Poor customer service interaction with employee. I was at the Nespresso store on Friday afternoon…read more(Domain) at about 2:30 p.m. The store was fairly empty and I gave my name to the greeter who shared that I was next in line. I shared that I had to use the washroom facilities quite urgently before I started shopping. (I had a recent procedure which is causing incontinence and I wear a protective pad). I saw the door was closed with 'occupied' so I knocked and no one answered. I exited the little waiting area. About 8-10 minutes went by in which I could fee that I had an accident. Again, I went through the backroom door and saw the restroom was again 'occupied'. I knocked again (again no answer). A store employee hear my knock and said , "No, very rude- can't you see that IS OCCUPIED???". I was taken a back by this statement and asked to speak to a manager. At that point she finally shared that there was another bathroom a few doors down from the shop. At this point , I needed to change my soiled protective shield. I exited the store went to the bathroom and I will NEVER return. Thankfully, we can order refill pods online as this will save me time, trouble, and the embarrassment of being belittled by a store employee.
