when I called them yesterday afternoon, I was literally last minute when I got there. They were so polite nice. I was really worried that they might be mean because I was last minute, but it was total Sonia is who did my nails when I say that I am like the worst person with acrylic nails I mean it's so rough and hard on my nails that I can go one then by the time I go back to the salon to get my nails done, they look like a I just been into a fight with a semi when I say, I walked away with my nails looking unrecognizable I mean unrecognizable my nails were done so good. My cuticles were done so nice. never in my life. Seen my hands as rough as I am with them look as amazing as they do. I recommend this place 100 out of 100 times they're amazing. Hanh did my nails she's such a great lady! I asked if they had real flowers to make my nails that I wanted she said she just ordered them so I was so excited to try this look! It came out super amazing just like the picture I had seen on google. Ok I have been going here 2 years and love Thuy but in the last few months I have had 2 nail infections. They are so painful. I asked her to soak her metal nail drill bits in front of me and she did, and that time no infection. Unfortunately my regular place was booked up, so I decided to give these guys a try... Worst mistake of my life. I am hard on my hands and nails so I do not get gel, seriously they chip in two weeks either way so I asked for a set with regular polish. The young girl who sits three seats from the window proceeded to be on her phone on and off during my service, which only was a fill, not the set I requested, and prematurely told me my nails were done so I left. When I got home my whole right hand was messed up. Called the salon explained my hands were apparently still wet she told me to come in tomorrow and she would fix it. Upon arriving at 8:30 when the lady I spoke to told me they opened, THE OWNER Proceeded to chew me out for not getting gel nails reprimanding me in front of six other clients that had also arrive that morning for appointments... she went on a rant and told me it was my fault for getting regular polish, and that they ONLY did gel, to which I replied "Well then why didn't the lady tell me it was gel only it would've altered my decision to get my nails done here... And you have a whole rack of regular polish right here so that's not true..." she said a few more snippy things, then proceeded to do my nails twisting my hands and at one point popped my ring finger knuckle she was so rough. She tried to tell me regular polish takes hours, and hours, and hours to dry and then if I messed up my nails again after I left they would not fix them... She at that point grabbed the nail polish she was painting my nails with and slammed it in front of me and said "Here you take this when you go & fix your own nails" and then left me fanning my hands, (honest to goodness she turned the fans off!) and I fanned my hands dry for a half an hour. A very pleasant young girl who was getting ready to do a pedicure and must have seen me in there for 20 or so minutes Fanning my own hands finally came over to check my nails, stating they were dry but to be very careful with them and that I was good to go. I left and I will never, ever be back! May the force be with you if you ever have to have these guys do a correction on your nails and it's their fault... read more

My wife gets her nails done by Duc, he always does an amazing job. She is very particular as to the shape and length she wants her nails and Duc caters to her exact specifications. The only reason I gave 1 star was for the reasonable price. Turn around and walk back out, do not proceed. My nail person Twee, ripped a nail off last time without even the slightest apology. It was throbbing for days. She actually blamed it on me. All the girls, including the owner are so very rude. Always talking Vietnamese, even when I can tell they're talking about me. It's a total cattle herd they get in as many people as they can and make you feel like they're always in a hurry and I always make an appointment This is enough for me, I'll pay the extra money. So i totally plan on coming back here! It is definitely not a walk-in kind of place though because it is so small, there were only 3 or 4 pedicure chairs. When I called about 3 days ahead they only had one spot available for me the day I called for and while I was there someone came in and the next available day they had was about 3 days later. So all that to say, if they are that booked up, they must be good. My mother-in-law and I both got pedicures, done by two different people. We were both very pleased. The prices are very good too, which I am always looking for the best bang for my buck on nail salons. I am actually planning on going back this coming week! I've come here about 3 separate times and each time I've heard the technicians talking trash about other customers. It was a little shocking and had me worried personally about upsetting them in any way as it came off mean spirited - not to mention unprofessional. My gel manicure was good although my hands felt unclean afterwards from the uv light box. I know salons rarely clean those things but this salon's light boxes felt particularly greasy and unsanitary. They do really nice nails here but they are thieves. My grandmother is a regular. I treated her for a mani and pedi. She has $15 on their books to use for the next time she came in. When it was time to pay the owner said they don't see it in the book. So they charged us the full price for services. I will not be going back and they lost a customer. Ultra Nails was a nail salon I heard about from two close friends of mine, who get their nails done often. I was referred to the owner because she does an amazing job. I went with three other friends, and we each got a set of gel nails on our hands and a pedicure. The price was very reasonable, $20 for the gel and $25 for the pedicure. They were very flexible fitting all four of us in together, and were very friendly while we were talking and joking around. My gel nails lasted about 2 weeks, which was wonderful because I work in the food industry and with my hands a lot.
