If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was visiting family nearby in Springfield, and had heard from a friend about sugaring, and decided to give it a try. With only a couple days notice, Rachael was able to fit me in. I showed up incredibly nervous, both for the possible pain, and for what it was in general. Rachael was fantastic, though. She walked me through the whole process, explained everything, and seriously knows her stuff. The education was both interesting and acted as a welcome distraction, and before I knew it she was all done. She's really good at putting you at ease while doing a fantastic job. I looked around online and was drawn to sugar plum because of how environmentally friendly it is. I messaged Rachael via the Yelp app and she got back to me in a very timely manner. She was very considerate in getting me in ASAP, meaning keeping consistent contact if anything opened up earlier that fit my schedule and she was also very informative on her product and service. The initial appointment was exactly what I needed. My skin after the sugaring did not dry or irritate, and Rachael took careful time to make my eyebrows clean and shapely. Best hair removal experience I've ever had! Rachel was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the results were amazing. After several waxing attempts with pain, inflammation and ingrown hairs I was hesitant to try a bikini wax again. After my appointment, I had very little redness and no ingrown hairs.
