We must of came to the reserve at the tail end of its life earlier this month because our experience is nothing like a lot of earlier experiences. We first came on a Saturday night seeing that the Starbucks was open late. The regular side Starbucks was opened late, not the reserve bar. We couldn't fault them cause it wasn't listed on their website that both the reserve bar and regular Starbucks operated on different hours. We came back the next morning excited just to be pretty disappointed about the reserve. We sat at the bar and thought someone would come up to us and ask us for our order. Nope we had to go in line and order through the regular cafe side. We saw from older pics that the reserve bar usually has a menu that offers coffee flights and coffee over ice cream which my fiance really wanted to try. "Nope, we don't do the special pours and they haven't sent us ice cream in a long time" The reserve barista said. While the shaken lemonade drink we got was good, we only did it for the cups. I honestly wouldn't return here because it sounds like the reserve part of this starbucks will be closing and converting to a regular starbucks. If you want the cups, I suggest going before this reserve bar is set to close.

My boyfriend and I love Starbucks! We were so excited to see that the domain has a reserve now. I've been to the one in Seattle and Chicago, this one was definitely up to par. -clean bathrooms - inviting environment -quick service

I see a lot of negative reviews about this place, and most of the complaints are on their poorly managed operations. Unfortunately I have to second these reviewers on their poor services and long wait time. However, I think it is still a good coffee break spot in the Domain, and I think it's best to visit during weekdays to avoid the crowds. It's a pretty nicely decorated store, and sometimes you see chess clubs hosting tournaments on their outdoor patio. It's a Starbucks Reserve so we assume ppl have higher expectations for them than a regular Starbucks. This store unfortunately doesn't have that "reserve" classy vibe and rlly just make you feel like a regular Starbucks. Drinks-wise I've ordered their matcha latte a couple of times and all of them were quite delicious. Will still come back for drinks when in Domain.

    Hazelnut bianco latte, it's good!!

Have been to SR so many times, my go to drink is hazelnut bianca latte!! If you go to SR, order from reserve menu, that's when you see the difference b/w, regular Starbucks and reserve. I love hazelnut Bianca: flavors are perfectly balanced, smooth, velvety and nothing is overwhelming, but cutting off 1 star because of the wait time, even when they're empty and pretty much has to do only your order, still it takes 15ish mins, which doesn't make any sense

This is now just a Starbucks. Not a Reserve. Only serving the average, mild at best coffee. Regular food and drink specials. Employees are great, underpaid and can only work with what they are given. Long gone is the decadent cold brew malts.

Nice place. Very stylish inside and when the day it's cold what's best but a hot beverage. My friend comes here with her husband and her daughter all the time and since we had dinner, we just wanted some coffee. We received very good customer service, the place was clean and big enough to have a nice conversation. I do have to check it out in a nicer day. However, with the weather like this, it's hard to plan for a nicer day. My cafe latte was great. Substitute for coconut milk, it was warm, and foamy.

I've been going to this place on and off for just over a year. The staff are really nice and the place is kept clean and tidy. It has a simple, modern design which works, plus they also sell merch if you want a cup, hat or t-shirt! The location isn't very big, but there's plenty of seating inside, as well as outlets to use if you're going here to study, browse or just relax. They also sell a range of beer and wines, so you can get a lil chaser of your favourite tipple, which is great because it's open from 7am-9pm, so you can walk right out onto the main road which is full of bars if you want to keep the party going. The coffee is rich and tasty, plus they do a small selection of pastries and breakfast tacos (Tacodeli) in the morning. Warning, the Tacos go QUICK if you're looking start with the handheld bundles of joy. Overall, it's a great coffeshop for the coffee itself, its atmosphere, placement, and selection of drinks.

The muffin was dry, cold and when I attempted to break off pieces of it to eat it just crumbled in my hands. The taste was that of dry day, old bread, without much flavor. My coffee was a disappointment, as well Although I ordered my latte, hot and specifically asked for no foam, neither request was really honored The coffee was lukewarm and you may be able to tell by the picture there was quite a bit of foam, Plus left a good amount of space between where the drink ended with the foam and the top.
