They took my injury seriously, more than many local medical facilities, and Craig really thought about my body and its needs.

I mostly saw the PA, who was excellent, and I was confident that my surgeon would do an excellent job. Now at 11 weeks out, things are going very well. Their PT center is awesome. As for the center itself, yes, it's a large place that runs efficiently (meaning yes, you might feel rushed), but you also need to advocate for yourself. Show up early for your appointments. Make a list of your concerns or questions ahead of time and take it to your appointment. Follow up with phone calls. If you want to see the Dr. again, make another appointment. I will say that there are room for improvements at the clinic. I found the patient portal leaves much to be desired. The parking lot is often full (allow time to find a parking spot). Most of the receptionists are very pleasant, but yes, like anywhere else, there might be a couple who don't seem to be enjoying their job. Trying to make or cancel an appointment sometimes puts you in a long phone queue, but you can request a call back so you don't wait on hold. I've always gotten a call back within 15 minutes or so. Still, I feel like it's an excellent orthopedic center.

But his suggested treatment was hard for me to remember so I asked if he could provide written instructions and he said he would. But the scribe was busy blowing his nose and my after visit summary did not provide me with the info I needed. I messaged them via the portal 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I got a PT Rx, and a sheet of exercises along with a very firm, advanced level theraband, but no instructions on how to do the exercises. The guy who instructed me on the ankle brace was super nice. Sadly the brace causes more pain and bruising so I can't wear it.

After reading Dr. McCourt's CV I saw that he is a very skilled surgeon. After meeting Dr. McCourt, I found that he is very personable and was very thorough explaining what was going on in my ankle. He was thorough with the examinations and the diagnostic tests. Prior to the surgery he explained some of the things that could go wrong with my type of surgery. I have some health problems that make surgery more difficult. He dealt with that and I have had a beautiful outcome from the surgery. I would highly recommend him. I read the other reviews and I have to say that when shopping for a surgeon a small parking lot really isn't a concern for me It's not like he's my primary care doctor and I'm going to have to be seeing him all the time. As for the office staff, theory were friendly and helpful to me. The skill of the surgeon is the deciding factor for me not the office staff or the parking lot.

My X-rays at the hospital were inconclusive and said that EF&A would get back to me to schedule within a week or two. To my surprise, they called me the next day! I was thrilled as I was leaving the following week to go home for Christmas. The pain in my foot was insurmountable and I really just wanted answers, sooner rather than later. Even without insurance, it would be worth it to finally know what was happening. The day of my visit, I am not greeted. Rather glared at. I stand I front of both front desk "ladies" Jamie and Cindy as they hardly look up from their computers to speak to me. They rudely ask what they can do for me I say I have an appt they follow up with new patient paperwork yada yada whatever. I fill out the paperwork and as I'm doing so they get real close and start whispering about me, not very slick ladies. You might wanna try harder next time when you're in a dead silent office and I'm right in front of you. I hand Cindy the paperwork and she, in the same rude tone, asks me for my insurance and ID. I said I don't have insurance. (As I've stated multiple times on the phone when I was scheduling this appt.) She said okay and I ask what the payment for the appt is going to be, she gives me a range of $150-350 of which I couldn't afford that day unfortunately. I recognize that there's nothing they can do about the price and no way of knowing what it was going to be exactly until after the appt, that's fine. I'm not unreasonable. But what's fully in their control? Their attitude and treatment of their potential clients. I'm highly considering saying F it and going somewhere else because of how rude, unprofessional, and callous these women are to someone who is obviously broke, in pain, and out of options. Maybe keep that in mind that these people are the first impression of this business, and if the doctors are anything like them, I'm good. I'd rather keep limping around a few more weeks and find somewhere else, and upon reading other reviews it appears I'm making the right decision.

I had an issue with my insurance because of the discontinuation of Pacific Source in Lane county. For some reason, I wasn't automatically transferred to Trillium. I received a voicemail from Mobility Project saying they canceled all my appointments. They did this without consulting me, offering for me to pay out of pocket, or just keeping my appointments on the books for when I got put on Trillium (which only took about a week). I had my appointments booked out for months because of my tight schedule. When I called to reschedule, my spots were taken, so I have to wait over a month now to return when I am in constant pain. I asked to be put on the waitlist, and then they tried to hang up on before I could schedule out further. When I respectfully expressed when had happened, they said "uh-huh." Unfortunately I have to keep dealing with this staff because nowhere else in town treats my specific symptoms. This causes so much anxiety and I feel completely disrespected and dismissed. They have a complete lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed.

I had a challenging back injury (herniated discs and severe nerve tension) and had jumped from PT to PT over the course of 5 months, with no relief and no advancement in my healing process. Chelsea has made me feel confident, strong, and I've healed so much faster than I had been. Not only am I walking again, I'm lifting weights, working out on the elliptical and hopefully soon will be conquering hiking and hills. Obviously, you get as much out of PT as you put into it, but without Chelsea's expert guidance I would not be where I am today. In addition, Endurance PT came highly recommended to me by my gynecologist...and I'm not sure there are any other doctors who know the female body better than your gyno.

Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward. I was then charged for a no show because I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident that required me to reroute. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.
