Their food and service is amazing. They make the best korean army Stew out there. The restaurant is also very clean.

I follow them on Instagram to keep up with their artist lineup and the different styles of jazz they host. The food and drinks here are always unique and delicious. They run a seasonal menu, so l always try to order those limited-time items. My friend and I both tried the "Mango Lasso" cocktail--it's super mango-forward with a solid pour of vodka, plus it comes with an adorable little mango gummy cowboy hat on top (super cute, though the gummy itself didn't have much flavor, haha!). For dessert, we got the warm chocolate chip cookie served with bourbon pecan whipped cream. The cookie was a bit hard and crunchy --I was hoping for a soft, gooey skillet/ pazookie style, so that was a minor letdown. That said, one small dessert miss doesn't diminish all the other incredible experiences.

2/5 - great space, consistently poor service…read more I really wanted to like this place because the location and space are great, it has a lot of potential as a coffee and coworking spot. However, after visiting multiple times at different times of day, I don't think I'll be coming back. The food is fine and the coffee is okay, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing, and that's what ultimately ruins the experience. Each time I've gone, the staff behind the counter seem disengaged and uninterested in helping customers. There have been multiple occasions where no one acknowledges you at the counter, or they stay in the back and make you feel like you're interrupting them just by ordering. When they do interact, it often comes across as short or unfriendly. I'm not trying to make assumptions about the staff, but after repeated experiences like this, the environment just feels unwelcoming. It's gotten to the point where I can't even focus on working there because the overall vibe feels off. It's frustrating because this place could be great with more attentiveness and basic kindness in customer service. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently negative enough that it outweighs everything else.

The drinks are wonderful, but roughly $7-8 is difficult to justify when the environment makes you feel horrible.

The food was okay, but costly for quality and portion, and it's not really what I want to eat every time I have coffee.

Loved that the booths had walls, so it made the experience more private. Our table was a tad short, but we made it work. All the food was hot when served. Server was attentive. I don't think Harwood Arms was prepared for how many people were going to show up- it seemed completely disorganized, chaotic, and just ridiculous. We were sitting down at one of the tables outside in the alley area and the walkway was clear- at first. After the game had actually started, I guess they just let everyone in and the entire walkway was PACKED with people to the point that our once clear view of the TV, was gone in an instant. As the night progressed, obviously a girl has to pee, so as I was walking into the actual restaurant/ pub to use the bathroom and I guess the "bouncer" stuck his arm between me and the door and dismissively said I couldn't go in. Excuse me? After telling him I literally have a table outside, he yanks at his collar and speaks into his little walkie talkie asking if there's a table of 4 outside under my name. Sorry, I didn't know I was watching the Mexico game at the freakin White House surrounded by Secret Agents. Give me a break. So when he magically confirms I have a table (because I do), he lifts up his arm and gives me the ALL CLEAR! It's actually funny looking back at it. But give me a break. When going back outside to sit at my table, the same bouncer/ Secret Agent/ FBI dude gives attitude to my boyfriend and myself for the commotion caused earlier. The actual police officer next to him told us it's ok and to just have a good time. The only nice thing someone said to us and he doesn't even work at Harwood Arms lol. To management, if you do not want people "off the street" to go in and out of your pub or inside to use your bathrooms, then I don't know- maybe come up with a wristband method so your paying customers can smoothly go in and out to use your bathrooms? Just a thought. OR just don't be unwelcoming to people that are actively spending money at your pub. Harwood Arms was NOT prepared at all for the high velocity of people coming in to watch the FIFA games. Quite frankly, it was a MESS. I did visit Bar W a few days after that and had a MUCH BETTER experience-- go there instead.

She wanted to recreate a Mezcal drink that was phenomenal at Old Hickory in Gaylord hotel. From our description, the bartender tried her best to duplicate what we had. She came close, and we appreciated the effort, but we will have to return to Old Hickory to have it again. But the Mezcal drinks we had at Whiskey Moon were very good and we enjoyed them as a nightcap. The bar is located in the lounge of the Renaissance hotel. It is laid out nicely so there is ample seating at the bar or in the lounge. Service was friendly and professional. It's a bit pricey but I guess that is what vacations are for.

From the moment I walked in, Jasmine and Henry delivered exceptional service. Their friendly conversation, great sense of humor, and genuine hospitality made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. What stood out most was how they treated me, not like just another customer running up a tab, but like a valued regular, even though it was my first visit. That level of personal attention is rare and deserves recognition. Jasmine and Henry truly elevated the experience, and they are a big reason I'll be coming back.

We were seated outside without being asked if that was our preference, and the location felt isolated with little to no ambiance, which took away from the celebration. Our service also left a lot to be desired. Our waitress, Izzy, made us feel rushed throughout the meal instead of allowing us to enjoy the occasion at our own pace. After we got home, I spoke with Isaac, the manager, about our experience. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely took the time to address our concerns. His excellent customer service made a significant difference, and we truly appreciated the way he handled the situation. Although our initial experience was disappointing, Isaac's commitment to making things right gave us confidence to give the restaurant another chance. We look forward to our next visit and hope it reflects the level of service we know they're capable of.
