Playing off the idea that you would bring/rent paddle boards means the owners anticipated it would be hot but didn't install fans or misters for those not on the water. Make it make sense. The whole "swim-up bar" thing is basically just paddling up to grab a slushie which isn't even wine-based. So if you want a random frozen drink while you're on your paddleboard, get after it.
