For me she suggested hybrid lashes, as I wanted a bit more dramatic than classic but not as much as volume. I saw Miriam here as a walk-in for a gel manicure. I was pretty lucky to get seen since this is normally by appointment only. The salon is beautiful and intimate set on a quiet street. Miriam was meticulous and did a great job. She didn't trim my cuticles but maybe she didn't need to. She took care of my nails better than any other technician being sure not to scrape at the top layer to remove the last job I had done. I will definitely come back to her! read more

I didn't get the chance to experience this salon. I made an appointment online and someone texted me the next day, made my appointment. Wait 2 days for the date and it was scheduled for later afternoon, and 45 minutes before I was supposed to be there, I received a cancellation on their end. If I would've known earlier, or if they could've suggested another salon that would've been really helpful. I was in town taking care of my grandma who has cancer and we just found out. Sophia Braun is one of the best lash techs in town. I am speaking from experience. I have gone to multiple lash ladies in town and have not been near as happy as when I see her. She listens to what you want, which is extremely important. She hears your voice. She gives professional feedback. She does amazing deals. I have been going to Sophia for two years and I am always happy with my lashes. I of course take breaks from time to time, I use my lash serum and I never have lash issues. NEVER. I think it is extremely sad that other people who claim they are licensed in the industry are not and come on here to bash other stylist, especially when they are still in school and claim to be licensed. Wouldn't you do your research before you went in? As the lady bashing Sophie did. She asked on her Facebook page recommendations for lash techs. Sophia was mentioned multiple times. You can obviously tell she is great at lashes just from all the happy clients referring her over. Just because one person, ONE PERSON is unhappy, doesn't mean that should hold our fate. She has about 60 plus happy clients. This lady who is bashing other stylist, is clearly jealous and has no idea what she is talking about. I have been going to Sophia for TWO YEARS. Even when she was in beauty school. I've seen her from the very start and she's doing an incredible job. I will NEVER get my lashes done by another person again. It is normal to lose lashes, just like you lose hair. If you don't take care of your lashes at home you are going to have issues. When I get mine taken off about every six months, my lashes are full, long, and healthy. I also use a serum when my lash extensions are on, as I highly recommend for everyone. I am a stylist and I know what it's like to build a clientele. One bad yelp review can do a lot for someone's reputation. I just wanted everyone to know I completely 100% disagree with the lady bashing Sophie on here because it wasn't right and it was false information. THE LADY CLAIMS TO BE LICENSED AND SHES NOT. Sophia is licensed and certified. Please get your facts straight and do not tell lies on a yelp review. It can really hurt someone. Thanks! read more

Got a massage from Natasha, one of the worst massages I have ever had. She tried to get me to buy some supplements she also sells and then sell me a water filter system. She didn't focus on my needs as a customer but was just trying to upsell me on other products. The massage was weak and ineffective, I left with more tension than I had going in. I started going to see Natasha at Nuance after a referral from a friend several months ago. I have suffered with chronic lower back pain and frequent neck tension headaches for about 20 years. On my first visit Natasha took the time to ask about why I was there, past injuries, and my expectations of her therapy. She introduced me to "cupping" and carefully explained the process and made sure I was comfortable with it before applying, which by the way is Amazing!! She is very attentive during my massages to both physical and verbal responses to what she is working on. Over the last several months I've had fewer tension headaches, my lower back feels so much better and my range of movement has increased. Overall, Pros-very flexible schedule, knowledgeable for treatment needs, attentive, and discounts for weekly/bi-monthly treatments. Cons-does not accept insurance, which is the only reason for the four stars instead of 5. read more

By far the best salon I've been to. Robyn cut my hair and I have no complaints. I was first welcome in with a hug, and she made me feel like family. I found my new stylist.
