This was a great experience. Let me say first this spa is the ideal Low-Traffic pedicure place. If someone is worried about contagious diseases at a high traffic place that could be caught like a cold or not wearing a mask, it is nice that this is a lower volume place and is a lot more intimate. I also really love the final product and expertise that my technician put into my nails, I was really pleased. I am not about the difference between the "spa pedicure" and the "deluxe pedicure". I paid $10 more for the Deluxe and I thought I would have gotten a little more foot massage and calf massage, but that did not seem to be the case. The gal was very nice, however the facial I got gave me no results, AND my top lip broke out in fever blisters. It's huge and swollen and it's like my whole upper lip. It looks like I got Botox. I may as well have for the price.. way too much to just have a bunch of products put on my face. I'm kind of bummed but at least I can cross that experience off my bucket list. Like I said, the lady was really nice and she took the time to make sure every product that she used was free from gluten, because in allergic to wheat - and this was my first ever facial, but I feel like there should be some noticeable difference. I may go for a real chemical peel in the future, which is what I wanted, and what I thought I was paying for for $155, but for whatever reason that didn't happen- but when and if I do, I'll go somewhere and plan it better. I got their spa pedicure there. The job was beautifully done, my toenails have never looked better. However, I really value human to human connection when having a service perform which includes touching my body. It's that warm and caring compassion I always look for, and in this case, the aesthetician who did my pedicure had very little to say to me unless I spoke to her/them. That part is integral for me in any service like a pedicure, massage, or hair cut. This lack of warmth and compassion I experienced means I probably will not go back and use this particular person. When I ask her/him/them what their favorite service to perform, pedicures were not even mentioned. Perhaps that explains the lack of interest in me. If that kind of service, the warm and compassionate human to human touch, does not matter to you, then it's 5 stars. Booked a lymphatic massage with Nushka on the spur of the moment. Arrived and was pleasantly greeted by Nushka and her staff. She was welcoming and made me feel at ease. The room was comfortable and warm. Nushka and I had a quick chat before she began and we agreed upon and mini facial with the lymphatic drainage. I do not normally get facials so it took me a min to relax and get use to her touching my face. All the products felt and smelled so fresh, cleansing, rejuvenating and amazing. Nushka explained what she was doing and kept checking in with me to make sure I was good. Her warm spirit and wonderful energy made the experience even more relaxing. The hour we spent together was well worth the cost. I walked away with products that I felt really good about and I am excited to use them to continue to care for my face. I was so thrilled to find Nushka's spa! Thanks to the wonderful Yelp reviews I scheduled a Swedish Massage appointment with Ivan. I was super lucky to be able to get in same day! I had just finished a Half Marathon the day before and was very sore. The spa was super relaxing and from walking in the front door everyone was super friendly and polite. I was offered something to drink while I waited. The massage experience was one of the best I have had! I appreciated Ivan's thoroughness and making sure I was comfortable at all times. Plus he made sure the pressure wasn't too painful. It was exactly what I had needed. I decided I won't wait so long and give myself the gift of massage at least every few months. First time here & I loved it. The parking lot is tiny and so is the actual spa place, but there was more than enough space in the private rooms to have the services done. My esthetician was Rieva who had a friendly & great vibe. I got the bodyscrub/wrap done first and then a european facial. The body scrub was interesting & I sat in an infrared sauna 30 min prior to start it off. There was also a shower in this room as you had to rinse off the scrub and mask. The room that the facial was done in was a good size & really comfy. I really like how I filled a form when i first got there to explain my skin type and concerns so that the products used in the facial fit my skin type. Will go here again for sure. read more

