Whenever I have a prescription that needs to be filled it's the same thing. I try to call to ask them when I can expect my script to be filled but no one answers the phone ever ! You have to drive thru to make them aware that you need that script filled in a timely manner. If you don't do that you will regret it because they don't care about people, I have patiently waited up to 3 days to get a script filled and then finally give up and drive in only to be told they are still working on it. What the heck kind of customer service is that ? They need to do better !!

The system is broken, and for working in a broken system, they're doing a great job. I also don't attempt to pick up my medication until I get a notification saying it's ready. Cici came out and I was offered water and a very friendly conversation while my nails were trimmed and filed before being painted. I was actually so pleased with the natural shiny pink that was supposed to be the base for the French manicure that I actually decided just to go with two coats of the pink base, which they told me was called "marshmallow." They also showed me a couple of other styles of nail color that I test out in the future. I wasn't there very long; the skill level was very high. They have a nice bar area if you want to hang out with the girlfriends before it's your turn. I think Queenie was the name of the other staff person. The two of them were very hospitable and I look forward to returning in a couple of weeks. The manicure was just $35 with the shellac removal being an extra five dollars. I wanted short nails with a simple white French tip. I also texted her about a follow up appointment that I wanted to book for a few weeks after and I received no response. Day of my nail appointment, she texts me back saying she is going to be 10 mins late. I arrived at 11:35, same time as scheduled and waited in my car an extra 10 mins before heading in and waiting another 25-30 mins. After I sat in her chair she told me that short French tip nails would be $75 because it is considered "extreme art". I would understand this if it was acrylic cut out french tip, but not for regular hand painted. I told her this is not what her website says and that I was not comfortable paying for that especially after I was disregarded on Instagram and text and then she made me wait over half an hour for my appointment on top of that. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done by her as I thought her nail art and style is really cute. She blocked me on Instagram after I left the salon which I think was very immature. I know many nail techs that would've offered a discount for just the fact of being late alone. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the fact that I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Hopefully she will do better in the future with her communication and time management.
