The Salty Donut was definitely an experience as the salt forward donuts we had added a very unique spin to savory and sweet all wrapped up into one bite. It's a very popular place here and some donuts were out of stock for the day despite coming here not all that late in the day. I got two donuts. I got the Glazed Donut and the Brown Sugar with Salt. The Glazed one was all right at first as the tingling of salt mingled with the sweetness and it definitely came across as a novelty but by the end of the Glazed my enthusiasm diminished a bit as that was all it felt like I was tasting but salt. I don't think that was entirely it but that's all my taste buds were picking up. But now the Brown Sugar and Salt Donut... now that was a good one! The flavors blended much better and I had more than enough enthusiasm to finish it. I do like Brown Sugar very much so this was a Donut I can definitely recommend if you come here. Overall: 4.1/5 Came on a Wednesday morning and there was no line so I got my order right away. None of the pastries had any strong or overwhelming flavors which I appreciated. BBQ Pork Rib Kolache ($5.75): Delicious and probably my favorite of the three. Churro and Dulce De Leche Star ($4.50): This was my least favorite. It tasted like a regular sugar donut with just a hint of churro flavor. Horchata Donut ($4.85): Yum. It wasn't sweet and had a beautiful meringue on top. Just know the meringue will melt in the heat. The texture was softer than the churro and dulce de leche star which I preferred. Pistachio Butter Latte ($8.75) + Oat Milk ($1.25): The cashier recommended this one and it was really unique. You need to stir it for a while since the butter on top is pretty thick. It wasn't sweet at first but as you keep sipping and stirring the sweetness from the pistachio starts coming through. I tried their glazed donut holes and the brown sugar donut cake. The glazed donut holes were so so good. I usually do not like eating donut cake, but their donut cake here is delicious! Their drink menu also has a variety of options to choose from. I decided to try their iced matcha latte with maple syrup as sweetener. My taste buds were on high alert and I did not put the bag down until I finished them all...in the parking lot. There is parking! Hurrah. There are a few limited spots in front of the store and additional little lot in the back for parking. There is also access to street parking close by. This is a big store location! They have all the donuts. I went here specifically for a limited edition and they still had them available (it was bubble gum) in the evening (around 5PM). Though I didn't love the limited edition flavor the donut itself was amazingly fresh and delicious. I had an Offline coupon for $10 off and seeing pictures of their donuts, I thought that'd cover like one treat but ordering the mixed berry cheesecake donut and a brisket stuffed kolache, we hadn't met that $10 mark so got to add an order of the Oreo donut holes. Everything was faaaantastic, the donut was stuffed with a creamy cheesecake filling and the berry icing was packed with fruity flavor, I was hesitant to share (but I did, because I couldn't imagine letting my bf miss out) The kolache dough was perfection, almost the consistency of yeast roll with a great chew and the brisket filling was super generous and juicy. The donut holes tasted like cake donuts that were rolled in a thicc layer of Oreo crumbs but it was the most authentically Oreo flavored anything I've had that wasn't straight out of their classic blue package lol. Will def be making my way back and glad to pay full price on return, they had some gorgeous treats and I wanna try em all. GOOD, BUT NOT A MUST: Mixed Berry donut - sweet and very generous with this cheesecake filling on the inside. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND: Vegan PBJ donut. It is heavy on the inside because it's filled with this peanut butter filling. However, there was no trace of sweetness with this donut. The bright pink glaze on top actually does not come through, compared to the very thick peanut butter filling inside.