I've been in before for a massage but keep forgetting about this wonderful little spa, tucked in kitty corner to Newman's Fish on Willamette. I called and asked for availability today for an eyebrow wax and Claire asked how far away I was and squeezed me in on the spot! As with my prior experience, super friendly and nice, and very efficient. Claire did a great job and their prices are incredibly reasonable to boot. Treated myself to a Deep Cleansing Facial this weekend and it was heavenly. Everyone was extremely friendly the second I stepped through the door. I suffer from cystic acne and the facial was everything I had hoped for when I went looking for a deeper clean--my skin was plump and hydrated and I am pretty sure it has gotten clearer as the days have gone on. This is a nice, quiet spa that uses organic non-toxic products. I wholeheartedly recommend coming here for spa services! This was my first time getting a facial so I don't have anything to compare it to but it was quite the experience! I received a European spa facial and my skin felt amazing and was so dewy afterwards! It was a relaxing experience (aside from some extractions, which I have never had before) and Evelina was so nice and calm. I compared my experience to the website and I didn't get some of the "additional luxuries" listed at the bottom (specifically the foot massage and warming slippers); I am not sure if those are additional fees but I did receive the rest of the massage so I'm going to assume it was probably forgotten. As far as the underarm waxing, this was my first experience and I will definitely be returning for waxing! Painless and very thorough, I'm happy with the results! Cute small spa in the busy part of Eugene and with (limited) parking available. The owner Nushka was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a great Facial with lymph drainage and took care of some of my skin blemishes. Tea and chocolate before the facial was a nice touch too. They use organic products which is great. The place itself is a bit small and pretty noisy with the streets running right past, phones ringing and deliveries being made. All in all it is a nice place for a local spa service. read more

I made an appointment at Nushka's Spa based on the reviews and was no disappointed. My morning started getting a deep tissue massage with Ivan Dobrev. As small female, I was a bit worried getting a massage from a man BUT Ivan created a very comfortable and safe environment that made my worries fade away. He did such a good job with getting rid of the tension and years of knots I had accumulated. I've had three massages by other people but nothing like Ivan's massage. I would strongly recommend going to him if you're wanting a good massage with a professional. After my massage, I had an appointment straight away with Svitlana Rollo for a mani and pedi. She created such a welcoming atmosphere and offered additional services in case my gel polish was peeling as part of her price. We had a lovely conversation and did an amazing job. I gotta say she left me feeling beautiful with my nails. It was my first experience getting a legit mani and pedi, and she set the bar high for any future appointments I may have. I would strongly recommend going to Nushka's Spa and seeing Ivan and Svitlana. The space is bright and open. Everyone who worked there that I interacted with were extremely welcoming and great a good experience for someone who was initially nervous to go. read more

Sarah 5 star. Ivan 2.5/3 star rating. Sarah was amazing. Great massage. Loved the warm towels and towel covering face with oil scents...little touches that made it more of a great experience. Would absolutely see Sarah again and recommend. Ivan...would not go to him again. He cleared his throat about every 15 seconds which made it very difficult to relax. About 2/3 through the massage, he walked out of the room and went out to the lobby and left the door wide open then came back and continued. So unprofessional. If not for a gift card I wouldn't have went back for a 2nd massage. That is when I had Sarah and so glad I did because she is amazing. read more

BEST pedicure EVER!!! Svitlana is my new go-to pedicurist--no more trips to Portland for gorgeous feet(-: Shop very clean, Svitlana personable and extremely good at nail shaping and polishing. It's been a week, and my feet STILL feel soft and wonderful. They use polish that has no harsh chemicals in it so takes a long time to dry--but no yucky fumes. Not only did she do a lovely job of each step, but she was strongly invested in making sure I had the perfect color, and tested out some different combinations on my fingernails to find the right one to match a dress for a special event. Before going to Nushka's, I was a non-believer in manicures. It seemed that no matter which salon I tried, my nail experience was disappointing in some way; strange-hued shades, acrylics that broke within 3 days, gel nails that showed signs of wear by the time I got home, or just really insane salon prices that scoffed at my college student budget. I use my nails ALL of the time: recklessly, aggressively, excessive dish-scrubbingly. So I had pretty much accepted my fate as One Of Those Girls Who Just Can't Rock A Manicure, when I saw the Nushka's Spa coupon in the University of Oregon student survival book. Since I had a positive Brazilian wax experience there before (see previous review) and they had earned my trust, I decided to nail the discount opportunity.*bmm bmm chhh* Brandy's gel manicure is AMAZING. I first opted for a medium pink ("You go girl"?), which, over the course of two weeks, eventually faded to a soft OPI "Hopelessly in Love" color--and still stayed! I was so hooked that when the color finally dissolved, I had to make another appointment. Awesome, shiny, perfectly-shaped, hassle-free nails for OVER two weeks? Yes, please. I was going to get the same color--until I saw the amazing purplish blue shiny color on Brandy's nails. It's just a black gel color with opaque sparkles over it and it shimmers with shades of blue and purple depending on the light you're in. I've gotten lots of compliments, which makes sense because I pretty much have art/constant entertainment on my nails. Sadly, my budget has forced me to return to nude nails, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that after taking the gel polish off, my nails were in better condition than they were before I started getting gel manicures.
