I come here regularly to pick up some of my favorite double espresso vertuo pods. Chiaro is the best pod for making americanos, it's smooth! Don't forget to ask for recycling bags, they have mail-in and in-store bags. I also like that they have free tastings, just so you can try something new while in store! Seems like they brew a full pod per tasting so it's pretty generous. The store can be quite busy at times so there could be a bit of a wait and feel crowded. My order is pretty straightforward so I've never had huge issues.

So many machines to choose from at the store.

First time at this store. We walked in and automatically greeting my a host. We checked in and were directed to try the coffee sample of the day. There was two favors to choose. My name was called and was directed to the person who was so knowledgeable. I had a professional person who answered all my questions about coffee. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. We bought so much coffee and will enjoy it to for a long while.

I like coming here for a quick Nespresso shot latte (complimentary) and to browse the new flavors of capsules they offer. I usually place my orders on their website but placed an order today at their store. They had a black Friday promo today where u can get 12 original capsule sleeves (~$120) and u get 2 nice martini glasses, we had to restock anyway to make Nespresso martinis for guests during Thanksgiving so it worked out well. It's right next to the food court and easy to find in the mall.

Dropped by to pick up some pods Calli and Ethen took care of me. They were very kind and friendly! I appreciate that. One flavor that I hope they bring back is the seasonal Raspberry!! I tried the seasonal Coconut and it is good. But... Please bring back the RASPBERRY !!!!

I went to this Nespresso UTC location and the service was just so slow! They don't do register "lines" anymore and it goes by name. If you expect to go in and out don't bother coming in. I spoke to a couple people who were standing around me and we were talking about it' is taking way longer to buy and pay, and it's a lot different from what we're used to. This reminds me of the Apple Store, but the difference is Apple is much more efficient. If you are looking to get out of here fast, I would not recommend visiting this location, but if you enjoy waiting to pay forever then this is your place.

I arrived and was greeted with a smile. It's always so clean and well kept. I was greeted by Manuel. He is such an asset to this store. He offered so many ideas for me to make delicious coffee. I was also checked out by Evan. He is kind, and customer service was top-notch. I recommend this place!

Rafa went above and beyond to help me get the right size insulated tumbler for my coffee. Bought one for me and hubby!Great customer service!

I may be the current Duke of this location, but there is still a lot for me to try. And dang, I really want one of those really nice tote bags. Before I discuss the coffee order I got this time. I wanted to shout out the customer service for being ridiculously amazing. Maybe it was because I got there super early and right when they opened, but this was the first time I did not see them super stressed and low-key freaking out. I usually walk away with my beverages, but this time I sat down. One of the baristas actually came out and checked on me to see how my drinks were. I found this to be super special. Okay, now onto the dirty chai that I ordered. I asked (when I asked about the floral notes that I was tasting) if they made their own chai in house and the woman told me that they in fact did. She also mentioned that I got the end of the house-made batch so what I was tasting might be different from a normal order. I thought this was quite interesting and this was another unique beverage, despite being a staple at many coffee shops. Would I order it again? Probably not but it was good! Also, with the Shoyu butterscotch, I would stick to the iced version. So thank you Desnudo for another great vibe and for making my one hour round-trip always worth it!

Nice space, good mix of seating, wifi, local feel, and friendly staff. Their seasonal drinks were usually fun, the bottled horchata cold brew was great when they actually had it, and buying a quart of regular cold brew was convenient. I also remember them being one of the first places around here doing nitro cold brew. No pour overs, but the drip was solid enough when you wanted something hot. I still own a couple of their t-shirts, so clearly I liked the place. The issue is getting there. The lot is small, uneven, and full of bumps, rocks, and holes, which is not easy when you use a cane. They used to have a handicap space, but the line faded and the sign disappeared. I would drive by hoping for parking, but that intersection is not one I want to circle around more than once. Even going with my husband, it could still be awkward to get in from some spots. For me, it just stopped being worth the effort. These days I usually go to Dog Days instead. It is still a walk from the garage, but much easier to navigate.

Might be a testament to choppy connection so would be a bit hesitant around important meetings here. It's a decent place to get individual contributor work done. Flash Brew - I was exhausted and needed a wake up call. This did just that, kicking me in the face with a blast of bitterness. Plus it's refreshing with the coolness which helps me with the heat. A flash brew in general emphasizes the coffee and this helped me appreciate Barrett's coffee beans. Strong bitterness to shock the system early in the morning!

They sell coffee by the pound, likely for those serious coffee lovers who have fancy expensive coffee machines. I was looking for a latte. Bad news...this coffee company sells coffee by the pound not lattes (hence the name). Good news... they sell drip coffee for $2.00 + tax. What a deal! This family owned shop has been roasting beans locally since 1972 and focuses on helping customers brew excellent coffee at home rather than serving coffee drinks on premises. According to the store manager, Mr. Anderson occasionally comes into the store. The selection of freshly roasted beans is rather larger, with store favorites like Guatemala Antiqua, Dark Sumatra and Arabian Mocha cited as most popular. Coffee cost on average $19 per pound. In addition to coffee, the store carries loose leaf teas, mugs, candy, cards, coffee pot sweaters, brewing equipment, and small other gift items, to name just a few items. I was totally and completely enamored with this store. They had so many trinkets and interesting items, you literally could peruse for hours. Captivating environment...Loved it...

Exactly how I like my matcha. Overall, such a fun spot to try creative drinks. I'd absolutely come back for the matcha alone! The line was probably 20 people and took less than 10min. Last year they had breakfast tacos in the courtyard from a local place, but I didn't see that this year so maybe it's not happening anymore.
