The food had no taste at all. Beans were bland, rice was cold, dry and bland too. The flautas were braking apart because they were over fried, the beef inside tasted like chalk. Most disappointed was the salsa for the tacos, no spice, no salt and no flavor. I wanted to give them a second chance but once again, Santi's was disappointing. Ok we have eaten Santi's food many times it's always been good. Today was not. I got pork chops with fries. Pork chops were very overcooked making them dry and hard, no seasonings not even salt, I did eat the fries. We got menudo asked to have a bit of hominy, none, we asked for flour tortillas and got corn. La pata was tough and seemed due to being undercooked? I am so disappointed, I don't have a car so my daughter went to pick up our order I would've preferred to go eat there. I debated all day whether I should write a negative review. Take out should be just as good as eating in. I spent $30 for French fries, very upsetting. My dogs even had difficulty with the chops. We were craving Santi's! This Resturaunt is a little hole In the wall , however their food is sooooooooo... soooooooo good . Please you most definitely have to give it a try. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and this establishment has a little bit of everything good . I'm a picky person.. I've had their enchiladas de shredded beef and their tacos America style with a cup of coffee before work and I was served in a timely manner. I can't always afford a lot but their prices are great.. When you make your order, you would think they get right but apparently writing something down is such a hard task or maybe reading the actually ticket of the order is a task in itself.
