The women said they would send someone out after the photos and first quote to give us a second quote. The owner text my husband the same day apologizing for how she handled things. He said that was not how their process works and he would have her trained properly. My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out next week. He asked my husband what our budget is. My husband told him he wasn't going to give him a budget, he just wants a quote. The owner then tells my husband he doesn't want to waste his time.
