Cute place. It was completely dead around 9:30 AM on a Saturday. Drinks came out quick, the employee who took our order was very kind and friendly. I got a pumpkin chai latte with almond milk iced. I asked for half sweetness and light ice. I would say they put above average ice in, so that was a bummer. Going half sweet was definitely the move, unless you basically want to drink sugar, I would definitely go with half sweet. I did enjoy it, but wasn't blown away by it. And it felt like I drank through it in like three sips because of all the ice. Seemed like they had some good food options, but didn't order anything so can't comment. It was overall fine.

Husband and I came here for a coffee and research date. Came in in a Sunday. Really chill. Not busy, but not dead either. Suitable seating, no issues finding a spot. We both got lattes, I got the pistachio one and my husband got the crème brûlée. His had boba balls in it. Def a sugar rush, but so good! We also got some baked items. They were missing some of the savory ones, guess they ran out, and of what they did have savory wise, they were out of the veg options :( bad news for me, but glad people are eating more veg! We got some of their croissant creations, and the crookie was amaaaazing. I would have loved it just a tad warmed up bc some parts of it were on the crunchier side (and I'm unaware if that's an option?)... either way, enjoyed my time here, everything was yummy, and the employees were sweet. Would come again :)

While in Austin I stopped by here with one other person to take a break. They had so many different drinks and pastries available. Petalia Brew & Bites had boba, yogurt, lattees, and slushies. For food they had plenty of sweet and savory pastries on display but they also had kolaches, tacos, and sandwiches you can order. I just got a hot matcha and it was pretty good. They sweetened it for me with honey which was perfect. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful. The inside of this place was pretty large and has a chill vibe. There was plenty of tables and chairs. It's a great place to escape at. We had some time so we played with some of their boardgames which were provided.

Stopped to get a coffee yesterday afternoon and this was a such a lovely little coffee shop and boba tea shop in Lakeway. I loved the pistachio latte with pistachio cold brew . Our server was great and the interior was really cute. Overall, if you're in Lakeway and in need of coffee, go here!

I went to reach for my stash of energy drinks in the fridge, NONE! Hot panic. I thought I'll get a coffee on the way into work. I rarely drink coffee. But when you're desperate, you're desperate. I knew I didn't want Starbucks, IYKYK. Then I remembered this little place I pass by that I have never been to. Love trying a new place to Yelp about. I do want to say, they are small, they are hidden. There's a sign in the shape of a coffee cup out on 620. That's how I knew there was a coffee shop in the small shopping center. They do have a drive thru. Snce this is my first time, I want to look over all that they have. Parking lot is somewhat small. But I didn't have a problem. Found parking right in front. Everyone was super busy inside. And I let them know, keep doing what you're doing. I need to look over all your goodies. They do offer different milk alternatives. Coconut, almond, oat, etc. They have beautiful pastries. And breakfast grab and go's. They do have tables and chairs inside. You can easily see this is where people come and meet up to chat and catch up. They have a tv screen. But to be honest it looked like it was advertisements and not like running a tv show or movie. When I was ready, Aidan took my order. I said I know I'm going to need coconut milk, and whatever I decide, I know I want iced. And I read through the list of flavors, and mocha was the first thing I read, and mocha sounded pretty good to me. I wasn't sure if I needed a pastry, but I mean, it's Friday, why wouldn't I need a pastry? I asked Aidan what's a croffle. And just as he was explaining it, it dawned on me. It's croissant batter put in a waffle maker. Clever. Came with whip cream, sliced strawberries and a chocolate drizzle. When I got to work, I snacked on my croffle. Taking a bite here and there. Crispy on the outside. A little soft on the inside. The flavor of the strawberries and chocolate drizzle is what I could taste the most. Which in my opinion was the best part. Really delicious creation. I will go back and try something else. The coffee, to be fair, I'm not a coffee drinker, so I don't know what is good coffee and bad coffee. This tasted like liquid chocolate. And it was iced. I enjoyed it, and that's all that matters to me. Even though I liked it. I would still like to try another flavor. I saw they had pistachio too. And that might be a fun flavor for next time. Overall. I enjoyed my morning treats. Aidan was nice, he personally made my drink which was delicious. He was polite and patient as I was making my decisions. Hope I spelled your name right Aidan Oh my gosh, I forgot, they have punch cards. Your 10th coffee is free. I started mine today. Aidan punched a heart on my brand new card. I'm already on my way. See you next time

