I ordered a chia pudding and a cinnamon toast and honestly wasn't expecting such a small portion. I guess I should've made the connection when the chia pudding was $3. Despite its quantity, the taste was incredibly delicious and felt very fresh. The cinnamon toast on the other end was quite hard and tasted stale, nothing unique about it. The service honestly wasn't the best either as some of the employees had some kind of attitude. Those could've been because they were somewhat busy in the morning. After eating, we had walked around and saw some goats that they have on the property. The was pretty cool and I really did enjoy that. Overall, my experience was good.. I think next time when I'm back in Austin i'll be sure to give it a second chance!

Not only is her coffee van freaking amazing, it has a purpose aside from just selling a good ol' cup of Joe. Her cause is to have Mental Health and Anti-Bullying Curriculum be implemented in schools. I think that is amazing, hats off to her for doing what her heart is telling her to do. I wish more businesses or establishments had the soul this one does. I'd rather contribute to a local business like this any day instead of some huge franchise with no cause behind it! Thank You Fanya!

(Personal preference) As for the coffee I tried the spicy mocha and I'd give that 5/5. Very tasty and perfectly spiced. I'd come back for that.

She also mentioned that I got the end of the house-made batch so what I was tasting might be different from a normal order. I purchased a latte with rose syrup, and it was too bold for me. I exchanged it for a plain latte, and I was in love with the strong flavor and hearty punch! Really great coffee... The coffee shop looks lived in...gently loved furniture, plants and "nothing special" décor...very unassuming. This place would be great to hang out in while you work or do homework. The noise level was surprisingly low. Trianon features an assortment of foods to choose from such as Taco Deli breakfast tacos, pastries, biscotti, Rosen's bagels, and other snacks to eat in concert with your coffee or drink. Bad news...this coffee company sells coffee by the pound not lattes (hence the name). Good news... they sell drip coffee for $2.00 + tax. What a deal! This family owned shop has been roasting beans locally since 1972 and focuses on helping customers brew excellent coffee at home rather than serving coffee drinks on premises. According to the store manager, Mr. Anderson occasionally comes into the store. The selection of freshly roasted beans is rather larger, with store favorites like Guatemala Antiqua, Dark Sumatra and Arabian Mocha cited as most popular. Coffee cost on average $19 per pound. In addition to coffee, the store carries loose leaf teas, mugs, candy, cards, coffee pot sweaters, brewing equipment, and small other gift items, to name just a few items. I was totally and completely enamored with this store. They had so many trinkets and interesting items, you literally could peruse for hours. Captivating environment...Loved it...
