Decadent gourmet donuts! Need I say more? The flavors are very unique and the layers of flavors are very intentional. I was walking by minding my own business and happened to side glance the display and the next minute I was walking in that door. The place looks very inviting, I was hyper focused on the donuts themselves though. I got 6 of these baddies to go with me and they travelled well on the airplane. The lady at the counter was so nice, she packed them really well and gave me a nice carry bag to go. One of my favorites was the horchata which had a caramel chocolate coated bottom and a torched horchata flavored meringue. Who really thinks of coating the bottom of the donut and it really made a big difference in how the flavors came together. The other favorite was Pumpkin Pie which I imagine would be seasonal. Hands down, the best donuts I have had in a long while.

I've never been to the famous Soco location but I came to the new Domain spot before work and I am not disappointed. I honestly forgot what flavors I got but I know they were all amazing. One donut had a horchata churro cream which was so sugar attack inducing but tasted amazing. Another blueberry donut had a perfect texture and I'm a sucker for a blueberry donut. Overall, a great donut place.

Stay salty!

Contrary to giant block lettering, this place is sweet and savory. Bre was lovely with the recommendations, I tried her pick for my first time - the Café con Leche - sweet and crème filled, topped with sugary crumbles. Sweets are my jam and this one was pretty good, but I'm coming back for some Terry Black's kolaches or another recommendation on the salty side soon!

Super cute spot! I was hungry for breakfast and decided to stop by. I got the Terry Black's BBQ Brisket Kolache and it was really good. The brioche breading was nice and buttery (smelled good too) and was topped with a little salt for flavor. The brisket was good with cheese inside. Will definitely be back!

Never a Dull Donut from the Salty...Service was great...Had an ample selection for 12 noon on a Saturday....On Deck was the Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake, Churro & Dulce De Leche Star, Cafe Con Leche and the Pistachio Cannoli Donut....almost impossible to pick a favorite, but both of us Are coffee fans...So the Cafe won out.

Love the donuts but staff isn't as friendly as the south location

Quick, amazing service!I would recommend the monthly flavor for Mother's Day Strawberry Cheesecake.

A Kolache with Terry Blacks bbq inside! YUM!

Gave good recommendations! I liked everyone she suggested. Had the churro, and Texas sheet cake and Mango! All were delicious!

Came by on a Wednesday. Very nice quiet and clean. My daughter and I first time. Came by to try out-heard about it by word of mouth. Enjoyed today's variety of options. Went for the cafe con leche - looked so good and it did not disappoint (4.5/5) def grab a drink it's sweet but yummy. Then went for the traditional glaze and it's just that exactly (3/5). Took the rest home. Starting from top left to right and down. Traditional glaze, brown butter & salt cake, Churro & dulce de leche, vegan neopolitan, cafe con leche and horchata.

Churro dulce de leche

Really creative flavors, but the earlier in the day you can go to get them, the better because I feel like all the popular flavors sell out so fast. We tried The churro dulce de leche - this was my favorite of the two. The dough was so soft and I loved the sugar on the outside. It has a lot of filling, which is nice, and even almost too much filling. The cream was pretty thick and was a good mixture of sweet but also a bit salty. The cookies and cream - this one was good, but nothing really special in terms of taste. But I liked how crispy crumbly the texture of this one was.

Tried Salty this week and had a bite one of each of all the donuts and every single one of them was delicious. My fave was the earl grey/lavender and the matcha cream. It's pretty awesome they have vegan and regular, our team brought them to the office and they were a gem hit and such a nice afternoon pick-me-up after a full day of meetings. Looking forward to coming back and getting the lavender one again!

Some options were sold out late morning.

Cute coffee place that but the donut were not the star of the place. The donuts were Mid level donuts at best. Nothing really stood out but the savory options were banging. The brisket kolache was good, it was similar to a Chinese bbq pork bun. The everything Cragel was my favorite, everything seasoning and it was a consistency of a flakey croissant as a shape of a bagel. Sadly the donuts I tried were average and wouldn't have me coming back for more. Some donuts were really dense as if they were bread...

Macias S.

Solid donuts! Went to try them with my fiancé and we tried 3 different ones. We both agreed that they were good but not the best! I'm not much of a donut person but I like when places elevate donuts to a different level than just how they usually come either normal or filled like this place. I love that. There's only one place that I dream and think about often when it comes to donuts but this place would come second. 4/5 favorite was the star shaped one

Cinnamon Cereal Milk Matcha Latte
Amrutha S.

I got the cinnamon cereal milk matcha, and it was fine. I wish they shook the drink beforehand because all the cinnamon settled to the bottom and it was hard to taste the flavor throughout. When I'm back in the area, I'd try one of the donuts

I had just read on Reddit a couple days prior that this was recommended as an alternative to another Austin bakery. When I walked in I was surprised to find many older individuals sitting and chatting, so I thought there might be some kind of event. But it's probably just the demographics of the neighborhood! Based on the decor I can tell they're not trying to be a "trendy" bakery and remain true to their identity as a neighborhood business. They still had a good number of pastries available but I did get the last strawberry danish of the day (pictured). I also got the almond croissant. Their pre-made bread loaves all looked appetizing as well. I thought both pastries had good texture but could have used more filling/flavoring.

The mint ice cream was incredible because they used fresh mint, not mint extract or mint flavor so it tastes different than the regular mint chocolate chip ice cream we are all used to. I really liked it. They have a small window to order and the staff are very friendly. Definitely worth stopping by if you want a cookie or ice cream. The line moves fast.

Cute little bakery with a sweet older lady who speaks zero English but was nonetheless extremely welcoming and kind. She even gave my toddler a complimentary macaron. Sweet. I am usually pretty adventurous with trying new pastries/snacks and it generally works out well. Unfortunately, I did not like most of the things we took home that day (my husband agreed). A taro egg ball thing -- not fans. A gelatinous rice blob inside a bamboo leaf (believe it's called Zongzi) -- also didn't work for us. Finally, the beef puff (which seemed like a safe bet) fell short of expectations. It's my fault -- I ignored that part that said "beef floss." It had a stringy/processed texture that I just didn't like. I just wasn't a fan of the flavors/textures -- but obviously that's subjective. I did enjoy the garlic bread we also thankfully bought -- it was soft and flavorful. If you're not familiar with the foods, I'd recommend making sure you get a few "safe" items like the cream bread or garlic bread. Ultimately, even though I wasn't crazy about most of what I tried, it was a cute little shop with a nice lady running it.

I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!
