Jasper Coffee Located at "Texas Hand Wash Car Wash" New address: 1110 Ranch Rd 620 N suite a, Lakeway, TX 78732

By far the best coffee shop in the Lakeway area! Located inside a beautiful car wash named "Texas Hand Wash" right behind public storage! You can't miss it! This hidden gem exceeded all our expectations. With limited coffee options in Lakeway, my husband & I were excited to discover a place that truly stands out. The owner Clay is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate his enthusiasm for coffee is contagious. The freshly roasted beans from Brazil deliver exceptional quality you don't often find these days. Go check it out if you want quality coffee near you!

The workers were super nice and helpful when it came to deciding which drinks to order. I ended up getting the Iced Caramel Truffle Latte, which I really enjoyed. I tend to prefer sweeter coffee drinks, and this one was definitely on the sweeter side. The menu is extensive and features some unique flavor combinations that I haven't seen or tried before. I'd love to come back and try some of their other drinks.

Drive thru had about 4 cars, I'm not really a drive thru person. I like going in, seeing people face to face, person to person. Feel the vibe. The vibe is laptops 100% Apparently this is the place to work. So no seating was available. But for today, I was dashing to an appointment anyway. Looked over their menu that was posted up on the wall. Decided on a chocolate mint drink. Could taste the chocolate, but there was no mint to the drink. Customer service was great. The cost of the drink with tip was $8.00. Drink wait time was just a couple minutes. Pretty quick. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want to get people's faces. But the inside was clean. All the seats along the wall were taking by laptop people. So wanted to give them their privacy. They do offer non caffeinated drinks. Maybe when the weather gets hotter I'll try one of those as a comparison.

Was seated in about the middle of the restaurant along the wall. I love these seats cause you can see the coffee station and what's going on back there. Basically people watching. It was a little loud today, so I put on my head set and listened to some music. My server was Joyce and she was sweet. Took my order, which was breakfast tacos and a pineapple mimosa. My drink came super quick, and my food didn't take long at all. I mean like a couple minutes quick. Tacos were outstanding. And honestly as soon as I asked for a corn tortilla over the flour I thought, they're going to fall apart. But they didn't. And when you see the size of these tacos it will blow your mind that they didn't. Good corn tortilla. Scrambled eggs are fluffy, the potatoes are seasoned a little. They added bacon for me a that was chopped up inside the taco. Honestly it was a lot of food. I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. But I did, and enjoyed every bite.

It was alot of families and friends gathering there as well as a few different people working on computers and reading. I ordered a cranberry mimosa was absolutely delicious. What really blew my mind was that the server told me we couldn't sub the toast on the breakfast plate with the tres leches French toast bc it wouldn't "taste right together". I'm now immediately put off because what kinda flavor yall have on your food to where sweet and savory don't go together. So we ordered masala chai, the mango lassi smoothie, breakfast potatoes and bacon. The chai and smoothie were both very disappointing. I love masala chai and drink it often enough to know that this chai tasted heavily watered down even thought it was freshly made. The smoothie didn't taste like mango at all, it tasted like mostly like nothing with a side of banana and oats. I wish they had the ingredients on the menu because my man wouldn't have ordered it if he knew there were bananas in it. The breakfast potatoes were pretty good after adding salt and pepper and the bacon was the best thing out of what we got. It was flavorful. Overall, not impressed with this place.

It's in a scenic part of Austin, amongst the hills and close to Lake Travis. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and my favorite was the live music stage set up on top of the bed of a vintage truck outside. For this brewery Steven and I tried one of their beers. We wanted a lighter beer and on the refreshing side since it was a warmer day we were encountering so we got the Dye-It Pils. As the name is a abbreviated in the beer it is a pilsner in beer type and hit the spot nicely. Flavors to enjoy with this beer are a hint of breadiness, crisp, a hint of sour and a clean finish. The beer is light bodied which is perfect for hot weather and bright in color. The taproom for Infamous is cool... it is located in a garage or shed. At least that's the impression I got with the taproom. It was a great place to kick back and relax.

Civil Goat is the genre of coffee shops that are secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. So many shops in Austin are located in districts that are busy and buzzing. The original Civil Goat is quiet and peaceful through the trees. Upon arrival, it looks like there's only 3 parking spots, but as you keep driving, there's a whole lot behind the shop for parking. It's not super expansive, but at 9:30 am on a Wednesday, I had no issue finding a spot. They have a large covered patio and a small interior shop. They have QR codes on tables to order on your phone and stand up kiosks for to go orders as well. You can also order inside from the barista, but I got a feeling they just prefer you order from the kiosk... I ordered a lavender latte that was delightful and warm. Very balanced in its flavors. It was served in a cute seafoam mug. My friend ordered a cappuccino that was served in frankly a cuter cup, so I was immediately jealous. I also ordered one of their specialty sandwiches called the Cuerney Sam with bacon, egg, American cheese, hot sauce (Cholula), and honey on a croissant. It was $12 which would have me on here complaining about SandFlation, but it was a hearty size and very well done. Nothing overpowered anything else, so the sandwich lived in harmony. I decided to order a second coffee to go. I got their Coco Capp with brown sugar and coconut syrup. They offer alternative milks of oat and almond free of charge, which is a huge W and something I don't see anywhere. It's a little out of the way for me, so I don't know how soon I'll return, but it made a quality impact on me and was floor raiser for my day. Plus there were goats! RIYL: Very civilized goats. Like "mmm, yes very nice" type of civilized.

I ordered an iced cappuccino with oat milk and one pump of vanilla and two pumps of lavender, it was perfect! My friend ordered a regular cappuccino and it was so cute! Also, it's kind of sad that you can't order from a person only your phone or a kiosk. But overall a good experience.

I quite literally googled "tea near me" and Kitli came up as an option. It was less than a mile from where I was, so I decided, why not? Kitli is technically a food truck (or rather, a drink truck?) location and it can be difficult to find during the day. It is located behind the Brewing brick and mortar and is in a small food truck park. My best advice would be to park on the paved area near the businesses. I had trouble finding it, so I asked someone on a picnic table where the location was and it happened to be the owner, Shaurir. He was super nice and advised my friend and I about what they had in stock and what was out of stock. I was apprehensive about trying the Kaleidoscope because of the "marshmallow" flavor in it, but Shaurir stated that it tasted like a watermelon jollyrancher so I was sold. It was a good decision and the drink tasted amazing! The second drink I tried was the windsurfer. I think this is ultimately my favorite.
