Craig is Sciabicas resident olive oil expert with amazing credentials. He and his staff did a wonderful job making the event a success. We learned so much about the olive oil process and industry. We didn't realize how different olive oils can taste! It is a lovely venue for a private event or a visit on your own. The adjacent gift shop is spacious and well organized. A special treat was homemade chocolate chip cookies made with, surprise, olive oil! Delicious. KB Crate gave each attendee a gift bag which included a bottle of Sciabicas olive oil.
