I have been continually mistreated by this office and worse, deceived & lied to. They did not perform the procedure that i contracted them for and did not wish to make it right. Their solution was for me to PAY for ADDITIONAL procedure(s) even though they did not perform the initial one, it did not work. I filed a complaint through BBB, and they did not even bother to respond or try to work with me. I made a consultation appointment with Dr. Lee's office, very disappointed that I did. I had an employee go home early with covid systems, they ended up testing positive. I was experience mild symptoms so I decided to call and cancel my appointment until I tested. The canced it for me, and then later sent a text saying I was charge $75 dollars for a no show appointment cancelation. I was never informed from them that I would be charged such a huge fee for canceling. I was being safe and responsible by not going to their office and spreading covid. You think that as a "professional" clinic they would have safty protocols for this matter and allow a grace period for clients that may be I'll. I am so incredibly disappointed with their services and the lack of Regards to the potential clients. I will absolutely not return, and frankly very glad I didn't get work done there. read more

I regret ever walking thru the doors. I had upper eyelid lifts and my eyes have never looked so bad. I am distraught, I look in the mirror and just cry! After 9 months the Doctor offered to do surgery again for no charge, but this was a risk I just could NOT bring myself to take. Afraid of looking worse or blind. I asked for a refund, and Dr. Daniels said he would review the before photos and then we would discuss it. 6 weeks later, NO reply! I sent him a certified letter. Still NO reply what so ever! DO NOT get plastic surgery from Dr. Daniel. I had a bilateral capsulectomy with removal/replacement of implants on September 21. The first month I suffered from an extreme amount of fluid in my left breast. That fluid caused extreme pain. Dr. Daniel was no help. I ended up in the emergency room because he was not addressing my pain properly. Once that finally dissipated it was apparent that my breasts were two completely different sizes. In a bra one side will fill out the cup while the other side does not fit. The worst part about this disaster is Dr. Lee is not accepting responsibility. In addition trying to work this out with him I feel bullied every time I leave a meeting. On the day of my surgery when Dr. Daniel came to mark my breasts I was surprised that he didn't use a ruler. I jokingly asked if you do that without a ruler? And he replied " my eyes are better than any ruler. My eyes are able to see things that a ruler can't. " It was just a narcissistic comment. I should've walked out then. I take a lot of care of my face and body and this has really destroyed my self-confidence. Everybody makes a mistake but it's how you recover from the mistake that makes you the good human that you are. Dr. Daniel is not showing that he has a good human. I had several problems with my surgery. The right breast is much smaller than requested. There was a miscommunication after I submitted photos of breasts sizes I wanted, it was unfortunate that Dr. Daniel waited until the Friday before my surgery to order my implants insisting the photos I submitted were 3 different sizes of breasts. That could have been discovered a week prior had he not waited until the last minute. In addition during our conversation on Friday Dr. Daniel stated a particular photo I submitted was the size that I currently have. In my email to him clarifying what size I wanted, I reiterated our conversation to make sure we were both on the same page. He did not read my email. He looked at the picture and ignored my message. The Saturday before the surgery Dr. Daniel called me to notify me the surgery center had changed. While I had him on the phone I said " You read and gave the message in my email as much consideration as you did the photo?" To which he replied "of course I did. Everything is covered." I know he didn't read it because in my post surgery appointment he had no knowledge of my message. I was sharing my story of my surgery with another woman I am friends with when I realized Dr. Daniel had personally botched her breasts, she had 3 augmentations done by Dr. Daniel. Ultimately she had to go to a fourth surgeon to have Dr. Daniel's work corrected. She had a long list of other people who have had issues with Dr. Daniel and walked away feeling unheard and disfigured. I will update after I receive more information. --------- Update: Dr. Daniel dropped me as a patient citing I was rude to his staff. That is simply not true. And all my initial postop m appointments he said his services would be of no charge because of the situation. Out of nowhere he drops me as a client. I went to Daniel's office to get dark spots off my face. The tech did his job and immediately sent me to Lee. I didn't ask for this, but since I was new to the whole thing, I went. He came into the room, stood back far from me (perhaps to see my face better?), and asked me if I smoked. I answered honestly and said I did. He had absolutely no "bedside" energy and he made me feel bad about myself. Then, I was immediately sent to his financial person who told me that I would be so happy with any procedure I signed up for. Someone very dear to me had surgery with Dr. Daniel. The end result is 2 breasts, two completely different sizes and now she has an even smaller self-esteem. She is experiencing other issues as well but the main concern is the issue of symmetry. I was with her for her initial appointment with Dr. Daniel where he assured her and I that he would stand by his work. He has NOT done that. Do not get plastic surgery by Dr. Daniel. On 10/14/21 you completed a double standard mastopexy on me. It cost me $9000 for the surgery. Between 10/14/21 and 6/30/22, I faithfully wore the surgery and sports bras for the needed support. I returned to you on 6/30/22 because my left areola was showing when I wore a bathing suit. He told me to get a new bathing suit and it was bran