I tried this place because my lady is out of the country and it's the worst mistake I made. It started out ok and they seemed happy to have a new potential client but my beautiful perfect nails are now haggered and misshaped. The acrylic leans to one side and they are all different lengths some long and pointy, some fat and pointy.... UGH. The color selection was the only good part. Guess I probably wouldn't have been so harsh if the last 10 minutes of my visit wasn't sucked up by a woman who came in. They spoke with out a breath the remaining part of my session in a different language. Which I just think is freaking RUDE. Idc if people want to speak a different language but when you have a customer in front of you it's just not polite.... and there isn't a whole nail fully painted on my hand. I'm pissed. read more

A few months ago I got acrylics done for the first time in a while after getting my usual pedicure here and experienced a bit of pain when the manager was putting on my full set. It turned out horrible and I ended up having to have a friend fix them. I had almost forgot about this experience until I had my nails removed today and saw how damaged my nail beds were after his treatment. Today I lifted a box not heavy at all and it broke three of my acrylics. I called the salon and asked them to fix them and made an appointment. I got there right on time and then had to wait for 40 minutes before they took me back to fix my nails. The guy did them super fast and this is what they looked like. The nail tech tried to charge me for the fix even tho when i called he said there would be no charge. I tried the signature pedicure, but I don't think the experience I had was worth $45 dollars. The woman doing it was very nice but really just slapped a bunch of lotion on my legs and didn't massage much to the point that I was simply just greasy when I left. She only went through the motions of callous removal but didn't actually remove anything. When I got in my car to leave I took a closer look and the polish job was pretty sloppy, it looked rushed and I realized that most of my nails weren't even entirely painted. I feel like if a salon is going to present itself as so professional and high-class then the experience should represent that as well. I don't want for this to be one of those bitter "I want my money back" type of reviews, but the experience was disappointing and I don't think I'd consider this place a second time. read more

What an improvement over the other salons I've been to in Eugene! Immediately when I walked in the atmosphere was tranquil and elegant, and the staff is accommodating and so friendly! They all smile and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who did my nails because he was excellent. The prices are reasonable and they have tons of colors to choose from. I usually ask for detailed designs/things that take a little more work and time and they were happy to accommodate me. The place is new so you walk in exchange ext top quality customer service and be pampered . However, the nail techs I was with both times were speaking and conversing in a different language with their co workers next to run with laughs here and there. Went about a week ago got a full set and pedicure wasn't unhappy. Made an appointment for 11:30 today and showed up on time. While I was waiting to check in I noticed that my technician Vicky was bouncing between two seats. Then as soon as they checked me in, seated someone else and said Vicky will be right with you. I don't know why I even bother to make an appointment I waited 15 minutes I had scheduled a pedicure and a fill they could have seated me for the pedicure. they could have took my nail polish off and started the fill. He could have done so many things to keep my business but unfortunately I will never go back. It's a shame when people don't realize that your time is just as important as theirs read more

They put me with a guy that is most worried about getting the job done fast. My nails look OK but they are sloppy. I have nail polish on the inside of my nail that looks tacky. I wanted to actually just email them personally but they don't give you that option. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi three days in advance for a 10:45 AM on a Saturday morning. Firstly, they had my name wrong. Secondly, the services I requested when I made the appt. apparently didn't exist (??) and the gal at the desk basically pointed and said you get this and this. Um, ok. My pedicurist seemed rushed from the get go. I don't do this often, so when I do, I really want my toes cleaned up. When she got up, I looked at my toes and there was still sock lint in my big toes. When I told her I would like that cleaned up and more of my cuticles dealt with, she told me she already did that but I was looking at my phone and didn't notice. I tried to tell her I wanted them to look better and she just kept telling me she already did that and to tell her what to do and she would do it. But, the thing is, she wouldn't! I was literally in tears- literal tears. While trying not to cry, I just told her it was fine, fine, fine. She had the manager come over to ask if I wanted a drink. If I hadn't been so stressed and upset, I might have said yes, but at that point, I just wanted to be done. She scalded my leg with hot towels next. The polish was fine and so was the decoration-so it covered up the so so pedicure. The manicurist was nice enough. She did a good job aside from kind of a deep cut on one thumb. At least she wasn't yelling at me. I was shocked to find out my bill was $82 when the prices on the website showed my bill should have been $64. At least for what I booked on the phone. Another gal asked me how it was and I said ok but I really wasn't a fan of crying during a pedicure. She seemed sorry but no offers to make it right. I will never go back again and I will not recommend it. I feel ripped off and I'm mad that half my weekend was blown instead of being relaxing. Honestly, it's been three days and I'm still upset about it. I should have demanded my money back or refused to pay, right then and there. read more

