I was a regular customer but never again!!! I asked Mimi for 5 different colors on nails of each hand. She said sure no problem ~ what she failed to tell me is that she would upcharge me nearly double of my normal rate. When she was all done she asked me for total of $62. I was shocked and asked why ~ she said the polish I selected was $10 more; she charged $10 each hand for different colors. I replied that she never told me of these additional charges and I had no idea that it would be that expensive ~ I certainly would not have chosen had I known. I strongly feel that she had a responsibility to tell me of these additional charges initially. I did pay begrudgingly. read more

Mimi is excellent at nails. Her husband\partner is very rude. He was short with me over the phone, and also very rude. I had cancelled my appointment very early in the day, and he said"again!?". I asked if he had some sort of problem and why was he being this way towards me? He said that I cancel all the time. This is not true, and it really shoudn't matter. I pay alot of money for my nails and also tip at least 10 dollars to each of them, no matter how my service or nails turn out. He did not apoligize, and refused to let me talk to mimi so I could let her know about his rudeness. I will never go there again. The last time I went he double booked me and another women at the same time for a fiil, he tried to blame it on me, by looking up a phone number on their caller ID it was incorrect and also the wrong name. ​ read more

The lady at the first salon I went to (NOT No 1 Nail & Spa) royally messed up my nails. I called No 1 Nail and Spa in tears as my newly done nails were falling off as I left the other Salon. The couple there was lovely, and he not only took the time to take off my horribly done nails, but was so sweet, and did a wonderful job with some acrylics! He was so nice and helpful, and I'm so appreciative for his help. He even gave me a little discount considering I had already paid for nails at completely different establishment. The in-fighting among the three who work here makes for a very bad atmosphere for a salon that charges Beverly Hills prices (check it out!). Used to come regularly for a mani/pedi. Mimi is good. A real talent. But unfortunately, I walked out when the guy (Daniel) yelled at me in front of two other customers and the third worker (Linda). He was loud, rude, and snapped at me. Any customer, not counting a regular, doesn't deserve that. The three have some kind of rivalry, rooster-pecking thing going. Today, my manicure was terrible. My cuticles still look terrible, and the polish will have to be removed as soon as I get home. It looks like a kid did my nails. Friendly customer service is the thing this salon LACKS!As I walked in, they do not greet, they just stare at you like "what do you want?"... when I got a grunt from a nail technician to come sit at his station, he gave a vibe off as of, I don't want to do this service. Towards the end of the service he puts a glob of lotion on top of my forearm and proceeded with a massage that wasn't a massage, it was him rubbing the lotion on the top side of my hand in just on spot. When he took my other hand he took the rest of the blob of lotion and put it on with a quick second of a rub...Horrible! And that's just a little taste of the kind of service they give, I could go on...When I went to pay for my service he printed up the receipt and just walked away. Holy smokes! I cannot say enough good things! The staff was super friendly and kept making small chat. I'm not usually very open with people, but I found myself talking about all kinds of random stuff with this awesome woman. She gave me a spa pedicure and a french tip on my toes. My toes looked so amazing and her massage was wonderful. Even with the fact that I hadn't shaved in a few days she just did her job and was very good. read more

I had a guy I believe his name was Dan?. Squeeze me in for my birthday a mani, pedi he did a terrible job! on both! I will never go back there! he made my nails eat to thin after I told him they needed to be thick because I work on my truck a lot and that my nails withstand a lot of abuse he didn't even dip his brush but one time and that was what he put on my nails. I said they need to be thicker he added a tiny little bit to the tip of my nail not the whole nail so they look flat like Beaver tails and lifted and chipped off within the first two days and that was after I told him to make them thicker. I will never go back after I told him I needed them fixed he said he had no time for me. Customer service was fine he was polite but it was a very shoddy job no primer know anything to prep just file bam uneven bumpy and rough finishing toenails were terrible I could have done a better job myself. read more

I was in from out of town and popped in for a mani pedi. I wasn't overly impressed with this location. First, the entire mani pedi took less than 45 minutes, I felt like the girl was rushing me through. She did a very short foot massage and did nothing to my legs except put a hot towel around them. After it sat for a while she rinsed it off in the sink and put it right back in the warmer for the next client. Kind of gross. They did use new files and gave them to me upon leaving. No exfoliation or scrubs used. When she started to paint my nails a dark red for my feet of my selection I had to stop her and request a base and top coat as she was just going straight to my nails. I'm not a fan of yellow nails. Again for the mani, a quick hand massage with normal lotion and paint. I gave 2 stars as the paint job was accurate and looked good. She then moved me to the "drying station" and after sitting for a minute I realized it wasn't on. When I asked she stated it was out of order. Why did you sit me here then!? Lol. Overall, my nails looked good but definitely not an overall relaxing experience. read more
