But Dr. M persuaded me to get a facelift after that…read more The paperwork that I signed in advance stated clearly that if I changed my mind, I would not get my $4,000+ deposit back, so that was my bad for not mulling my decision longer. However, I gave him six weeks notice that I'd changed my mind -- a friend convinced me that general anesthesia is dangerous, so don't do it unless medically needed -- but Dr. M wouldn't refund my down payment. I wasn't too surprised, since I'd signed that disclaimer and I understand needing time to book other clients in that time, but with THAT much notice I knew he could've book another client where I'd canceled. I later checked to see if the day and time my procedure had been canceled had been re-booked by someone else, and it had. So ... he's just greedy. If he cared about repeat customers and quality customer service, he would've refund my down payment. Because of this I'll go elsewhere for future laser and ANY other cosmetic surgery needs. He's quite arrogant (as other reviewers note) AND greedy -- a real deal killer.

I just am very disappointed because I was expecting more of a positive outcome from the doctor since I was coming in to see him and considering to pay a lot for surgery. I was so impressed with them from the beginning. At first I was unable to schedule a time to see Dr. Daniels during the time my schedule would allow for surgery. I was so bummed, he came referred to me from a friend, and I really wanted to work with him. His receptionist told me if they could fit me in, she would let me know, but we scheduled my appointment 3 months out from the date I called. I was bummed and let down thinking there was no way they would find time for me. Little to my surprise just a few days later I received a call from Stacie, she let me know there was a time available and she knew how eager I was to get in and see him. I took the sooner appointment (about a week out this time!) From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me! It was really a very exciting thing, I couldnt wait for each and every appointment I had. Dr. Daniels knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it, and he didnt make a single thing uncomfortable. He understood what I meant when I was trying to explain things, and he talked me through everything and really made sure I understood the WHOLE process. I am SO happy with my transformation, they are EXACTLY what I wanted. I started inquiring with him in September of 2012, and had my surgery performed on November 16th of the same year. Unfortunately I do not get to go into his office very often now, but I still drop by every chance I get! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT DR. DANIELS OFFICE FOR TREATING ME SO WELL. They really need to get some more "real" people working at these places. Honestly they are asking me to pay a LOT of money you think that they would hire and train professionals at the entry point.
