The people who take your phone calls are spread so thin over the many offices of the organization - the personnel to help very is lacking. Administration is very bad. Yes, there is the ability to leave your phone number for a call back. However, they do not call back on the phone number that you used from your contact list you used to contact them - so whatever number they use does not come up from your contacts list. Don't know about others but I tend to ignore numbers who are not identified on my phone. This and there not being enough people to serve so many offices - is a problem!

Both were excellent medical service. Recently I sent Dr. Samuel Balin a photo of a growth on my lower arm and asked that a previously scheduled appointment for a check-up be moved forward. He got me in to see him in two work days and immediately did a biopsy on the growth. Lab report the next day diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma and I am scheduled for MOHS surgery two weeks later. I received my bill a few days later and there was a charge for $474 with a random number and letter code as the description. What he had charged my insurance was $924! I called because the bill was $700 more then what I was told it would be. The office staff informed me that the $474 charge was for the "closing of the wound." This unethical jerk wanted to charge my insurance almost a THOUSAND dollars for 8 staples to close a wound HE put in my freaken head!! I have animals and am not a stranger to staple guns. ($25 on Amazon BTW). WHERE THE F DOES THIS A-HOLE GET OFF CHARGING ALMOST $1K TO PUT 8 FLIPPING STAPLES IN NY HEAD TO CLOSE A WOUND HE CREATED!! It's not worth that much nor is it hard to do. I get the confirmation text the night before For my appointment I drove 40 minutes out the way rescheduled my workday to get here I get CHECKED IN fill out extremely lengthy paperwork just to see everyone that got there after me get called back. The older lady working the front desk was extremely oblivious and failed to mention that my doctor was not here today even after checking me in and sending me a confirmation text the night before. What a huge waste of my time! At what point do businesses start compensating people when it's their mistake and have wasted someone's precious time! I could've made money this morning but instead wasted it sitting in an office and commuting to this appointment.
