One and most important service she provided that I use to test the quality of customer service is refilling my iced tea. Even before I finished my iced tea, Mariana brought a new glass of iced tea. Food is as great as always! It was Easter Sunday. I'm sorry I found out that the all employees are mandated to work "every" holiday. As much as I love Sizzler. I think it's wrong that you make your employees work every major holiday. Always!!!! Please change that policy. It would be nice to have a choice to be able to be with there family's once in awhile. Yadira was out server for a party of 6. we had a decent amount of food and drinks and she was always on point with her service. absolutely phenomenal. within seconds of my drink being finished she asked if I wanted another. plates were taken immediately and she was so very nice. I am a little bit bummed that sizzler doesn't have a veggie burger. it's 2026, there's more vegetarians in the world now lol. its ok because I expected a great cup of broccoli and cheddar soup, only to see there was no broccoli and cheddar soup! Bummer, but no worries I'm not super picky so I ate from their stocked salad bar, which is amazingly up-kept. Grew up eating at Sizzler so it's my go to steak place when it's a regular occasion. We went to the Turlock Sizzler since we were doing some local errands. I ordered the Ribeye steak ($39.99) along with a salad bar ($9.99). My wife ordered just the Ayce salad bar. Our waiter was Dom who had the best customer service I've seen compared to the Modesto Sizzler location. Dom always had a smile when he talked and was responsive to any requests. If you're lucky to have Dom as your waiter, it will make your dining experience way better. Ribeye with A1 was delish. The salad bar was clean and kept up. I used to love the unlimited salad bar here but it seems like they have fell off the last couple times I've went. The cheese bread is still the highlight but that's about it at 20 bucks a person I don't think it's worth it anymore the soups taste like they are straight out the can the bacon bits had a rancid old dusty fridge flavor to them which ruined my first salad anyway I won't be returning which is unfortunate because I used to love sizzler.Also I never got my refill on my drink until I was ready to leave even though I asked for one 15 mins beforehand. read more

First time at Sizzler in probably 15+ years, and I gotta say it brought back those nostalgia vibes of the 90s. From the interior to the salad bar, it feels like it's virtually unchanged, which brought back cool memories of yesteryear. Anyways, I didn't even need to look at the menu because I already knew I was going for the sirloin and all-you-can-eat fried shrimp, because I'm never gonna turn down AYCE fried shrimp and cocktail sauce. The sirloin was alright, but the fried shrimp was as good as I remember. Came out piping hot, and I don't want to know how many I ate, but it was a lot. For $26, it's still a solid deal IMO. Also, on this visit, I found out you can order as much cheesy bread as you want, which we took full advantage of, because that bread is hella good. My girlfriend and her mom got the salad bar option, and I gotta say, it left a lot to be desired. The chicken tenders were always out, and the soups were hella salty. I already am not a fan of salads, but the salad bar is a nice to have but not a need to have IMO. Our server Mariana was amazing. She really did a good job at refilling drinks, making sure our requests for side items were handled quickly. and of course kept the AYCE shrimp flowing. Went out of my comfort zone and ordered a steak tonight. It was pretty good for a sizzler steak. I have to give the chefs credit it was cooked exactly as I asked. One of the few sizzler locations that I can say they get it right for often than not. The staff is great, the manager Irene is great and always makes sure to say hi when we stop in. Our waitress Mariana did a great job considering this place was popping tonight, they were so busy I was shocked that we were able to find a seat. There were 3 large birthday party groups and by large I mean groups of about 15 to 20 each. So crazy busy tonight. Fresh watermelon and strawberries in the salad bar were a nice addition as well. Out of all the Sizzlers that are still open, the Turlock one is our favorite. Everything is on point at this place. Alxsa is such a wonderful server. She has a great smile which is always on her face while she is helping you. Right now, there is Christmas music playing because tis the season. I always get the salad bar which is fresh and refreshing! Always clean and full even when there is a rush. I'm telling you, this location really is the best location ever. A place I used to like but now it's becoming too much.. The food portions have gotten smaller and the price has just gone up on all the menu items. Sometimes the waiter or waitress attend you at first and then they disappear for long periods. They don't ask if you would like more to drink. It's as if this place only cares about your money forget customer service , not a problem. I'm not leaving a TIP just because. They got rid of one of their most tasty and popular item the chicken nuggets. We have kids and that's what they liked but now we won't go there anymore. I love sizzlers! I probably go to sizzlers twice a week. My only complaint is not having many servers is terrible. So many times we see only 1 server for everybody. That's so stressful and everything takes forever to get to your table the basic things like asking for sauce, ketchup, napkins, more water...Etc. I went late at night 2 weeks ago place was super busy Server didn't even tell me her name just quick to get our plates & that's all. It's not their fault ; it's the managers. Please do better.
