This place is awesome!! Staff was very friendly and conversational. From the outside, it has a very old school saloon-style look to it and I love it. Inside, it is just a shop. This is because they are primarily e commerce based so that is pretty cool! Now, they do have coffee available to buy at the counter from a keurig machine. They have their own k cups so you will have to see which flavor is brewed. So you can still come and buy some coffee! Highly recommend you come and support this place. Coffee was very good and smooth!!!

The coffee was terrible and the service was worse. The prices were ridiculous too, and for sour, bitter coffee. Don't go here.

Just a warning this is not an actual coffee shop. Should be titled differently so people don't have to waste their time on this place.

We ended up looking around Lakeway TX and found this little place right here. In terms of being a tea/boba tea place it's pretty good and I did enjoy my drink (creme brulee late), as well as the two pastries my wife and I got. I believe I would come back here after some time has passed, but it's a bit out of the way and we don't usually come out this way. In terms of the pastries, I enjoyed the crookie (never had it before until today) but the everything croissant with cream cheese isn't what I expected (cream cheese was sweet) and I thought it was just too. I suggest giving this place a try.

I got a pumpkin chai latte with almond milk iced. I asked for half sweetness and light ice. I would say they put above average ice in, so that was a bummer. Going half sweet was definitely the move, unless you basically want to drink sugar, I would definitely go with half sweet. I did enjoy it, but wasn't blown away by it. And it felt like I drank through it in like three sips because of all the ice. Seemed like they had some good food options, but didn't order anything so can't comment. It was overall fine.

Drive thru had about 4 cars, I'm not really a drive thru person. I like going in, seeing people face to face, person to person. Feel the vibe. The vibe is laptops 100% Apparently this is the place to work. So no seating was available. But for today, I was dashing to an appointment anyway. Looked over their menu that was posted up on the wall. Decided on a chocolate mint drink. Could taste the chocolate, but there was no mint to the drink. Customer service was great. The cost of the drink with tip was $8.00. Drink wait time was just a couple minutes. Pretty quick. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want to get people's faces. But the inside was clean. All the seats along the wall were taking by laptop people. So wanted to give them their privacy. They do offer non caffeinated drinks. Maybe when the weather gets hotter I'll try one of those as a comparison.

Was seated in about the middle of the restaurant along the wall. I love these seats cause you can see the coffee station and what's going on back there. Basically people watching. It was a little loud today, so I put on my head set and listened to some music. My server was Joyce and she was sweet. Took my order, which was breakfast tacos and a pineapple mimosa. My drink came super quick, and my food didn't take long at all. I mean like a couple minutes quick. Tacos were outstanding. And honestly as soon as I asked for a corn tortilla over the flour I thought, they're going to fall apart. But they didn't. And when you see the size of these tacos it will blow your mind that they didn't. Good corn tortilla. Scrambled eggs are fluffy, the potatoes are seasoned a little. They added bacon for me a that was chopped up inside the taco. Honestly it was a lot of food. I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. But I did, and enjoyed every bite.

Review: VIVEL - Lakeway…read more VIVEL in Lakeway never fails me. Every single time I come in, the food is perfect. It truly feels like a neighborhood restaurant that everyone loves--locals constantly gathering here for coffee, great food, and good company. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a place people naturally return to again and again. This visit, I ordered the classic hamburger with French fries, and it was excellent--simple, fresh, and cooked just right. I also had their Moon Latte, which was absolutely delicious. Everything was spot-on. VIVEL is a wonderful place to enjoy time with friends, family, and even children. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for incredible cuisine, great coffee, and a warm neighborhood vibe.

The food is consistently good, and most of the staff have always been incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. That said, we had a really disappointing experience during our last visit that felt worth sharing. A younger female employee with a long dark ponytail brought our food over, I think she was a food runner - but she wasn't wearing the Vivel branded t shirt like the other employees. When my husband politely asked for ketchup, she visibly rolled her eyes before bringing it. When I then asked if I could please have a knife (I'm seven months pregnant, for context), she started to walk to get one, took two steps, turned back and said "you can go get it yourself". It felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially given how quiet the café was at the time. We stayed for a while after and watched her standing by the counter organizing utensils, so it wasn't a matter of being too busy. We really like this place and will continue coming back, but this interaction stood out in a negative way and didn't reflect the level of service we've experienced before.

For this brewery Steven and I tried one of their beers. We wanted a lighter beer and on the refreshing side since it was a warmer day we were encountering so we got the Dye-It Pils. As the name is a abbreviated in the beer it is a pilsner in beer type and hit the spot nicely. Flavors to enjoy with this beer are a hint of breadiness, crisp, a hint of sour and a clean finish. The beer is light bodied which is perfect for hot weather and bright in color. The taproom for Infamous is cool... it is located in a garage or shed. At least that's the impression I got with the taproom. It was a great place to kick back and relax.

Civil Goat is the genre of coffee shops that are secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. So many shops in Austin are located in districts that are busy and buzzing. The original Civil Goat is quiet and peaceful through the trees. Upon arrival, it looks like there's only 3 parking spots, but as you keep driving, there's a whole lot behind the shop for parking. It's not super expansive, but at 9:30 am on a Wednesday, I had no issue finding a spot. They have a large covered patio and a small interior shop. They have QR codes on tables to order on your phone and stand up kiosks for to go orders as well. You can also order inside from the barista, but I got a feeling they just prefer you order from the kiosk... I ordered a lavender latte that was delightful and warm. Very balanced in its flavors. It was served in a cute seafoam mug. My friend ordered a cappuccino that was served in frankly a cuter cup, so I was immediately jealous. I also ordered one of their specialty sandwiches called the Cuerney Sam with bacon, egg, American cheese, hot sauce (Cholula), and honey on a croissant. It was $12 which would have me on here complaining about SandFlation, but it was a hearty size and very well done. Nothing overpowered anything else, so the sandwich lived in harmony. I decided to order a second coffee to go. I got their Coco Capp with brown sugar and coconut syrup. They offer alternative milks of oat and almond free of charge, which is a huge W and something I don't see anywhere. It's a little out of the way for me, so I don't know how soon I'll return, but it made a quality impact on me and was floor raiser for my day. Plus there were goats! RIYL: Very civilized goats. It is located behind the Brewing brick and mortar and is in a small food truck park. My best advice would be to park on the paved area near the businesses. I had trouble finding it, so I asked someone on a picnic table where the location was and it happened to be the owner, Shaurir. He was super nice and advised my friend and I about what they had in stock and what was out of stock. I was apprehensive about trying the Kaleidoscope because of the "marshmallow" flavor in it, but Shaurir stated that it tasted like a watermelon jollyrancher so I was sold. It was a good decision and the drink tasted amazing! The second drink I tried was the windsurfer. I think this is ultimately my favorite.
