I had a latte and shared a turkey sandwich with my friend. The turkey sandwich was good, but not dissimilar to a homemade, simple sandwich. In other words, there was nothing special about it. My latte was full-bodied and served at the appropriate temperature. While the prices were fair, the ambiance is lacking here. It feels a bit thrown together, non-cohesive, and sterile. I feel badly for the owner because he clearly is having trouble getting and keeping a reliable barista. There were a number of signs for "help wanted". Unfortunately, the location is not easily accessed as well. If you're in the area and want to spread a little love, stop in. The coffee is good, and the outside area may be nice for conversation with a friend or a date.

I stumbled on this coffee shop only because it's close to where I live, but it's quite a drive on Parmer if you don't already live in North Austin/drive to get to Cedar Park. From what I saw, Rocket Coffee is family-owned, and they offer some intriguing drinks. I got a rose matcha latte and it tasted fabulous! Just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. It would be nice if they offered more savory food options, like bagel sandwiches. I have yet to find a solid coffee shop in Austin that also serves up mean bagel sandwiches (that are also vegetarian or vegan)! If they consider adding this to their menu, I think I'd make it a priority to head here for post-run, weekend morning breakfasts. The random wall mural of space (lol) is the only thing that links back to the namesake.

I was headed in to work & wanted to stop somewhere new for matcha. This is located in a little shops area with apartments on top. I walked in & the first thing I noticed was the space mural! Really cute. Quaint interior with one employee working - she was QUICK. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk & lavender (my usual) & I had it within just a few minutes. They also have a fall menu that I definitely am coming back for; a few items caught my eye. This matcha is more on the earthy side & not sweet, which is more than okay with me! The barista complimented my sweatshirt as well (it said personally victimized by my stomach, lol). Glad I stopped by & I will be back to try fall menu items!

A small coffee shop located in an apartment complex, with three of these signs, one of which is on the front door. Is this a 7-11 in a bad neighborhood? This feels weird and unwelcoming. The coffee is fine, the service was good, but the signs are off putting.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to this coffee shop in our neighborhood for the first time today. I got a seasonal Banana Churro iced latte and he got a specialty Blast Off. Both drinks were super yummy. The owner took our order and made our drinks quickly. The coffee shop had a lot of space to sit around and chat and a good patio as well. We will be back!

I received a door coupon and decided to stop in Friday morning. Perfect weather to sit in the spacious patio and sip a pumpkin latte while getting some work done. Kelly was working g solo but handling the mini rush that came in. She was knowledgeable on menu items and helped me formulate the perfect pumpkin chai mix for my iced latte. I did get a danish and a Belgian waffle. I was not a fan of the waffle but I'm thinking I just should have eaten it while it was hot. Overall I will return, I love a local spot with flare.

Whenever there is a new coffee in NW area, I always get excited to try, as we don't have solid coffee shops in this part. So Rocket is new kid in town, we liked the outdoor seating, the lady behind the counter was nice, welcoming and friendly, but unfortunately we dint like the coffee itself, maybe it's our personal taste, but if you're around the area give it a try, it's not bad either!!

Clean, friendly baristas, and close to a few other shops- I'm so happy this place opened up! They offer a wide variety of coffee drinks and some pastries- muffins and scones mostly- but I really enjoy their iced lattes. I'm happy this spot opened up since it's within walking distance of many homes/ apartments and it's helping to create a better neighborhood. I try to stop by on the weekends and it's such a treat, its also a nice spot for remote work. They have large tables and free wifi- I have popped in for a few hours for a change of scene and it was nice. Recommend for good coffee and morning pastries, and love the location!

Stopped by Rocket Coffee this morning on my way to work. Quiet, calm location with plenty of parking and indoor seating space! The inside was warm and welcoming, and the barista was very sweet! I ordered the starlight starbright latte which was super creamy and not too sweet which is just how I like it! The flavor of their coffee is awesome! I would definitely suggest you stop by if you're in the area!

    Iced Brown Sugar Latte

Absolutely so sweet, such a welcoming energy as soon as I walked in. Latte tastes absolutely amazing and I met Sammy (I believe the owner!) who was there working. Talked about the menu and showed me all of the options they carry- there is so much more than what's on the website! Especially syrup options! I told him such and he informed me he was working hard to get it updated. Makes me want to tell everyone about it, such a cute shop and I hope it sticks around!

