Ok love the ciders here. We've been enjoying the mango for months from Save Mart. Now we have been checking out the actual place they make the ciders. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They change out the drinks often so which is great. Ask for a taste from the list on the wall before ordering you cool adult beverage. There's seating behind thr building and a food truck. The trucks seem to rotate. Last week it was a wings truck the week before I think it was a Chinese food truck. So we went to get hotdogs from Taste of Chicago hotdogs which happened to be the vendor of the day at Tapped Apple Cider Brewery. While we sat outside to wait for our hotdogs, we decided to check out the brewery and their lineup was too hard to just choose one so we went for the flight. We had awesome customer service from Roma and Adrain and they answered all of our questions about the variety of options they had that day. The music they were playing was definitely the cherry on top for this visit and made for a great first time there. We will definitely be going back. Vibbbbbesss! The vibes are immaculate here! The staff is amazing. They're knowledgeable about the cider. I was curious on whether the cider was gluten free and it turns out it is! I ordered a flight that came with all five ciders. They were all delicious but the peach one was my favorite. We got a huge growler to go of that one. I also enjoyed the blu since it had a nice tart kick to it! Loved the ambiance and sitting outside. This is also a family friendly establishment. There was a food truck available as well. We tried a flight of ciders at this location and had a great time. The flavors rotate frequently, but in general are more balanced than some that you can purchase at your local supermarket. You are also able to bring your own food or buy some from the food truck. The atmosphere is lively and homey at the same time, with plenty of outside seating available. The workers were really friendly and easy to strike a conversation with. Overall, a pleasant experience and worth visiting again in the future. read more

I don't know why it took me so long to try this place but I was missing out! Our flight from left to right included Ginger/lime, mango, cherry/lime, tropical (with passion fruit) and the house favorite. All were clean and crisp. My favorite one was the Ginger/lime, which had a great kick to it! They had plenty of tables set out in the back, with heaters so that things stayed comfortable. Tried a flight of five ciders: apricot, raspberry, black currant, vanilla brown sugar, and cranberry. I usually like fruity ciders best, but the vanilla brown sugar was my favorite. Raspberry was a close second. Had a Mexican food truck there with tasty tacos. Small place in a warehouse setting, but had lots of outdoor seating and set up a heater for us. HIDDEN GEM. Yes and no. Literally hidden because it's in a huge industrial area next to a cross fit gym. I mean, of course right? What new up and coming brews and tap house isn't in a warehouse with a huge parking lot. But really, it's a gem. The best type of rare gem find that you can stumble across because you would of never known it to be there, unless: 1. You Yelp 2. You Crossfit next door 3. You know the taco lady THAT'S RIGHT. YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY. They supply their own taco lady right outside in the back parking lot area (the store front you can walk straight through to the other end of the lot where there's more space, tables, and you can bring your own chairs and tables or they have some folding ones for you in addition to the ones already sitting out). That's how popular this tiny place gets. Small menu with 5 rotating flavors on tap. I mean, they never stop pouring flights because people order them back to back to back. Best part? You open a tab with your name, not your credit card. They run their business well and create relationships even better. Best part? They are brewing some BOMBTASTIC ciders in Salida. You could of never imagined, neither did I, but lucky for me. I YELP. The flight (10) was 5 pours and each one was absolutely delicious. I didn't hate any of them. I love liked each one more and more. Brown sugar with a 10.2 tasted like the original to me, but both were tart but a good balance of sweet. My overall favorite was the blueberry pom, tasted just like a jolly rancher and it wasn't dry. The atmosphere is so chill. Everybody is amazing and friendly, family and pet friendly! Small indoor seating, so bundle up when you come or stay close to the taco lady. HER PRICES AND FOOD WAS LEGIT. Chicken and Asada, but I mean street tacos 3 for $5 and she takes card and venmo- COME UP. This is the type of business venture and attitude entrepreneurs need. The only downside is that they're only opened two days a week and that they're so far from the bay. I picked up a growler (20) to go with my blueberry pom- and I was pleasantly surprised to know that it'll only just ferment even more on my commute home in the growler! I can't rave enough and just ecstatic that I was able to stop by while I was in town and they were opened. Hands down one of the best cideries I've been to (and I've been to Portland, haha!). I loved this new local gem! The owners were both there (they're open for tastings Fridays and Saturdays), and were really friendly. My wife and I both had flights, and the owners even threw in a couple extra tastings of things they wanted us to try. The ciders on tap were: Original apple, Blue Pom, Raspberry, Concert in the Park (Cran-Apple), and ginger. Their ciders are sweet, but not so sickening sweet as Redds, or Angry Orchard, and its definitely worth it to try them all. I am SO excited to have a place like this in town, and loved everything I tried. I walked away with a growler of the Blue Pom cider, plans to return soon, and the desire to tell everyone I know about this awesome and mostly undiscovered new cidery in town. read more

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I always travel over an hour just to come and have their ciders (including taking growlers home) because they're just that good! Their flavors vary by the week, normally changing one or 2 from the previous week but we've like every single one! We also always start out with flights and have a glass afterwards of Concert in the Park. The service is always very friendly (Cory was our server today) and the owner is great as well! They also give you pretzels which are such a great snack to munch on (we get many refills of them lol). We'll continue to make to make the drive just for these ciders :-) read more
