Had a terrible experience and horrible service at this location. They got my pick up order wrong by forgetting toppings. Instead of remaking the pizza, they just threw toppings on the finished pizza and put it back in the oven. Toppings were burnt and clearly not staying on the pizza. When I called them out on it, they lied to me and said they threw away the original pizza. They offered a 2-liter a compensation for the $50 pizza that they messed. I tried to order online the special which was being advertised in the app. I followed the directions but when I placed my order, I was charged full-price for everything. I went in to pick up my order and the front door was propped open despite it being 94 degrees out. It felt even hotter inside and there were flies all over the place. Something has changed with the ingredients of their pizza. I used to order here all the time but the last 3 times have been bad. The first time I thought well maybe a fluke. I have ordered twice since and got the same results. I'm not even sure what it is but it's like the sauce tasted spoiled maybe? The crust was mushy. The manager was literally scrolling on her phone and laughed while ignoring the business phone calls during Super Bowl- while we were all sitting waiting for over 5 hours for the pizza we ordered earlier. If any kindness or genuine care was shown I would understand, but just being lazy and laughing is so unprofessional. Very disappointed in one of our pizza tonight. Not sure if Management has changed but we ordered a lrg pepperoni pizza which came out good and a lrg specialty Tuscan Garlic pizza. First, it was messing sun dried tomatoes and 2nd it was a SLOPPY looking pizza. Garlic just blotched on top of the meat, very little green onions and some of the meat looked burnt. We've been coming here for 9+ yrs. The last 2 times have been so disappointing that we now drive to Mt Mikes in Ceres. Every 10 minutes, they say 5 more minutes. I wait there for another 40 minutes. During that time, others are complaining and asking for their money back. The manager, probably the same young age as the employees, came out and wasn't very helpful to anyone. Always been a fan of mountain mikes but it seems to have fallen off. The staff is really nice and very helpful, seems like their suffering though due to it being a thousand degrees in there. Made it very uncomfortable to sit and relax and enjoy the food when it's hotter inside than outside. The place is very outdated and only about three choice's of beer on tap which was kinda flat for my tasting. Food was okay, they brought it out very fast and checked on us often to make sure everything was good. Overall I think 3 stars is a good rating. read more

I started this review months ago and just now decided to finish it. I wish I had done it back when it happened so I could be sure the people involved could be properly recognized. We received a pizza that didn't have very much meat on it. Normally the pizzas from this location are excellent. We called the store and spoke to the manager. The manager said a new employee apparently needed more training so they thanked us for the feedback and offered a free replacement pizza on a day of our choosing. We continue to buy our pizzas here as a result of this manager seeing our negative experience as an opportunity to provide more training. Not a big deal, we weren't bad customers, the employee wasn't a bad employee, a pizza just needed to be better, a situation to be managed. If only someone had the skills.... I've been here for over an hour. And have only been able to get 2 slices from the buffet. The girls keep selling buffets but are only putting a pizza in oven every half hour. There's whole families here that are waiting for pizza. And once one comes out it's gone in seconds. Terrible service. I counted 20 customers on buffet. A elderly homeless man came in. He honestly only had a couple slices. Every time he would get up pizza was gone. Poor man he left and you can tell he was still hungry. The girls need to stop the gossip in the prep area.
