Honestly was pretty disappointed with this place! I came in for a straightforward manicure with gel polish. When you come in you fill out this little card with exactly what you want, which I thought was a cute way to streamline things, but that was really the only highlight. The whole salon feels like a massive machine (rows and rows of nail tables and pedicure chairs) and it doesn't matter if you book 2 manicures with a friend at the same time- you won't get to sit together (and we ended up SO far apart!) because every nail tech has their own table in a sea of tables. The woman doing my nails was sweet but very unprofessional- she was on her phone texting every time my nails were in the cure chamber (sometimes leaving me to wait after I was done) and took a phone call during the manicure too. I could forgive the above if it was an excellent manicure, but one of my nails was filed pretty badly crooked and the gel polish chipped quickly. Today marks a third time that I've show up on time for a scheduled appointment, only to be told that it will be a 15 minute wait. Why am I making an appointment if this is happening? I, like a lot of other people have a busy life, so therefore, I run on a schedule. Each time I've been told I'll need to wait, it's been due to a customer already in the chair asking for some additional service that they hadn't otherwise asked for. Also, why am I not receiving a phone call (I'm always asked for my phone number when I'm scheduling an appointment) to inform me that my nail tech is running late? Maybe I can accommodate the lateness of the appointment. I would have thought that as a regular and loyal customer, I would receive more consideration. Wow, what a great place to get a pedicure. They are near the Applebee's and a fitness place on W. 11th in Eugene. As a guy who bites his fingernails, manicures aren't something I can ever do, but I've had a few pedicures in my life and this one was fantastic. I can't speak much the price point because I don't go often enough (about once every 5 years) to know the right rates, but the service and techncians here are awesome. They did a great job with my normally ticklish feet, they cured my niece's glaucoma, they solved world hunger (hint: get hungry people more food), and they proposed a new method for detecting dark matter that will take the scientific community 30 years to even understand and another 20 to put into practice. Not an amazing experience here. Went in, and the lady was really nice about and it looked like a very nice salon. Got an acrylic fill and showed a picture of what I wanted the nails to look like. Looked nothing like the picture, so I called back within 24 hours, and they said they would do a color change for me. The artist was rude and dug into one of my cuticles. I've always had a gret experience at this nail salon. Sadly it seems that service has gone downhill. I overheard a nail tech telling her customer that she would not do the color she wanted then complain that she didn't get enough art and said something like "well now I can't make more money on your nails." I can't say I would recommend this nail salon. My manicure has bubbles and is still sticky after complaining about it prior to leaving. read more

The customer service at the front desk is very nice and I had somewhat good experiences here in the past getting a simple gel manicure. However, today I asked for very simple nail art and the technician was not very nice, didn't listen to me when I asked for a specific color, couldn't do simple polka dots the right size or a consistent shape. They didn't give me the chance to review the nails before applying another layer of color. I didn't feel comfortable asking for things to be changed because they seemed so annoyed at me asking for nail art in the first place. Not sure why you let people book nail art, in advanced, when your tech can't do it properly and rush the process. I went in on a Tuesday morning and requested a dip manicure and regular polish pedicure for a vacation the following Friday. I did not make an appointment but was very flexible to do so and return as needed. The person who greeted me seemed annoyed at this. As it turns out all the appointments were no show. So I proceeded. Pedicure was great. No issues. The dipped nails were a disaster. They dipped the undercoat and then applied gel polish over. I wanted to be done and noted this wasn't the place for dip for next time. I asked to be charged for a gel manicure since the polish was gel. Nope. The undercoat was dip so....Needless to say and over $100 (before tips) later I am almost 2 weeks out with chipped polish and thin, breaking nails. Never again. read more

They do a good job. However, they sneak in hidden fees constantly that I've never seen anywhere else. Pedicure is great but they charge you $7 to kind of scrub the calluses off which basically they didn't. Oh, and upcharge for polish removal. They never tell you up upfront. Lady that did my nails was extremely fast. Maybe 40 min for a full set. Cut me twice to the point of bleeding, hurt many other fingers going so fast with the drill.
