As far as flavors, one of us thinks that the mint cookie monster tastes too much like toothpaste but the rest of the family thinks it's pretty good. We especially like the Painted Black and the Chocolate Honeycomb. They also had some blackberry crumble coconut special that was incredible. Upon looking at their reviews it seemed like they were known for their strawberry matcha latte, so even being a typical coffee drinker, I opted to step out of my comfort zone. Usually matcha drinks sound gimmicky and easily overplayed with recent popularity, but having the strawberry matcha here was the best decision I made! I could not have anticipated such a perfectly balanced flavor. The strawberry jam is made in house and they don't skimp on the quality of their matcha. Loved it a little too much I visited Rockman for the remainder of my trip to order this one drink lol. My husband stuck to his iced americano but even that was perfectly enjoyable. I ordered a small of their stracciatella, while my girlfriend got a small waffle cone of the dulce de leche. Simply put, it was amazing. The flavors were strong without being too sweet or over the top, and I was extremely impressed. This knocks a lot of ice cream shops out of the water, and they're just a food truck. I would genuinely go out of my way to get ice cream here. That's how good it is.
