Lara came to the desk and said she was sorry, but they didn't have any, but she had an opening the following day at 9:00 a.m. I gladly accepted the day and time. I went in and spoke with Lara, she's super friendly and nice. She led me back to her chair with my pup in tow. I showed her a photo of a hairstyle I really liked, but was afraid the cut wouldn't look good because of my frizz and thinning hair. She was very honest and said that'd it'd work great with my wavy hair, the right product would help tame the frizz and would also compliment my thinning hair. She took me and my pup to wash my hair. My pup laid on my chest(as I taught her to do), however she didn't care much for the washing part, she doesn't care much for water or baths lol. Lara walked us back to her chair and cut away my mop. Man it looked like a rats nest at the end and I was glad to get rid of all that hair. I didn't want her to style it because I wanted to see what it looked like dry. My pup may have been mad at the dryer anyway, but Lara did an amazing job. She got the cut exactly as the picture I showed her. It doesn't look exactly as the photo because the model and I have different hair types, but the cuts were exactly spot on. Lara's not only a sweetheart, but also a great therapist(as most stylists are lol), she's also a great stylist, has an eye for detail and knows her products. The one she recommended to me works perfectly, it adds definition to my wavy hair, knocks my frizz out for the most part and keeps it at bay. I'll definitely be going back to Boudica Salon and Spa and only requesting Lara. I highly recommend Boudica and Lara.

Definitely worth the drive. The total time it took was 45 mins for the whole pedicure. The price is very good, especially when comparing the prices I used to pay! For me and my boyfriend it was $70, and back in Cali, I would pay $85-$100 for my usual pedicure (it would include everything in the premium package). But still, this was worth it. The place was spotless, they played good music that was trending. Very nice staff, I enjoyed how they didn't force anything conversation to get extra tips. My only questionable thing was that I had to pay additional $5 to get a nail filing kit, so they can use it. It was new and sealed, when they were done using, I would keep it, so next time I go, I would have to bring it in to not pay the additional $5. Little different for me.

Usually I would just wait to go back to Portland and have my pedi and brow wax done, but I couldn't wait. My toes were looking real janky and needed rehabilitation to bring it back to life. I saw a FB post I think on the Lebanon Buzz about a new place opening, so I decided to support the new business. Turns out, Jenny is not new to town. She used to be at another nail salon in town, I have no clue which one. Anyway, this is her salon. It's quaint and welcoming. She is quite welcoming, as well. Beyond all that, she is AMAZING. I came here about 4 or 5 weeks ago for my pedi. I'm pretty rough on my feet and I've NEVER had my nails last this long. Let me tell you, that first weekend I went to the beach and walked barefoot. Then, I scaled the rocks of the jetty in my Birks. I got minor cuts ob my leg and hands, but my nails still looked damn good. A week later I went to a mineral spa and was covered from head to toes in mud (gritty mud) and the nails still survived. What?! I told Jenny about my adventures and how the nail color survived. I give her credit for doing a fantastic job, but she was too modest and gave credit to the nail polish. Sure, quality of the polish plays a role, but I also know a crap job would not have held up the way it had. Thanks Jenny!!
