Their solution was for me to PAY for ADDITIONAL procedure(s) even though they did not perform the initial one, it did not work. I filed a complaint through BBB, and they did not even bother to respond or try to work with me. I was so bummed, he came referred to me from a friend, and I really wanted to work with him. I was bummed and let down thinking there was no way they would find time for me. Little to my surprise just a few days later I received a call from Stacie, she let me know there was a time available and she knew how eager I was to get in and see him. I took the sooner appointment (about a week out this time!) From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me! It was really a very exciting thing, I couldnt wait for each and every appointment I had. Dr. Daniels knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it, and he didnt make a single thing uncomfortable. They really try to make you feel comfortable and want you to have a great experience. The space is clean and bright, treatment rooms are also clean, and I love that they have things like aloe, sunscreen, and deodorant spray if needed for after your treatment. One thing I will say is that the "sales" are something to be aware of, I don't know if the sales are really any different or just simply a verbiage marketing tactic. It's not a bad thing, it's a reality everywhere. I'd guess no matter the verbiage used for the sale or promo, the actual cost shakes out to about the same at the end of the day no matter when you buy. I didn't feel pressured to commit that day or because of the promotion, and the price was about what I'd expected, As for the service itself, I'm happy with my results so far and every visit has been a good experience.
