I have taken classes with many different instructors and always felt welcome and supported. I really enjoy the slower paced classes with time for meditation and shavasana. However, even in the more challenging classes, I've never been embarrassed to take things at my own pace. They've recently added some new offerings and I'm really excited to try some of those classes and watch this community to grow. Whether you're looking for a quick class to pop into when you have the time, or more of a long-term studio to feel comfortable returning to time and time again, Glow Yoga is definitely a special place!

My daughter had recently been diagnosed with ADHD and her therapist had mentioned yoga might help. The classes ended up being much more than just yoga. Leticia integrated mindfulness techniques with yoga and play, creating both a fun and calming atmosphere. My daughter eventually transitioned from not only classes and workshops but individuals sessions, as well. Through practice and the continued perseverance of both her and her teacher, she has grown so much and is able to self-manage and focus much better, all without the use of medication. I cannot recommend Leticia and Embody Play enough!

At the beginning of last year, I completed an internship with Embody Play Yoga (EPY). I cannot say…read moreenough about how profound and wonderful the experience was for me. From the first class I observed, I knew that EPY had something more to offer than a traditional kid's yoga class. During the class, the families weren't just sitting still and learning meditation techniques. They were running around, dancing, making silly sounds; a huge smile spread across everyone's faces. The feeling of bliss and excitement in the room was palpable. My internship taught me that we all learn best when we are able to express ourselves, play and when we feel connected to those around us. EPY has a way of making every person regardless of age, gender, shape, ability or identify feel supported in exploring yoga, art, movement and mindfulness techniques. I loved my experience so much that I decided to take on a yoga teacher role with EPY after finishing my internship. It has been a joy and an honor to work for this company and I would highly recommend the classes to families and children of all ages!

She really cares about helping you heal and recover, and she's amazing with babies too It's a beautiful feeling to be able to feel so comfortable in someone's presence even when you just met them. She really helped me navigate postpartum and first time motherhood with zero judgment and understanding. For that I am forever grateful & recommend her to everyone.

I loved how easily available she was for questions or when I needed to update her on how my appointments were going. Whenever I had a concern, she knew exactly what I needed to hear. I felt very safe and secure around her very quickly. I knew I could trust her wisdom and experience. My birth story was what I had envisioned and Lexi was a big contributor to making that happen. She really worked hard during my labor to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and taken care of. She knew how to perform hip squeezes properly (thanks for trying hubby!) and that was one of the biggest interventions that helped with the contractions. Lexi worked together with my husband to make sure he knew what his role was, whether it was providing me water, food, or physical/emotional support. She was also a huge advocate for me while the hospital staff tried to persuade me to do things that weren't in my birth plan. Lexi was kind enough to take multiple photos of the labor process and I will cherish them forever. With her package, she includes one postpartum visit. It was so nice to debrief with her about the whole labor. She even brought me lactation cookies (which really work and are super delicious!), loose leaf tea, and some healing herbs to include in a nice bath. I loved getting to work with her for this life experience and I will definitely contact her again when we plan on our next child. Thank you Lexi!!

The instructors are always very kind and welcoming, some even remember me when I haven't been there for a couple months which is amazing. The space is clean and inviting. A couple spots to fill up your water before class. The class space is very large and has wall-to-wall tatami mats. There are plenty of blocks and straps to use. Blocks are cleaned/sprayed after each use and left to dry out individually, not stacked again immediately while damp, which I appreciate. I always feel like I get a good workout here. I bring my mat and towel and I'm soaked and sweaty by the end of every class. It's nice to take a true hot yoga class and get all the toxins out! It also feels like a very non-judgmental environment.
