Total fan of this shop. All sustainable company, everything Nespresso you need here. All the different pods and flavors, they have a wonderful tasting bar where someone will make you different coffees, you must drink there because they do not do to go cups. All different machines, small and high end, milk frothers and cleaning kits for cheap. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. They are changing flavors and discontinuing some of the favorites so if one of those is your, they suggest you stock up now. Love popping in to pick up pods and tasting a new flavor. read more

Visiting the Nespresso Boutique is always such a treat. The BF got me a Nespresso for my birthday a few years ago and I've fallen in love with the ability to make delicious lattes and coffee drinks at home! We love to stop into this full service store to taste the new cups and purchase some sleeves to take home. I love when they have special seasonal flavors. Everyone is always so nice and they are very well informed. They go into depth to explain what you are tasting and how the different pods compare. We once had an issue where we were charged for a sleeve that someone forgot to put in our bag. We called and the issue was instantly resolved. Without even having to go back to the store, they offered to ship us the missing sleeve. That's service!! read more

I just recently bought an espresso maker and decided to pop in while I was nearby. They have you wait in line outside until it's your turn to enter. When I was finally let in after a few minutes, I was helped by a woman who I am assuming is the manager-dark hair, accent. Anyway, I was hoping to get some recommendations and wanted to know more about each different type of pod. She was so rude and condescending and would laugh when I would ask any question. Though I'm not a coffee drinker and wandered into the store with my coffee addicted friend, the lady at the tasting bar was so cheerful and took the time to explain the differences between the various roasts/blends to a coffee ignorant person who obviously was not going to be buying something from the store. Went here Wednesday yesterday by chance and it started off very well, even getting a demonstration of a better version of the machine we were looking at. However, as soon as we started the process of buying it all started to downhill, we were told from the start it was in stock, otherwise probably wouldn't have looked at it, turns out it wasn't. So we waited about 15 minutes to see if they could get one from somewhere else. Never got it, ended up ordering it online. Process for buying it somehow took a very long time, all in all somehow took almost an hour from the time we walked in to buy this machine. I was also told they did military discount and even asked to confirm it was added to the total before paying(it was not). No itemized receipt either I only know this because I checked on my account online when I got home because I had a feeling. Not sure why but somehow the mailing address didn't have our apt number either; even though we gave the informaion, so now our package is going to sit outside instead of inside our apartment buildings mail boxes. Workers were nice but way too many mistakes and waste of my time I wish I had ordered it online. read more

Please do not have your new staff taking orders at the register. Was there Saturday Jan 27 between 5/6pm and they had newbies at the register and it was obvious the male manager was training her. I have no idea where my order is. I called customer service and she did not spell my email correctly even though I literally spelled it out for her on my notes on my phone. I made it so easy for her to not spell it incorrectly. And even had her double check, and she still got it wrong lol. Please don't have untrained staff taking orders. Crystal at Nespresso defines outstanding customer service - a lack of these days, but this gem - which I hope goes far in life - is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and compassionate!!! I had never been into this store until last weekend. They were handing out samples of their Liminha over ice coffee. Instantly sold. I went out and bought the machine and returned the next Friday night about a 1/2 hour before closing to get ALL of the coffee. This place is popular! There was quite a line for these two young ladies running the place! Eileen helped us when we got up to select our coffee. What a doll! Man she's knowledgeable and funny! She helped every customer like they were the only people in the store. She never made us feel rushed even though it was now very close to closing time and the line was to the door. After waiting several minutes for service, the male employee said he could not assist her because the store was closed. Came for a limited edition coffee but they got a small batch and sold out, yet, they had a few samples left. I tried it and it was good but I bought the limited edition expresso instead because I know most of the limited stuff are great. I'll be back for the drive out, experience here and friendly staff. If I could give this place 0 starts I would , I went to this boutique with my mom I wanted to see what they had in the store that I couldn't find online and possibly gift my mom a machine. When we came in a young lady named Aurely was folding bags and didn't even acknowledge us, we wanted to try a coffee at the tasting bar they have in this store, no one was there so we stood there waiting to be helped. There was another young lady helping out someone at the register, finally when my mom asked if she could help us she rolled her eyes and said sure I'll be there. She was so short with her answers we felt like we couldn't even ask her questions she seemed bothered doing her job, This definitely ruined our experience here. As soon as a young man came out who seemed to be a manager or above her she changed the tone and they both started talking while we looked around the store. We decided to leave since the staff here was not welcoming. I will continue to buy my coffee online since I love the coffee and my employees do too at my office, nespresso should definitely look into this location, as a business owner I would not want this staff working for my business. read more

I stopped by on a whim when I was in the mall, only to compare prices on a new Nespresso Aeroccino. We had an older model that had finally given up after many uses.There was zero pressure, but they were having a very good sale, so I bought the Aeroccino 4. My salesperson, Suzette, not only made this a great sales experience, but she should bottle and market her customer service attitude. She has an irrepressible cheerfulness that's infectious. In addition, I had a perfect macchiato at the coffee bar from a very helpful guy. I don't know where they find these employees, but they are the kind of people that make a store's success. read more

What a wonderful experience here! Located inside of the UTC mall. They offer coffee samples to the public and it's in LARGE cups! They don't have anything other than coffee, so you know it's specialty coffee. They also sell coffee makers of all kinds. Ask for milk with your coffee! And they display all the packets of sugar in front of you. Service is amazing and super nice! Even when just visiting for a coffee sample, the sales associate left us with brochures on the way out.