Wow! What awesome people that own this coffee shop. Got the pistachio latte with cold foam. super good smooth coffee They brought out a bunch of plushies and gave one to my daughter. super nice of them and she loves it. She can't stop hugging it

This review is currently only for the drive-thru, because that's all I've done so far. Got the ube latte with ube cold foam and it was delicious! Great coffee flavor (reminiscent of Vietnamese coffee, ie on the stronger side), and the ube cream was so so thick and creamy. 5/5 This is definitely an indulgence coffee but at $6.50 for a very large cup, it was SUCH a great deal! This would be closer to $9 at Starbucks for something much weaker and more watery. Love that there is a drive through option, because sometimes I just want something to sip on while I'm on my way somewhere. And I'm too lazy to get outta my car. So this is perfect.

Valrhona Chocolate Cream Cheese Croissant

This is one of my favorite coffee stops! All their options are delicious but I was particularly impressed with how delicious their decaf espresso is (it is pretty much the only good decaf I have found!). This is a local business with kind and helpful staff and the interior has recently been renovated so it is very modern and a great place to study or meet friends! Their pastries are made in house daily and are delicious!! Overall always impressed!

Was just looking for a spot to grab a coffee and get a little work done--and wow, Lakeway's a bit of a desert when it comes to coffee shops. No Starbucks, no chain options I could find... just endless nail salons and spas on every corner. But then I found Petalia. Bright, welcoming vibe, fast service, and a legit iced cappuccino. Didn't try the food but it looked solid. Nice little find if you're in the area and craving caffeine.

I found this place on a whim when I was in the area and I was drawn to their specialty drinks and selection of baked goods. The shop is clean, bright, and really cute. I couldn't decide what to get, but the man who helped me let me try a sample of the black sesame cold foam and I was sold! Since having a black sesame latte in Seoul, I was so excited to see this place could do the same. Will definitely be back to try the other specialty drinks.

I haven't been to the physical location yet, but I door dash from here (using my moms under the name Betty Jo) everyday I work and the coffee is always consistent and delicious! I also enjoy the prices of the pastry's and kolaches compared to some of the others around steiner. FYI if u get this delivered they put ur drink in this cute bag and put a seal underneath the lid so ur drink doesn't spill while in transport. I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

My wife and I were looking for a new coffee/tea spot to try that wasn't the usual Starbucks or Summer Moon we go to from around here. We ended up looking around Lakeway TX and found this little place right here. In terms of being a tea/boba tea place it's pretty good and I did enjoy my drink (creme brulee late), as well as the two pastries my wife and I got. I believe I would come back here after some time has passed, but it's a bit out of the way and we don't usually come out this way. In terms of the pastries, I enjoyed the crookie (never had it before until today) but the everything croissant with cream cheese isn't what I expected (cream cheese was sweet) and I thought it was just too. I suggest giving this place a try. read more

the register girl/barista is rude. i asked for a taro and they don't have the regular taro but the have the ube taro which is very similar and she could have recommended it but instead said they didn't have taro here. its only 12pm and they are out of pretty much everything food wise. i'll definitely not come back here. on top of everything i got 3 drinks. all the same size yet they are all different sizes and they don't all have boba in which i also ordered. i don't have time for them to remake them considering i have to get back to my job. ruined my day for sure. thanks for literally nothing but rudeness read more

LOVE. They are way out West but anytime I'm over there and need somewhere to work and a quick pick-me-up - they serve the purpose! It's a hybrid coffee / bubble tea type of place with kind staff, parking, and internet. read more

