Day of my nail appointment, she texts me back saying she is going to be 10 mins late. I arrived at 11:35, same time as scheduled and waited in my car an extra 10 mins before heading in and waiting another 25-30 mins. After I sat in her chair she told me that short French tip nails would be $75 because it is considered "extreme art". I would understand this if it was acrylic cut out french tip, but not for regular hand painted. I told her this is not what her website says and that I was not comfortable paying for that especially after I was disregarded on Instagram and text and then she made me wait over half an hour for my appointment on top of that. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done by her as I thought her nail art and style is really cute. She blocked me on Instagram after I left the salon which I think was very immature. I know many nail techs that would've offered a discount for just the fact of being late alone. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the fact that I waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Hopefully she will do better in the future with her communication and time management.

Lots of parking. 2) The workers are relatively nice, but the customer service could use some improvement. Their accents are REALLY thick, which makes communication difficult. Their conversations with customers are short and to the point. 3)The manicurists live up to the typical nail salon stereotype of conversing in their native language right in front of your face instead of talking to you. It can be a little annoying and awkward. 4) The wax room is messy and doesn't appear professional. (See pictures) 5) Eyebrow wax is okay. They don't pay too much attention to detail (minimal/no extra plucking to get the hard to wax hairs). I wouldn't trust them to do too much "shaping". But if all you want is a basic wax to get most of the excess hairs gone, it works. 6) Nail work is over-priced considering the lack of quality. I got a Shellac manicure, and it ended up looking nothing like the picture I brought in. My nails were cut too short, weren't rounded enough like I requested, and lacked any sort of French Tip design. Also, the Shellac was painted onto my fingers AND dirt was left under my nail. (See pictures) All in all- If you're in a pinch for a wax or manicure, this place will work- BUT set your standards very low. Expect a messy/low class environment, not-so-good customer service, bad quality work, and to be overcharged. *UPDATE: My gel manicure lasted only a week due to the sloppy job! She did makeup for several people and even provided free makeup for the girlies 5 and under. She was so incredible with all of the kids. Megan is friendly, funny, and very kind. She will put you at ease on your special day. The makeup she did on my face looked beautiful. I felt so confident and stunning. Unfortunately, I have oily skin. I have to be very selective about the products I use because I don't want smile lines or shine coming through. I had to blot a couple times before the wedding and a few more times after. This is not to say that Megan didn't do a good job. This just means that the products she used didn't get my oily skin through the night. For an additional charge it would be great to be able to get a little touch up kit. I know the Bride could have used one. I would also love to see some products for oily skin. Thank you Megan! :)
