They take care of my spouse and I, and our kids, with caring and professionalism. they do focused appointments with hands-on therapy and have many options to get you feeling better. They are very skilled in assessment of chronic or acute injury, thoughtful treatment plans, and referrals as needed. I have never had a bad review after recommending them to someone personally. I cannot recommend Tensegrity highly enough! I see Luke for leg and back pain; Kellie for my pelvic floor; and Dr. Bove for dry needling to reduce pain and tightness. Over the years, I've seen more than a dozen PTs. Kellie and Luke have all the others beat hands down. They are both strong, intuitive, and gifted. I'm no longer on pain meds, which is my most tangible accomplishment. I'm also walking further and faster than I'd anticipated, after three leg/ankle surgeries. Dr. Bove is also a very talented practitioner. He's very kind, talented, and responsive to input. Finally, I also work with Liam to learn and practice exercises to strengthen weak muscles. He's great: patient, good natured, and informative. I've had such a positive experience here that I brought in my daughter to explore rib pain her pediatrician was unable to explain. She's worked with both Jayna and Liam who are both excellent with young ones. They are both unflappable, fun, and very talented. I'm not a cyclist, but I was excited to see that they offer bike fittings. I referred my husband who was pleased that the process was so thorough and seamless. Scheduling is easy and the folks in the front office are friendly and helpful. Parking is available, so no need to pay for street parking. read more

This place sent to me to collections after many attempts to get them to bill the correct insurance company for my motor vehicle accident. They are shady. My care was great although the therapist I saw no longer works there. read more

Really unhappy with their billing department. Very unoprofessional and unwilling to work with me when I showed them they made an error. They still sent my bill to collections even though I showed them it was their error for NOT cancelling my appointments. The PT was also sub-par. Full review below: I was a patient at Tensegrity in the Spring of 2021. I left there practice after receiving care that was sub-par. I was told that the manual manipulation for my chronic shoulder and back pain would take a long time for healing to occur. Every exercise and recommendation that I was given exacerbated the problem. I became so unsatisfied that I decided to seek care elsewhere. After just a few months at the new location, I was looked at holistically and the root of the problem was not at all what the PT at Tensegrity had diagnosed. I called and cancelled all my appointments with Tensegrity before starting at the new clinic. Months later, I was called from a collection company to pay for 4 missed appointments. I had already been an active patient at a new clinic and had already cancelled with Tensegrity. I tried everything I could to dispute it, even requesting Tensegrity re-call it from the collection agency because I was able to prove that I was at a new clinic. I even have records showing that Tensegrity cancelled some of the appointments I had asked them to, but failed to do ALL. I even attempted to contact the owner, without being given a response. Now I am forced to pay for missed appointment fees that were because of their front desk error. I have nothing positive to say about this experiencing especially how I was treated by their billing department when I addressed this issue. Mistakes happen, but when I showed them that I had very clearly cancelled and then transferred to a new clinic, they were still unwilling to work with me. I will not recommend this place to anyone in the future. read more

I was told that my insurance was accepted when I called the facility. I was never told that the first appointment, the assessment alone would be $200 and the actual dry needling/acupuncture was $130 for every .25 hrs. (Which is not all covered by a long shot.) Four months later I get an unexpected bill... I wish every health facility was like my dentist and gave me a print out of what my insurance covered, and what I would have to pay out of pocket ahead of time...lesson learned the hard way..yay... I feel bamboozled and the treatment didn't help one bit, it hurt like hell and made my muscles really uncomfortable fir a log period of time. Most likely due to having to heal from the continual stabbing of needles. I was naive thinking that it would help me and my persistent previous pain. I feel like I was taken advantage of 100%. Needless to say I will never go back again, ever. Nor will I ever recommend this facility/treatment, I will dissuade anyone who enquires. If I could give a zero star, I would. read more

I visited Tensegrity last month after being referred for PT by an orthopedic MD. I chose this group because my husband had a good experience there 3 1/2 years ago. Sadly, I did not. The PT was 8 minutes late starting my appointment and then spent only about 30 minutes evaluating my issue and recommending exercises, which she said she would email to me. The diagnosis - weak glutes - felt simplistic and her attitude dismissive. I had to call 3 days later to ask that that exercise list be emailed to me. I did the exercises daily and saw no improvement. I went this month to a different PT practice - and the difference was night and day. Ben Bleazard at Aligned Physical Therapy did a very thorough analysis, and gave me detailed explanations using a skeletal model and diagrams in books. My issue appears to be much more complicated than just weak glutes. Ben did some manipulations and sent me (immediately) a personalized image of a move/exercise I can do at home to try to correct this issue when it flares up. What a difference it made to be taken seriously and treated professionally. I sent an email to the owner of Tensegrity to let him know of my disappointment in the service I received there. He responded with a boilerplate message that was also dismissive. That's why I am posting this review. read more

Tensegrity has some of the best therapists in the state. I went there after Hip surgery and Knee surgery and wouldn't change a thing. For my knee, I saw Luke, who is very knowledgeable and knows what an athlete needs to get healthy and stay strong. I had been recommended to Tensegrity from someone who had had great treatment. I originally was seen by a man, not the owner, who was absolutely horrible, obviously brand new in the field and I was shocked at how little he knew. Very disappointed, I wrote an email to the office. To my great surprise and delight, the co-owner Rachel Roach contacted me directly and set up another 'first' appointment with me on her day off to accommodate my schedule!!!! Wow!
