I placed a large order today and paid extra for a side of hot sauce, but it wasn't included. When I went back to ask about it, the employee was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was in the wrong for asking about something I had already paid for. I also asked for plates for our takeout order, which I've been given many times before, but was told no in a very unfriendly way.(didn't get a name but it was the one with the botched lips) I'm not one to complain, but the attitude and lack of customer service really stood out this time. I hope management can address this, because this location has always been a go-to for me and my family.

They brought out our beer pitcher, and moments later, our fresh and vegan pizza was brought out to us with white plates. Our friends were trying to wrap up a game of pool five minutes before they were closing, and the workers did not visibly mind. They silently turned off the music and waited at the door for all of us to leave together. We left and told them how incredible they had made our experience. Needless to say, this is now where my family goes to celebrate, and where all of our friends can gather (vegan or not). Thank you!

I ordered a combo pizza along with chicken wings. I'm a pizza snob. Did I mention I love me some pizza? So first impressions of the pizza? Well there was over two inches of empty pizza crust. Total turn off. What a waste of space. I buy pizza for the toppings not for plain pizza crust. Let alone flavorless pizza crust. When I buy a pizza, I expect the pizza to have maybe an inch of pizza crust and the rest full of my favorite toppings. As for the flavor of the pizza, it was just ok. Now let's talk about the wings. Really not much to talk about. I ordered six wings and received four full wings and then two small maybe they were broken in half wings? I don't know. I just know they were not full wings. It seems as if I am bashing the place. I am really not. I was hoping to find new spot for my pizza fix. Unfortunately this is not the place for me. In the end, this was a one and done.