new. On 6/30/22 you said that my breasts had dropped 50% in 9 months. They told me that I will need to pay an additional $6,000 to have my breasts lifted again. Is it possible to adjust this $6,000 fee? I am so very disappointed that I need to have the surgery again. Dr. Daneil came back to me and said he would not lower the fee. Why would I give him anther $6000 so he can mess up on me again? I went to Dr. Daniel for upper and lower eyelid surgery and a facelift. I am 55 and feel like it took 10 years off of my face. My husband was the only person I told about the surgery and I waited 3 to 4 weeks before I went around friends and family. When I did it looked so natural nobody even noticed I had had anything done. They just said I looked great. I don't look like a different person, I just look more refreshed. It's subtle, yet kind of huge. I no longer have days where I feel like even make up won't make me look less puffy and tired and I don't do that check in the mirror anymore where I ask myself if my clothes are "age appropriate". I was fairly terrified going into my six and a half hour surgery. One thing that really helped calm me down was that before I started my surgery the nurse at the surgery center asked me who my doctor was. When I told her she smiled and told me I had picked a really good one. That he was confident, did great work, and was just a genuinely nice human being. I thought that was a pretty amazing review. I have several friends who are nurses and not all of them have kind things to say about the doctors they work with. I worked with Dr. Daniels from the start. His office staff is AMAZING! They really went up and beyond to make me feel comfortable through the whole process. I was so impressed with them from the beginning. At first I was unable to schedule a time to see Dr. Daniels during the time my schedule would allow for surgery. His receptionist told me if they could fit me in, she would let me know, but we scheduled my appointment 3 months out from the date I called. I was bummed and let down thinking there was no way they would find time for me. I took the sooner appointment (about a week out this time!) From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me! It was really a very exciting thing, I couldnt wait for each and every appointment I had. Dr. Daniels knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it, and he didnt make a single thing uncomfortable. I got the MIRADRY treatment about 2 months ago... MIRADRY is a treatment that gets rid of 90% of sweat and odor and 70% of hair in your pits. First of all, the treatment itself was very pain free, a bit awkward but PAINFREE. As for recovery, man that fricken hurt like no other. My armpits were so swollen and hurt so bad for weeks, the first week or so I was in so much pain that I took about 6 extra strength Tylenol a day (which is horrible). And I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I couldn't put my armpits down for about 5 days. To this day- 2 months later- my armpits are still pretty numb and a bit swollen and bumpy still. And the worst part... I STILL SWEAT AND STINK. So dang, all of that pain and recovery wasn't worth it for me. It may be different for you, because of anatomical differences. I should've went for the breast aug (my mom said I'd look to be in more pain for MIRADRY than her breast aug ). The shotqueens and staff of Dr. Daniel is very kind and sweet and do a great job. Definitely the best Dr. and staff a person could want! From the moment you walk in, and if you're in my shoes you're already terrified because you're about to make a big decision, you are greeted by smiles. The office is clean, inviting and comfortable. I was so scared because what I wanted to do was one of the biggest procedures a plastic surgeon does (a mommy makeover) and was immediately put at ease. The Dr and the staff are so friendly and professional at the same time and make sure you know what to expect throughout the entire process. Aside from the fact that Jose himself is top notch in everything he does, I've also had the pleasure of having treatments with Sabrina and Dr. Daniel himself. All practitioners in the office are outstanding. They always have the latest technology and products. Their practice is based on evidence. I always feel safe with their recommendations. The latest treatment for me has been Picosure. I'm only 2 treatments in (of the recommended 4) and my skin looks and feels amazing. I had a tummy tuck with Dr. Daniel about 5 years ago. I went to him because my post-c section muscle damage was unusual and severe. After voicing my many concerns about function, and getting reassuring answers, I scheduled surgery. When my results were disappointing and my muscle control unaltered after surgery, he became angry, demeaning, and combative; frequently interrupting me and arguing about my observations and frustrations. He also had his office manager sit in every post surgery meeting, and she also argued with me. Bottom line is my muscle damage has not changed. He assured me post-op that he cannot do anything to muscle, and also that I asked him the wrong questions--such a far cry from his initial assurance that I would have a flat and fully functioning core. He insisted that my body healed weirdly. That I misunderstood his terminology. That I needed to lose weight. I have since had over a year of treatment with a physical therapist, and nearly a year with a Kinesthesiologist. Dr Daniel stitched my fascia, especially around my belly button, in a way that makes core-strengthening exercise difficult, and my therapists have never seen anything like it. In addition to his unkind demeanor and lack of ability to help with function in this instance, please also consider aesthetics. My belly button scar is so large that it is instantly obvious in a bikini. My hip incisions are uneven so one hangs low and one lifts high, meaning at least one side shows in nearly every bathing suit. The liposuction at the hip incisions is uneven, leaving an awful sunken area on one side. If you have any post-pregnancy muscle issues, I encourage you to look elsewhere for corrective assistance. read more
