vibes .. I will definitely be back when in town ..

After trying out a few other breweries today, I happened upon 424 on my way home and it was the best one of the day! It's cool and comfortable inside, the beers are all really good. Also love that's it connected to the olive oil gift shop and tasting room--because the oil is so dang good and we go through it quickly at my house! My favorite was their beer-'tail option, the Lavender Haze. Perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day! The service was welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely be back next time I find myself in that side of town!

These people treated me like a celebrity . I enjoyed the beer and the customers were welcoming also. The crowd was diverse families and blue collar workers as well as young and older patrons. I'll be back like going to Cheers

Cool place. Not open very much, and high prices. Beer was good, but $9 plus tax for pint? Too much

Woman owned, plenty of seating, quite the selection of board games to play while hanging out. The beer selection, I have not seen one that extensive in a while, including ones brewed in-house!!! And affordable pricing as well! And they sell pizza (looked and smelled incredible, but I did purchase any when I went since I was still full from dinner). They have live music sometimes with a clever indoor/outdoor stage, which is also a perk. It was a very cozy, comfortable, and safe vibe going there, especially since I was there enjoying my drinks solo. The staff were very friendly despite the crowd and long line, happy to explain their "on tap" selections with only one offering being unavailable that evening. I had a Nitro Stout and then later a Cherry Cheesecake Pie Hard Seltzer, both brewed by them, and both were delicious. The hard seltzer did have all those flavor notes and it wasn't overly chemical sweetened, which I greatly appreciated. And I was so happy to see a darker beer option on their menu as the current trends tend to heavily favor the IPA's. Please support this awesome business, I look forward to bringing my significant other soon to play a board game or two over some brews and pizza!

It's not chaotic karaoke. It's not ego-driven. It's a room where singers are respected, the sound is dialed in, and the energy rises and falls naturally throughout the night. What I appreciate most is how they run the floor. Rotation stays fair. The mic levels are balanced. Adjustments are made when needed. They're paying attention -- and that matters when you care about your performance. I've watched the room swell to 60+ and ease down to a tight circle near closing, and both versions feel good. Big crowd? Electric. Smaller crowd? Intimate and locked in. That's leadership from the booth. And here's the exciting part: Starting Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 8PM, they're opening another karaoke night during the week. That tells you everything. They're not coasting. They're building. Opening a Tuesday gives local singers another space to sharpen their craft, support a venue that supports them, and bring life into a traditionally slower night. That's good for the performers and good for downtown. If you're someone who: * Likes clean sound * Appreciates organized rotations * Wants to sing without drama * Or just wants a solid midweek night out Put Tuesday at 8PM on your calendar. Here, you order your food, grab a number, and find your own seat for the food to be brought out to you. We sat at a table outside to decide what to order. There were no menus available so we just had to search for it online before heading inside to order. Despite being third in line from the register, we had an extremely long wait to order. There was only one person running the register who also had to make the drinks, meaning the service incredibly slow. We wanted to order the five taco platter, garlic fries, chicken Caesar salad, and mimosa pitcher. Sadly, we were only able to get the pitcher and salad. The cashier told us "sorry, we aren't doing fries right now." Not doing fries? Every plate in the vicinity had fries on them. She said that because it was brunch hour, only food on the brunch menu could be ordered. We looked at the brunch menu again and literally saw garlic fries as an option as a side for the burgers/sandwiches. No where did it specify that you can't order off the other menu and both were available online. What bothered us about this is that we placed this order at around 1:50pm, and brunch ended at 2:00pm. I understand that we are not entitled to things on the lunch menu during brunch-time for items like the tacos, but considering the menu swap was less than 10 minutes away and they were quite literally were "doing fries" at the time, it didn't make much sense to us. The only food that we ended up ordering was the Chicken Caesar Salad. This one dish took a super long time to receive. By the time it was brought out, the three of us nearly finished the Mimosa pitcher. The waitress noticed we had no silverware and said she would go grab us some. Because of how the service had been going thus far, we placed a bet on whether or not the waitress would come back with the silverware. Surprise, surprise. She didn't. We had to go inside later and search for silverware ourselves. We weren't even able to get sharing plates which was upsetting since the waitress asked us if we would be sharing the salad. The salad itself looked delicious, but was bland. The dressing was missing that zing and zest that a Caesar dressing typically has. I do appreciate that is was a chopped salad, had avocado, and seasoned croutons. It is just unfortunate that it was lacking any flavor at all. The food prices are quite affordable for the quantity of food you receive though. This experience was disappointing because I was so optimistic about the place. The menu looked good, it had fun and casual vibes and a cool crowd of people. If Commonwealth worked towards better service practices, it would have been a more positive experience.

Looking at the exterior, we could only guess what was coming. Walking in just after opening gave us opportunity to marvel over the beautifully appointed interior without bothering yet to arrive lunch customers. After perusing the menu, which we had somewhat studied pre decision to dine here, our waiter Matteo filled in item by item our understanding of the many menu options. With his help and suggestions we four decided to share two "starters" - the whipped feta - half classic and half smoky. Both were delicious! We chose the 4 piece Bruschetta with a suggested cheese added. It too rang the delicious bell. We picked paninis for our main course: Flank steak, French dip and Prosciutto & Fig Jam. Each would be served with a side salad - either Spinach or Spring. We all chose Spinach. The sandwiches were full of the components as described. My wife's Prosciutto & Fig Jam had prosciutto from end to end countering a review to the contrary I had read. The other paninis were likewise filled. The Spinach side salads were loaded with walnuts and cranberries. The amount of feta was adequate. the total amount of salad was more than I expected. My wife ordered a dessert to go, and just reported to me that was superb. We had to forgo any wine with lunch as we had miles to drive home afterward. But I await the day we can spend the night in town and enjoy some selections of their impressive wine stock and not have to drive home. A Friday evening comes to mind. It must happen so we can try out more items of their well chosen fare. A couple of the pokes look scrumptious and a few more of the paninis await my gastric juices. We were pleasantly surprised by Damon bringing us a complimentary Chocolate Panini served with house made whipped zcream (who even serves that these days?) He said that we HAD to try his #1 selling item from the whole menu before we left. We tasted, and learned why it had reached that status. Good in appearance. Perfect in creation, Superb in taste. Kudos by the bucketful to Damon, Matteo, and the rest of the staff who helped this Birthday Bash be warm & fuzzy and highly enjoyed. If you haven't yet. I suggest you put Camp 4 on your high priority list and enjoy the experience as I'm sure you will. We sure did!
