The speakers weren't working properly, the Bluetooth was disconnected, and despite my best efforts, I couldn't figure it out. Devin was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He immediately understood the setup, diagnosed the problems, and methodically got everything back up and running. He reset both my old-school box TV in the living room (and got the speakers working off it again) and also reconnected the Bluetooth system. In the bedroom, he even replaced a faulty cable and reconfigured everything so it all works perfectly now. These are high-quality older systems that I didn't want to replace, and thanks to Devin's expertise, they're now performing better than they ever have. He did three projects in our house and never completed any of them, nor did he return a deposit of $750 for a project that could not be completed in our 20 year old house. He referred us to his friend Isaiah to complete this job who told us the equipment would not work and advised against it. Devon is now referring to him as someone I hired who could not do a good job and takes no responsibility for recommending equipment that failed. We worked diligently trying to get him to do the right thing and he ignored us, was rude and refused to return our money. My husband and I finally posted reviews of his theft and poor service. He responded saying I have mental and drug issues. Further, he threatened both of us...."I know where you live...karma is a bitch". We have reported him to the local police and are posting here in case he is foolish enough to bring harm to our house, Do not hire Devon unless you want to deal with a very disturbed young man who has no desire to treat his customers fairly and is merely in it for the money regardless of how he treats people.

It took him an hour before we could remove my current mounted tv. I was the one who figured out how it came off and did most of the work to get it off. He then measured wrong and we had to remove the tv so he could fix it. Except he couldn't get his hands in back to release the mount, so I had to do it again. Along the way the mount was damaged and an HDMI cable that I had snaked through the wall was also damaged. He then blamed me for the damage. He had to install another mount that I didnt want and he measured wrong TWICE on that one. Three hours later it was one of the worst experiences hiring help I've ever had. I called the office and explained my frustration. They said the best they could do was not charge me for the additional mounting bracket. I can't believe I had to pay for any of it as I had to do a good portion of the install myself. I would have been better off getting a buddy to help me. Stay far away from this company. Their people don't know what they are doing and their customer service is terrible.

Ray was by far the most responsive and easily won on price and value. We set up an appointment, and he arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He got everything working perfectly, including mounting the TV, setting up the soundbar, speakers and surround sound, and hiding the cables. He even did precision centering and leveling so everything was perfectly straight, which, if you are like my wife, is important because anything even slightly off center or tilted is distracting.
