I love love this place!! I have been going to Sheena for my nails for the last year and I have seen Ellie for brows and tans and they are two of the best people ever truly. The vibe of Studio 205 is girly and cute from the pink, sparkles, plants and the large open windows it is easy to love from the moment you walk in. My nails and brows always look perfection and I never leave feeling anything less than my most beautiful. First, this place is adorable! I love the look of this shop! I walk by it all the time while at work and decided to have a service here. I have bare spots on my eyebrows and decided to go with an eyebrow lamination, something I've never had before! I was able to get in right away, I scheduled my appointment on 12.07, as I was having an upcoming party. I appreciated how Alexis went over every step she was doing and explained everything. She said she would have waxed my brow as well but because I had a facial peel recently it was not recommended. I appreciated that she took the time to explain why and suggested next time come in before the peel and also to stop retinol products before as well. She also made suggestions of using castor oil for my eyebrows and lashes to help with the bare spots. Might take a miracle as when I was young I plucked all my brows, but hopeful the castor oil works and appreciated her suggestion. I am so pleased with the results and thinking this is something I need to add for my monthly maintenance. This place is ADORABLE. Very comfy and pretty. If you check out their website they have a lot of different options for lashes, waxing, and facials! I go to see Estefany who is amazing. Sweet, quick and does a great job. I get the lash lift and tint and it is magical. I don't wear makeup really ever and so getting this done is kind of like having semi-permanent mascara on for 4-8 weeks. They have a couple different spots in the studio. I was in the upstairs room and someone else was getting their lashes done while I was too. I got to be around one of the other girls who works here and she was really nice! When you put the address in on Apple Maps, it takes you to the wrong side of Summit Creek Church. So if you get lost like I did, it's on the other side of the church. This place seems great on the outside but they are not a good business. DO NOT get lash extensions done here. They mark things one way on their website and then mark up the price and add on fees when you get there. The lash treatments are super expensive and the techs are not experienced. I would not be surprised if they were not licensed. They will not provide the style that you ask for, and upon receiving something you do not like, they act incredibly indifferent and condescending. The owner, Lizzy, does not seem to be a good person or business owner. She is not afraid to yell at clients or talk down to them. And she refuses to see the clients side of the story. I will start by saying I hate going to new places due to the drama in allot of spas. That was not my experience here! I went in yesterday and LOVED it. I first worked with Ellie for a lash lift and tint. She was funny, nice and super smart. The conversations were engaging and she totally killed the service! I loved it! Next I sat with Lizzie for some waxing services! She was amazing, she talked me through everything and was the sweetest. I adore her blunt and forward personality. She told me exactly what I needed for after care. I was ready to pull out my wallet and give her more for the items but she said " go get it at target it's not even $10" then handed me a card on the information needed. Don't get lash extensions here, literally the worst cosmetic experience I've ever had. I asked for a refund because the lashes I got were nothing like the lashes in the picture I showed and confirmed with to the lash tech. I ended up getting a refund but only after about 20 or more minutes of the owner being rude, snappy, and raising her voice at me. I usually get my lashes done in Portland but since I moved I decided to try out Studio 205. Despite the atrocious lashes I had paid a lot for I still tried to be optimistic and nice to the lash tech even still leaving a tip, but ultimately I got the lashes removed because I just couldn't leave them on and feel confident about it. After maybe 10 minutes of this woman yelling at me I started crying and was just gonna leave with the lashes already taken off and without my money but thankfully my boyfriend was not gonna back down and managed to get back my money and leave. They told me I could never come back or schedule an appointment with them again literally while i'm balling my eyes out in front of her because I already felt bad about having to say I didn't like them plus I was getting yelled at by a women 3x my age (I just turned 18 this year). I'm not sure about whatever else they offer but I can say NEVER get lash extensions done here, you're better off using strip lashes. I thought this horrible experience ended a month ago but the owner decided to message me again today asking me to not post a yelp review, I will be blocking and telling everyone to stay clear of here.