I was hoping for a fun and relaxing experience with my daughter--this place was not it. They could hardly recognize our presence and everything was so terribly rushed, as if they are urged to turn over the chairs in less than 30 minutes. The $45 treatment is a joke--a bored and distracted anesthetist clacking a couple of rocks against your leg with no discernible effect--what's that? I'm sure someone truly trained and, far more important, actually engaged in her or his work would massage with the stones in amazing ways, but this place is all gimmick. Plus, the towels they use are ratty and stained--ugh! We were halfway through when I asked about wine--given the name of the establishment, I thought we'd be asked about a beverage right away, but no. It's all slap-dash and lazy and I am sick about the $100 I spent. Surely there are better pedicures in Eugene. I wish I could find one. read more

I didn't have a baby sitter and so I had to bring my 6 month old child they all love kids there even when he got a little fussy they helped make it so he was comfortable so I could enjoy my pedicure. The guy who brings you your drinks is funny and makes sure you have anything you need. I got a pedicure and the woman who did it was so precise and even gave me different color options when I was indecisive about the color I had originally chose. Until I didn't want my nails any longer so I stopped in to have them removed after calling to make an appointment and they said they are slow just stop by in the next hour... I made appointments for pedicures with my parents a day prior to when we wanted them. We arrived 5 minutes early for our appointments. We got seated promptly. Then my mom began to have her toes worked on. Then my father about ten minutes later. Then 30 minutes had passed since the start of the appointment time and my parents were done with their pedicures. I told them I was not interested in having my pedicure now because I didn't want to make my parents wait. They informed me if I stayed and had it done that it would be free, I asked if I could have something for next time instead. They told me if I wanted to come next time it'd be 50% off instead of free. We will not be coming back a next time. This is not the first time this has happened. We initially stopped going to their Gateway location for this reason. Then decided to give them another try when they opened their West 11th location that was closer to our house. We have been regulars ever since. It's sad to see a place with such potential give such poor service. read more

I've been coming here a few months, twice a month, for gel manis and pedis, its a beautiful salon with a fun classy vibe. I've had no problems until this last set - after just a few days my gel polish was looking ragged, at six days (today) every single fingernail was lifting and chipping. I called and they got me right in without an appt, fixed them all for no charge, a brand new set. My impression is that, like any salon, some techs are better and more experienced than others, the manager took pictures of the faulty set to show the tech and hopefully give her more training or tips. Because of the way I was treated, I am STILL a very happy client and will be back, I'll just ask for specific staff from now on, even if I have to make an appt in advance. Staff was very friendly and they got me in as a last minute appointment an hour or so after I called. But this is the worst looking gel manicure I've ever had unfortunately. Two nails chipped two days after my appointment, and the nail tech painted on my cuticles on almost every nail. Only three nails have an even semi even edge near the cuticle, but even those are starting to lift near the sides because the tech painted too close to the skin, or on it. Might try again but will make sure I try a different tech. read more

I enjoy this place, the environment is nice, very clean too. Most everyone I have met is very friendly. My toes and nails always come out great. The only think I don't like is they peel off the gel polish which hurts my nails a lot and shreds them. I would rather have the top coat drilled off then soaked and then taken off it's much gentler on my nails. I also don't like when I take my husband and they charge full price for him to basically get his nails cleaned to avoid ingrown nails and bacteria and growth. I would suggest a males price!
