When they do interact, it often comes across as short or unfriendly. I'm not trying to make assumptions about the staff, but after repeated experiences like this, the environment just feels unwelcoming. It's gotten to the point where I can't even focus on working there because the overall vibe feels off. It's frustrating because this place could be great with more attentiveness and basic kindness in customer service. Our service also left a lot to be desired. Our waitress, Izzy, made us feel rushed throughout the meal instead of allowing us to enjoy the occasion at our own pace. After we got home, I spoke with Isaac, the manager, about our experience. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely took the time to address our concerns. His excellent customer service made a significant difference, and we truly appreciated the way he handled the situation. Although our initial experience was disappointing, Isaac's commitment to making things right gave us confidence to give the restaurant another chance.
