I was in tears everyday probably multiple times plucking my chin and neck and would take half an hour to do so. then I saw Milan laser hair removal and decided to try it since I could make monthly payments. Appointments are easy and quick to get on the schedule. I bought the face and neck package and from appointment one I had results in a few days with the dark thick hairs just falling out. it wasn't too long before I went to maintenance. and since I bought the package i get lifetime treatments in that area free for life. if you are at all on the fence, do it. you will thank yourself very soon! And don't be embarrassed to go in. the staff is incredible and friendly. they will put you at ease quickly. run. don't walk. go now! read more

From my initial consult every person I've talked to and interacted with has been kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The desk staff and techs are all lovely. They really try to make you feel comfortable and want you to have a great experience. The space is clean and bright, treatment rooms are also clean, and I love that they have things like aloe, sunscreen, and deodorant spray if needed for after your treatment. One thing I will say is that the "sales" are something to be aware of, I don't know if the sales are really any different or just simply a verbiage marketing tactic. It's not a bad thing, it's a reality everywhere. I'd guess no matter the verbiage used for the sale or promo, the actual cost shakes out to about the same at the end of the day no matter when you buy. I didn't feel pressured to commit that day or because of the promotion, and the price was about what I'd expected, As for the service itself, I'm happy with my results so far and every visit has been a good experience. If you've thought about permanent hair removal, I'd highly recommend the Eugene Milan! read more

I really loved my experience at Milan Laser in Eugene. They do quality work and all the staff are amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

I cannot reccomend milan laser hair removal enough. I was very hesitant for many reasons, but Kimberly was very open with me about the procedures, and offered some great payment plans. She wasn't too pushy with the sales, but let me know my options. Considering that the process requires you to get undressed, I was also nervous about how the appointments would feel, but Maria always puts me at ease and is very understanding. She creates a relaxed atmosphere and does great work. All together, the appointments usually don't take too long and are rather pleasant, Considering. Everyone there is very professional and there to answer any questions and provide help. If you are Considering laser hair removal, you are getting the best with milan. They have offices all over the country and guarantee results. It is definitely worth it! read more

This location is one of the newer ones! The receptionist was beyond helpful and kind she was o nice to me. Raquelle (hope I spell that right) was AMAZING. She immediately made me feel so comfortable. She asked so many questions about my progress and medical history or changes to it. Most of the nurses here used to work in NICU and I asked her about her time doing that and she was just so sweet about everything. She just seems like a very kind and bubbly soul. I highly recommend her and this clinic. I was ready to just get my laser and leave and she seriously brightened my whole week up. She's so kind and bubbly and makes sure you know what she's doing the whole time. She's incredible and this was my favorite treatment so far because of the amazing experience she created for me. read more

My tech (Maria) is so great! Personal and really cares about my journey to smooth skin. Couldn't ask for better service!

I was fed up with my facial hair, and I was really fed up with dealing with the bikini line and underarms, and the idea of getting it lasered off and just touch ups for life, I was excited. The 50% off for June that I took advantage of helped. I really enjoyed the customer service, and they answered all my questions. It's expensive, but they do have payment plans, and being ultimately able to give up the waxing/sugaring/depilatories for good on those areas makes me so happy! read more

I love Milan - I started treatments in Michigan and, since their treatments are for life, did follow ups as I moved across the country and they expanded to Wisconsin and now Oregon. All providers have been so easy to chat with, efficient but also caring, and highly professional and knowledgeable - like Raquel in Eugene, who makes a somewhat painful process go by quickly and pleasantly. I rarely have to shave now - and then its just a few hairs here and there, and that has been SO WORTH the expense, time, and discomfort. Thank you, Milan! read more

The laser part was great. The people were friendly and the office is clean and bright. The uncomfortable part is they make you feel like you're at a used car dealership and everyone who comes in literally gets a different "special" price. There's a hard sell and pressure. There's opaque pricing structure where they'll never tell you what it really costs. There's a spiel where they want your financial data to pull a soft credit report, , even if you wanted to pay up front. there's an overselling of services that you don't need (who needs unlimited lasering on the same spot for life and who wants to pay for that?) and there's a more special deal later on if you don't bite right away. It's a shame because their services seem great. If it were transparent pricing and fair pricing, they'll make it. But that big part about slippery pricing kind of ruins it for me. read more

I just happened to Google "how to achieve permanent hair removal" and learned about laser hair removal and Milan. I entered my info on the site Google led me to and received a text minutes later about scheduling my free consultation. I was able to schedule it for the following week. Once arriving, I entered a comfortable lobby and was greeted by two very kind, friendly staff members who offered me some water and checked me in. My consultation was with Kimberly, the office manager. It was about an hour long and very, very informative and interesting! I was not only completely on board with my initial goal; removing hair from my face and neck, but after learning about laser hair's success and seeing the photos, watching the videos, I was ready to move forward with laser on my legs, axillae, and flower as well! I qualified for a very affordable payment plan despite not having the best of credit and my appointment for my first laser procedure was scheduled for the following day! Kimberly was able to customize my plan to save me money and I also received a discount. Very cool. The nurse practitioner, Rachel, greeted me the following day and thoroughly explained the plan, what to expect, potential side effects, and what to do and not do to have the best results. Then we moved forward with the hair removal. I was comfortable and calm throughout the entire process which only lasted about 15 minutes. It was completely painless. Some spots, to quote Rachel, were a little "spicy" but not painful and absolutely worth it. Rachel was amazing; kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and professional. I am about four days out and I am thrilled I have decided to go this route and I can't wait to go back and get this hair off my face! Milan and the staff there completely exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to get rid of hair forever! read more

I feel so happy to have found this place. I have had insecurities about my bikini area for 17 years. I have a lot of hair and I get very intense and ingrown hairs. Waxing is painful and I just can't do it anymore. I'm so happy to have found this place and I feel very taken care of. I just got my first treatment today and it is amazing how it doesn't take very long. It was very minimally painful and almost just felt like a snapping of a rubber band on your skin. There are some sensitive areas but some areas are barely any pain at all. read more

Milan Laser Hair Removal - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Fantastic all around. This is the best treatment available. Staff is friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with my results.

I'm so happy I decided to pursue laser hair removal here. After only two appointments, I don't have to shave my underarms anymore and my lower leg hair is nearly gone. It's so great not to worry about shaving! Raquel, the nurse who operates the laser is incredibly professional, warm and friendly and does a terrific job putting you at ease throughout the procedure. The other integral office staff, Kimberly and Feather, are both incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate you. I highly recommend Milan to anyone considering this option. read more

Raquel is amazing! Super friendly and comforting! She's so positive, upbeat and just makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. She explains everything in detail and what to expect. She's great! Feather is also super sweet, as is Kimberly. My experience has been great with all 3 people and am loving my results. The first session is virtually pain free - there's a tiny puff of cooling agent just before the laser, so it's very comfortable. It does go up in intensity with each session in order to get that hair gone for good, it's necessary. But the discomfort is VERY short lived and manageable. Raquel gives you a little stress ball for the "spicy" spots, which is a very fitting term. Highly recommend Eugene Milan! You won't be disappointed! read more