Super yummy drinks! Kid friendly, with lots of games and chill vibe. The Ube Taro was a hit with my kids (caffeine free!). It tastes like a Honolulu Cookie company shortbread cookie. The original milk tea with boba with a strong honey taste. Great service and accommodating, I look forward to coming back. read more

Our visit to Petalia today was so amazing! All of the food was super fresh and tasty and our coffees had the perfect ratios We ordered the bacon egg and cheese taco and croissant with a vanilla latte and vietnamese iced coffee. The woman who took our order was very sweet and got us our things so quick! The drinks came with cute stickers just to make things fun! Highly recommend!!! read more

I am absolutely in love with this spot. Their pastries are amazing - buttery and crispy and flakey and sooooo good. Coffee drinks are nice and strong. My husband had the kolaches and liked them. I have a craving for their spinach and feta pastry at least twice a week, I am obsessed! Such a cute spot, I love how it is decorated and the staff is always so friendly. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in for coffee and a light breakfast and we are hooked. The coffee is so so great and super affordable at $5-$6. The star was the croissants and rolls - priced at $1-$3 and so delicious. read more

I love this place. I am embarrassed to admit that I am here almost everyday getting my coffee fix. While my order is simple, I'm always greeted by the friendliest staff. My coffee is consistent and delicious every time! I've tried the spinach pastry and that was very yummy as well! read more

All the seats along the wall were taking by laptop people. So wanted to give them their privacy. They do offer non caffeinated drinks. It's in a scenic part of Austin, amongst the hills and close to Lake Travis. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and my favorite was the live music stage set up on top of the bed of a vintage truck outside. For this brewery Steven and I tried one of their beers. We wanted a lighter beer and on the refreshing side since it was a warmer day we were encountering so we got the Dye-It Pils. As the name is a abbreviated in the beer it is a pilsner in beer type and hit the spot nicely. Flavors to enjoy with this beer are a hint of breadiness, crisp, a hint of sour and a clean finish. The beer is light bodied which is perfect for hot weather and bright in color. The taproom for Infamous is cool... it is located in a garage or shed. At least that's the impression I got with the taproom. It was a great place to kick back and relax.

They have QR codes on tables to order on your phone and stand up kiosks for to go orders as well. You can also order inside from the barista, but I got a feeling they just prefer you order from the kiosk... I ordered a lavender latte that was delightful and warm. Very balanced in its flavors. It was served in a cute seafoam mug. My friend ordered a cappuccino that was served in frankly a cuter cup, so I was immediately jealous. I also ordered one of their specialty sandwiches called the Cuerney Sam with bacon, egg, American cheese, hot sauce (Cholula), and honey on a croissant. It was $12 which would have me on here complaining about SandFlation, but it was a hearty size and very well done. Nothing overpowered anything else, so the sandwich lived in harmony. We were not offered any accommodation, even though there were four barstools at the bar open, except to sit outside on the patio in the 90° heat. We refused and decided to find a different place to eat. It was very shocking that they treated us in this manner as I have been a guest at the Wayback multiple times and never had this experience. It was almost like it was a prank. We went back to the car to find another restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday. While we are making arrangements for that, I realized that I had paid $25 for this reservation that they were not honoring and I wanted to make sure I requested that be returned. I went back into the dining room at 7:50 and the table for four that they refused to sit us at was still available. Amy, the young lady who said she was "like a manager", treated us as though we had done something wrong. When I went back in and requested my $25 back from her she made some comment regarding my refund tied to whether we gave them a bad review for the incident (one of my friends as we walked out of the dining room, said she would be leaving a review). I called the main number the following day and spoke with Vicky. Vicky told me she wanted to look into the situation and figure out what had happened. I told her the intention of my call was to get my the deposit refunded. She called me back a few hours later explaining it was their fault. She said that there was another person in the restaurant that had my same name and they wanted to move from the patio to the dining room and the staff gave away our reservation to that party. Understandable. She was apologetic and told me she would take care of the refund and also offered to send me $50 gift card through Toast. I'm not even really sure how that works or what that is, but I really just wanted to close out the whole deal. No refund or Gift Card ever showed up. I know sometimes that can take a little bit of time so I waited until the 25th and called back. No one answered. I left a message and did not get a returned call. I called again at about 11 AM on the 26th again no answer. I did not leave another message. I called again around 4pm. Amy, the young lady we dealt with on the evening of the event, answered the phone. She said the people in the office had already left for the day and she would take my phone number and name and somebody would call me on Monday. She called me back about 30 minutes later telling me she needed the card number that the reservation was made under. I didn't really feel comfortable giving that to her so I just said I would wait to hear from the office staff on Monday. Well no one called on Monday. No one called on Tuesday either. I called in on Wednesday and spoke with Vicky again. She said she had gone out of town and doesn't know why the refund was not taken care of. She said she was needed some time to look into it. I asked her to call me back when she had some resolution. I did not hear back from Vicky but today I got an email from toast that a $25 refund to my credit card had been run.... and I never provided my card number to have that refund issued. I do not take any pleasure in writing a bad review for a business. I waited to write this review until there had been full resolution so I gave them plenty of opportunities to communicate clearly and make this situation right. It kept getting fumbled which leaves me with the impression that they don't care about customer service.