Hey y'all they are finally open ! I'm just glad to have a coffee shop so close to my neighborhood ,I was literally coming here daily to see if they had opened till I finally saw the sign flashing today 5/27/22 . Apparently after waiting a long time to get Williamson county to come do an inspection they finally got their turn and are now up and running . First impressions when I walked in was clean definitely way better than the dingy old subway that used to be here, an extremely friendly staff one of the two employees being the daughter of the really nice owner who let me in a week ago to get some pre opening photos . They have a good amount of seating inside and out , a very nice patio space if you do choose to be outside and a decent selection of pastries to go with your tea or coffee . As for the coffee I've only had a double shot espresso on ice at 7pm after a long Friday which tasted great and did it's job of waking me up to keep my evening going. My wife got a lemon cupcake that she said was delicious and a Star Light Star Bright coffee on ice . My daughter had one strawberry cake ball and my son had a lemon cake ball that they completely devoured, I'm sure I didn't even see them chew the darn things . You can get any coffee iced or hot of course and they do offer several different varieties of tea iced and hot as well . Please come give this local spot some business keep in mind they are new and learning before your harsh and enjoy having your drinks while you read a book inside or chill out on the patio on a summer afternoon with an iced beverage . This place has ok parking which is shared with Miyo Yakitori & Sushi if your familiar with the place it's literally rite next door or rather behind Miyo and the parking is shared with the apartment complex. It's not too hard to find but you'd pass rite by Rocket Coffee on Parmer if you weren't keeping an eye out for the turn which is into the apartment complex entrance . The prices are actually pretty fair I got the double shot espresso , iced 12 oz Star light coffee with a lemon cupcake for like $12 . We ended up buying cake balls after our initial purchase but forgot how much they cost . I will say I didn't see any set prices on the paper nor wall menu of the pastries but again they are new and I'm sure they will figure it out . Overall the staff is eager to help and delighted to have business so please come by and give a review of your own thanks . They are open from , 7am to 7pm Mon-Thurs. 7am to 8pm Fri-Sat. 7am to 5pm Sun.

A nice quiet place with several options of sweets and coffee. I liked the layout and ambiance of the place. The lady working was friendly and quick. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The place was clean and there is plenty of parking. A wonderful experience to be had for anyone seeking a quiet relaxing time.

I dig it! I've always been curious about this little residential/commercial nook off of Parmer but never had the guts to explore. Today, while half asleep coming back from a meeting, I decided to take a dive and visit Rocket Coffee for some much needed caffeine. Is this place new? Have I been out of the loop? Overall, good stuff! The girl at the counter was SUPER friendly and accommodating when I asked what virtually every type of coffee is (can you tell coffee isn't my thing?) and she ended up getting me a latte with almond milk and a shot of hazelnut. I am now sitting outside enjoying my mood stabilizer and a warm, buttery croissant. for what felt like a Monday at first, I'd now transitioning into a cool Thursday.... At least in my head. Lol.

All of the cakes have the Uncle Tetsu character stamped in them...so adorbs. My favorite cakes are the Hokkaido Milk and Strawberry. They have a great flavor selection including seasonal flavors. I love these cheesecakes because they're like a cross between what you think a cheesecake should be and a soufflé. Fair prices. Fast and efficient service.

RE: Business owner information General Manager…read more Business Manager Jul 17, 2026 Hi Paul, Thank you for your detailed feedback. While we're glad you joined us, I'm sorry to hear your breakfast experience didn't meet expectations. We'll be reviewing your comments with our culinary team to improve consistency. We appreciate you giving us a try and hope to provide a better experience in the future. Warm regards, Wes Brown It's great to receive a response from the business manager regarding our experience at their restaurant, but all four us thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. We had absolutely no complaints regarding our dining experience. Caroline is affiliated with the Marriott Element and Aloft hotels and that, I believe, where the affiliation ends. I try to avoid hotel eateries but I've had great dining experiences at hotels like the JW Marriott in Austin. We, four, stopped by on a Sunday AM for breakfast and we had a great time. They do have brunch cocktails available and their bloody Mary's were deemed excellent with just the right amount of spice. My bloody Maria was on point and we all got our Sunday Funday started. Breakfast was wonderful. Our eggs arrived cooked perfectly. The pepper bacon and real potato sides were off the charts delicious. They also offer a few TexMex breakfast options and Plus one was raving about her Huevos Rancheros plate. Service was excellent even though they became busy our server was very attentive. Pro tip: Sat and Sun AMs if you arrive early you can easily score a table.
