Found them on TikTok and went to go try their food and their ranch is sooo good! They told me they hand batter their chicken strips and the jalapeño Poppers are the good ones. We couldn't leave without trying the ice cream they have such a big selection of ice cream cheesecake and brownie and much more I recommend the cheesecake strawberry. Yummy addition for Merced! A lot of people, including myself, were thinking great...another burger place in Merced...but wow! I was pleasantly surprised. I went during the soft opening where only the drive-thru was open. Although they have a sign that says there might be delays because they're still working some things out, we got our food pretty quick. 1st time going, we tried: The western cheese burger - 4/5 The chicken sandwich (spicy) - 5/5 Onion rings and curly fries for the sides 2nd time going, we tried: The chicken sandwich (spicy) - 5/5 The Philly cheesesteak - 4/5 Shrimp Basket - 3/5 Absolutely recommend the chicken sandwich (spicy). It's huge, seasoned well, and one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It wasn't really spicy though. The western cheese burger and Philly cheesesteak were good as well but expected. A new burger place in Merced, now in "soft open" drive through only mode. It's pretty good. I give it 3.5 to 4 stars. The burgers are good and filling, the fries are very good (crinkle cut and Curley), however the chicken nuggets were not that great and I'm not a fan of the limited dips they offer (ranch, buffalo, thousand island, bbq). I got the Pastrami sandwich and it was delicious! The mozzarella sticks were not a favorite, but the onion rings were fantastic. That was the conclusion to our party of 6 for dinner. The service is great. Drive through only right now so we couldn't go in yet. It's the old Long John Silvers place. I anticipate this restaurant will be here for a while. It's a nice place with a fairly large menu. I only got the burger, single, on this trip, my first. The service was friendly and I feel like I got quite a nice size burger for $7. I'll customize it some next time but it was a good tasting burger. My picture doesn't do it justice. It was fresh, juicy, & tasty. I came in not expecting much but this place actually surprised me! The burgers were really good and the curly fries were just as solid. Double cheeseburger so delicious but I'm such a sucker for crinkle cut fries that are seasoned well. I mean fries almost always have to be the selling point because a burger is always up to the biter and there are a myriad of ways to have a burger. Pretty sure it was Mister Bourdain who said sometimes it's just pickles, onions, mustard and a burnt or well done or medium [(not medium well or rare, medium medium) (my preference)] is the best. Absolutely disgusted by both the food and customer service. Came to this place for the first time at 7:46pm 1/13/26. While we were ordering the lady kept messing up our order and confusing it with other items. Lady at front Mo, was talking bad about one of her coworkers with her back facing us, not realizing we were at the window listening to the whole conversation. She had empty cups sitting at soda machine while she was yapping. We paid and she gave us the bag of food without asking if we wanted any sauces. Opened the bag and seen that she got our order wrong. Bit into the fries and they were extremely oily. Seen the burgers and they were drenched in oil and immediately got grossed out. The customer service was so bad for no reason it started off with her telling us to let her know when we are ready ready we ordered two things a shake and a dipped cone when asked a question immediately answered with attitude like she was already irritated. My dad just came here to order us food, he asked for a regular meal and they kept trying to push for a large soda after every order, my dad kept saying no and they still added it on and charged him for the large anyways. We ordered mozzarella sticks and ordered our burgers without pickles, they forgot the mozzarella sticks and put pickles on our burgers. My dad called the owner trying to get money back for the mozzarella sticks they forgot but they refused and said they will just give us a free one if we come back next time. We love the hamburgers here. It's not the food that's the issue. Cleanliness needs to be priority. The bathrooms were not only dirty, they smelled. The floor in the kitchen had paper and food all over and the cooks apron was dirty, meaning that he probably was wiping his hands on it. Tables were dirty, we had to wipe ours down. These things are a poor reflection on the experience. If the bathrooms are dirty there's a good chance everything else is too. Clean it up please. read more
