However, I gave him six weeks notice that I'd changed my mind -- a friend convinced me that general anesthesia is dangerous, so don't do it unless medically needed -- but Dr. M wouldn't refund my down payment. I wasn't too surprised, since I'd signed that disclaimer and I understand needing time to book other clients in that time, but with THAT much notice I knew he could've book another client where I'd canceled. I later checked to see if the day and time my procedure had been canceled had been re-booked by someone else, and it had. So ... he's just greedy. If he cared about repeat customers and quality customer service, he would've refund my down payment. Because of this I'll go elsewhere for future laser and ANY other cosmetic surgery needs. He's quite arrogant (as other reviewers note) AND greedy -- a real deal killer.

I just am very disappointed because I was expecting more of a positive outcome from the doctor since I was coming in to see him and considering to pay a lot for surgery. Little to my surprise just a few days later I received a call from Stacie, she let me know there was a time available and she knew how eager I was to get in and see him. I was kindly greeted and helped every step of the way during my breast augmentation. I got to know the staff, and they got to know me!
