Unfortunately hours from Washington to Oregon don't completely have reciprocity between the two, which means I needed to work with a school to make up hours (a CAE license is 500 hours of schooling meaning I had to make up 50 hours). When I tell you I reached out to MULTIPLE schools in Oregon to try and find even a little help to point me in the right direction, Michele at the Advanced Esthetics Institute not only responded to me very quickly EAGER to help me, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that she could help me get my CAE license without any hesitation, and made me feel so comfortable coming to her with any questions regarding this situation. She truly was the only school/person that even seemed to want to help me so I am so so thankful for that - even though I live 2+ hours away from this school, I knew it would be worth every penny and mile to make up time to get my license. From the start, Michele and her employees were always so kind, timely, responsive, and truly made me feel so welcomed and understood with the situation I was going through. I heard nothing but bad things about her from multiple sources prior to treatment, but I wanted to believe it would be different for me. I'm sad to say I've heard of at least two other people since I stopped going that have had similar terrible experiences.
