They did a great job on my gel manicure, but unfortunately the establishment was both dirty and messy. I feel conflicted about going back.

I've lived in Eugene for about 6 months now and have been coming here since I moved. Emily does a great job with me every single time I come in. She knows what shape I like my nails to have and I leave happy every time. The biggest plus is her nail application technique. My sets last 3-4 weeks at most and when I come back for a fill, I leave with a fresh set of nails. They provide you with a gazillion color options with top quality gel polish brands and acrylic powders! If you are unhappy with your nails, call the shop and discuss it with the nail techs before coming here to bash on them. 9/10, your nail tech will fix what you don't like right then and the reviews about someone's nails' being shitty are based on them not having the balls to tell the techs they didn't like it. The appointment system is straight forward, call ahead of time to book. They get booked pretty quickly throughout the week but they get cancellations all the time, so it doesn't hurt to call. Lastly, I love that the owners Keri and Kevin are San Diego natives. It helped me connect to them in a different way being moved here all the way from Southern California. I am sad to move back but highly recommend the team here at Infinity Nails! read more

I think it was just the technician I got. He was VERY quick. Didn't even cut my cuticles well. I asked for a Gel Manicure and it lasted about 1.5 days before it started chipping. Not even two weeks and my nails look like I used normal polish. Definitely won't be making the trip back here. Wish I would have gotten Kevin who seemed good. Brandon and Kerri are a sibling nail salon powerhouse duo... I have friends who have only trusted Kerri to do their nails for years! I met Brandon after finding him on yelp almost two years ago. He had his own shop and Kerri had a separate salon. Now they've joined forces! I'm a demanding picky customer and he puts up with me. After doing my own acrylic nails for over 12 years, I'm extremely picky with nail prep and care. He understands... he's fast and efficient. If you want something different communicate it to him. He likes to take care of his customers! I rarely go out of my comfort zone with colors but if I do its probably because of his suggestion. They have a huge selection of mood/heat changing colors which I love. The salon is beautiful and clean. Prices are reasonable. Service is friendly and welcoming (Brandon and I tend to banter like we are related). Parking is easy and the location is easy as well... tucked in the back in a strip mall. Came here because it's a five minute drive from my house and yelp said they take walk ins. When I arrived the receptionist asked if I had an appointment and I said no and she ended up scheduling me for about three hours later. To kill time I drove to the mall but once I got there I got a call saying they could take me now. We scheduled a new appointment for about 30 minutes later. I didn't get the girls name but she did a great job with my nails. She took her time and frequently checked in to make sure I liked what she was doing. You also get to keep the nail files they use on you and they tell you to bring it to each appointment you have. Hooray for cleanliness!! Overall I'll probably be coming back but it is a little pricey. $57 before tip for an acrylic French fade. read more

Easy to get in for on the same day you call. Longest my nails have ever lasted or looked so good in my life.

I've come here to get acrylics several times before but the last experience I had here was much different than the rest. I booked an appointment for acrylics about a month in advance and requested a specific nail tech (this was for prom). When I got to the store the nail tech I had requested was working on someone else, a family friend, and I was told I would need to wait for another tech to be available. The new nail tech who did my nails did not speak to me once during the entire appointment and when it was time to pay she was not sure of the prices. I had a simple pink to white fade and when the owner of the store came over to talk to the nail tech she charged me $65. She promptly left, and when I pointed out to the nail tech that their prices say "$55" for a pink and white she told me she didn't know how to change it. I ended up paying over $70 for my set. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because the quality of the nails are always amazing no matter what nail tech you get. read more

I really enjoyed my gel manicure, my tech (I don't know his name) was efficient and did a great job. I get gel polish on my natural nail, so when my manicure was coming to the end of it's life so I went to take it off. I usually do my own manicure so I have acetone and clips to hold the remover in place. I filed my nails, put on remover, no luck. So I got a finer grit file and removed more polish. I went through the process again, acetone to remove it and my nail clips. Nothing. I refuse to ruin my natural nail so now I am going back to the salon for a polish removal. I have to pay for this service, ridiculous. Is this a scam, I don't know, but I have never encountered this problem with any other salon, ever. I've never been one to leave reviews, my experience was okay. Not the best. Not the worst. I'm more so displeased that I didn't realize flaws in the first place. (Pictures to show) and that a nail now needs to be fixed (pinky lost its tip) after barely 2 days of having them done. As well my real nail growth wasn't taken down which is why I believe the pinky nail just lost its tip since I've never had this issue with this shape. Maybe after 2 weeks but not 2 days. The polish is lovely. Very wide selection for gel. Just a tad bit pricey for their services compared to what I'm use to paying. read more

This was my first visit here, and I chose it based off the reviews here. I was looking for a place for me and my husband to get pedicures while we are visiting Eugene. They were able to get us an appointment for later in the day, and they did a great job. I even asked to get a basic manicure after we were all finished, and they were able to. I wasn't looking for anything fancy- just a cleanup of feet for both of us. My husband is new to all of this so the fact that there were two male technicians also helped him feel more comfortable. I got acrylics on a couple weeks ago at a different salon. Within days the glue came up and my nails were popping off. Went to a 2nd salon to fix them. Again, within days my nails started popping off. I had to last minute call and make an appointment with infinity nails, and they got me in that same day. The woman who fixed my nails was patient and thorough. She worked with me to make sure it all got done right. The whole salon was even patient and understanding when I had to drag my kids (6 and 3) along because dad's out of town. I will most definitely be going again! I'm a cosmetologist who just moved to the area from Los Angeles and I was sooooo nervous to try a new salon, but this salon didn't disappoint! EMILY was PHENOMENAL! Super personable, nice and clean. She took her time but it was only 1.5 hours which isn't bad for a completely new set, especially a powder ombré. One of the worst gel pedicures of my life. The polish goes far beyond the nail bed and is lumpy. He even had to re-do one toe. Nope, still has lumps. After the soaking portion of the pedicure he never changed the towel, so it feet were on a wet towel the entire time. Cold and unpleasant. read more

I got a gel nail color change here, and my nails started chipping within a week. I noticed the technician only applied one coat of color, but at most places I've seen two coats of color applied. Also, a big turn off of this place for me is the cleanliness/tidiness of the salon. I noticed the station I was at had little pieces of nail dust from a previous client. I've frequented many nail salons in my life and this has been by far my most favorite. And that's coming from someone who moved from SoCal to NorCal to Eugene so I've experienced quite a few haha. I started coming here when they were just a few months open and it's so nice to see that the same staff remains and not only are they extremely talented, but they are also extremely welcoming and have the utmost respect for you and your things. I always schedule my appointments with Scarlet for basic pedicure and gel manicure and she is the absolute best! Turns out we both moved from the same city in SoCal so it was kismet! I always shape my own nails prior to coming just because my nails grow soooooooo fast but she always adjusts where needed and thanks me for helping her haha.