Back in the Dec. we did a guys trip to Austin and the culinary highlight of the weekend was Sammie's. Stepping through the doors felt like stepping into elegance and onto the set of Goodfellas. From the hostess to the waiters to the manager everyone was super attentive and on top of their game. You can't go wrong with anything from the bar. I have never been a fan of Negronis but the one at Sammie's changed my life! I order them everywhere I go now searching for that Sammie's Negroni high but nothing comes close to it. I've been a fan of…read moretheir food truck for years and they were always consistently excellent, so I couldn't wait to see what they would do with an expanded menu. There were so many new dishes that caught my eye, but I immediately gravitated toward the Creamy Crab Curry and it was absolutely the right choice. The curry was rich, creamy and packed with flavor while the fried soft-shell crab was perfectly cooked and added a great texture to the dish. Honestly, it's the kind of meal I could see myself ordering every week. My partner went with the Lost Recipe, which looked just as delicious. You can never really go wrong with fried chicken, and this version certainly didn't disappoint. The service was equally impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive and checked in regularly throughout the meal. She even brought us a complimentary crab pastry to try, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. One thing to note this place gets busy, especially during lunch so plan accordingly. That said, the food and service are well worth it and the menu is reasonably priced. Kiin Di has successfully made the jump from food truck to full-service restaurant and it's definitely earned a spot on my regular rotation.

this place seems to be a hip and popular spot in downtown austin. across the river side…read more it was pretty packed with music in the background. just have a hip and young vibe spot for date night or gatherings of young crowd. i mean 20-30 something young not high school kids young.... anyways, i actually didn't know i order the thai me down app.. i thought i was getting some sort of chicken karage. instead, its chicken taco.. pretty good and 10 bucks is reasonable. alot of meat. meal by itself really. the khao soi for some reason gave me heartburn. perhaps the soup is just too flavorful. it was thick curry broth. there was a big piece of chicken thigh. i wish there was more egg noodle and less chicken.. i want more noodle less meat. or perhaps meat is cut up into smaller pieces to eat. and add a couple qual eggs.. anyways, i end up eating just too much chicken... the initial app had a huge piece of chicken. just bad ordering on my part. total was 40 + 7 tip. had a beer as well for $6 and rice was $3 ate the rice with the chicken and soup as i finish the noodle pretty quickly like a couple slurps. khao soi was 18 bucks.. yupe, 50 bucks total... jeez -1 star i came for the khao soi and it was just not enough noodles. i think also quite expensive.. i think this is premium for being more of a hip restaurant and location. i would love to find a street hawker selling it like on khaosan for 3 bucks... i should mention, really really friend staff and service. +1 star anyways, if you miss the khao soi in bkk, this is probably the high end version....
